Abstract
The invention provides a combustion device. The device comprises: the furnace, the air inlet I, the air inlet II, the grate I, the grate II, the flue gas outlet and the connecting pipeline; the first grate and the second grate are arranged inside the hearth; combustion of the fuel occurs on the grate. The device has higher combustion efficiency.

With the rapid development of the industry, there are many occasions where heat supply is required. Many small and medium boilers adopt grate-fired furnaces. The grate-fired furnace generally has low combustion efficiency and serious pollution emission.

the first grate and the second grate are arranged inside the hearth; the fuel is placed on the first fire grate and the second fire grate; air required by combustion enters the hearth from the first air inlet; and smoke generated by combustion passes through the first grate and the second grate and is finally discharged through a smoke outlet.
And a part of the flue gas passes through the connecting pipeline at the flue gas outlet and returns to the first air inlet. And a part of the flue gas returns to the second air inlet through the connecting pipeline at the flue gas outlet.
The vertical distance between the first grate and the second grate is less than 1.5 meters.
The invention realizes the full combustion of fuel and the control of pollutants. The distance between the two layers of fire grates is less than 1.5 meters, and a large-range stable combustion area is formed between the two layers due to mutual heat complementation, so that unburned particulate matters, carbon monoxide, methane and other combustible gases contained in the smoke discharged from the first fire grate are fully combusted. The stable region also avoids local high temperatures, which can reduce the formation of nitrogen oxides.
And part of the flue gas returns to the air inlet through the connecting pipeline, so that the combustion completion degree can be further enhanced, and meanwhile, the fuel on the grate is used as a reducing agent to reduce part of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas.

The flue gas inlet device is characterized in that a part of flue gas passes through a connecting pipeline 7 at a flue gas outlet and returns to the first air inlet 4.
The vertical spacing between the first grate 2 and the second grate 3 is less than 1.5 m.
The coal-fired boiler is characterized in that the fuel on the second grate 3 is coal, and the fuel on the first grate 2 is other substances.

4. A combustion unit according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the vertical distance between the first grate (2) and the second grate (3) is less than 1.5 m.
5. A combustion unit according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the fuel on the second grate (3) is coal and the fuel on the first grate (2) is other material.
6. A combustion unit according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the fuel on the first grate (2) and the second grate (3) is any solid fuel.
