An intelligent sole cleaning system based on brush high-speed rotation is characterized by comprising a box body, a metal supporting net, a driving motor, a brush mechanism, an auxiliary mechanism, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor, a distance sensor, a wrapping air bag, an air supply device, a water supply device and a controller, wherein the metal supporting net is arranged at an opening in the top end of the box body, the driving motor is arranged at the center of the inner bottom of the box body, an output shaft of the driving motor is upwards in transmission connection with the brush mechanism, the brush mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the metal supporting net, the auxiliary mechanism is arranged below the brush mechanism, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor and the distance sensor are arranged on the metal supporting net, the distance sensor is close to the second pressure sensor, the wrapping air bag is arranged above the metal supporting net, and two openings corresponding to shoe parts are formed in the wrapping air, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor and the distance sensor correspond to the hole opening positions, an air supply device and a water supply device are further arranged in the box body, the air supply device is communicated with the wrapping air bag, and the driving motor, the auxiliary mechanism, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the distance sensor and the air supply device are all electrically connected with the controller;
the brush mechanism comprises a circular main plate, auxiliary plates, mounting holes and a brushing device, wherein the plurality of auxiliary plates are radially arranged on the outer edge of the circular main plate, the plurality of mounting holes are uniformly formed in the auxiliary plates, and the brushing device is arranged in the mounting holes;
the brush hair device includes bulb, base member, spring, brush hair and spacing ring, the base member is worn to establish in the mounting hole, the base member lower extreme is fixed with the bulb, the brush hair is connected to the base member upper end, just the fixed cover in base member and brush hair junction is equipped with the spacing ring, the cover is equipped with the spring on the base member between bulb and the mounting hole.

The intelligent shoe sole cleaning system based on high-speed rotation of the brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary mechanism comprises a plurality of telescopic cylinders, an auxiliary plate, a plurality of hinged parts and a central hole, the plurality of telescopic cylinders are arranged around the driving motor, the upper ends of the telescopic rods of the telescopic cylinders are hinged with the outer edge of the auxiliary plate through the hinged parts, the center of the auxiliary plate is provided with the central hole, the output shaft of the driving motor is arranged on the central hole in a penetrating manner, and the telescopic cylinders are electrically connected with the controller.

The intelligent shoe sole cleaning system based on high-speed rotation of the brush as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a third pressure sensor, wherein the third pressure sensor is arranged inside the opening of the wrapping air bag, and the third pressure sensor is electrically connected with the controller; the air supply device is an air pump.

The intelligent shoe sole cleaning system based on high-speed rotation of the brush as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water supply device comprises a water storage tank, a water pump and a spray head, the water storage tank is connected with a water inlet end of the water pump through a pipeline, a water outlet end of the water pump is connected with the spray head through a pipeline, and the spray head faces the brush mechanism.
5. A sole cleaning method, which applies the intelligent sole cleaning system based on brush high-speed rotation according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor receive pressure signals simultaneously and transmit the pressure signals to the controller, the controller controls the air supply device to supply air for the wrapping air bag, the wrapping air bag wraps the vamp extending into the opening of the wrapping air bag, the third pressure sensor receives the pressure between the wrapping air bag and the vamp, and the air supply device stops supplying air when the pressure exceeds a threshold value;
2) the controller controls the driving motor to be started and the water supply device to supply water, an output shaft of the driving motor drives the brush mechanism to rotate, and the brush device extends out of the metal support net to clean the sole in a first time period;
3) after the first time period is finished, the distance sensor receives a distance signal between the middle rear part of the sole and the metal supporting net, and when the distance signal exceeds a threshold value, the controller controls the auxiliary mechanism to be started, the telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder drives the auxiliary plate to be lifted upwards relative to the position of the rear part of the sole, the auxiliary plate jacks up the brushing device passing through the position, and in the second time period, the brushing device extends out of the metal supporting net to clean the rear part of the sole;
4) after the second time period is finished, the wrapping air bag contracts under the action of the air supply device, and the cleaned sole is moved out from the opening of the wrapping air bag.
