As shown in FIG. 6, in a preferred embodiment, the pedaling mechanism comprises a pedal 13 and a push rod 18; the pedal 13 is connected with a push rod 18 in an articulated manner.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the crank-rocker mechanism comprises a rocker 21 hinged on a large gear 23, the rear end of the rocker 21 is hinged with a lever 20; the other end of the lever 20 is hinged with the push rod 18; a fulcrum 19 is arranged in the middle of the lever 20.
