The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
firstly, preassembling the bracket, inserting a nut 23 into a nut mounting groove 33 from a mounting opening 7 on the first fixing frame 4 and the second fixing frame 5, then mounting the fixed block 12 and the sliding block 13 on the first fixing frame 4 and the second fixing frame 5 through bolts, locking the bolts on the fixed block 12 at the moment, and not locking the fixed bolts 16 on the sliding block 13. Then, the upper ends of the first inclined suspender 1 and the second inclined suspender 3 are respectively fixed with the upper connecting seat 11 and the sliding block 13 on the first fixing frame 4 and the second fixing frame 5, and the lower ends of the first inclined suspender 1 and the second inclined suspender 3 are connected with the lower connecting seat 30 but are not fixed with the pipeline fixing frame 8.
According to the position of the fire fighting pipeline needing to be fixed at a construction site, the first fixing frame 4 and the two second fixing frames 5 are fixed on the wall body through expansion bolts 35 at proper positions. Then, the pipeline fixing frame 8 is placed above the pipeline to be fixed, and the pipeline fixing frame 8 are fixed through a fixing hoop 18; and then the connecting screw 21 at the lower end of the straight suspender 2 passes through the lower connecting seats 30 on the first inclined suspender 1 and the second inclined suspender 3 and the pipeline fixing frame 8, and the straight suspender 2, the first inclined suspender 1, the second inclined suspender 3 and the pipeline fixing frame 8 are connected.
Finally, the mounting bracket is finely adjusted, the height of the pipeline fixing frame 8 is adjusted by adjusting the upper locking nut 28 and the lower locking nut 27, the sliding block 13 is moved by adjusting the adjusting rod 15 to realize the angles of the first inclined suspender 1 and the second inclined suspender 3, and the fixing bolt 16 is locked after the adjustment.
Example 2
The embodiment is the same as embodiment 1 except that a mechanism capable of adjusting the angle of the fixed clamp 18 is additionally arranged on the pipeline fixing frame 8, the angle of the fixed clamp 18 is adjusted when the position has an error during bracket mounting, and the fixed clamp 18 and a fire pipeline can be well clamped and mounted.
The mechanism capable of adjusting the angle of the fixed clamp 18 has the following specific structure:
referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, a fixing disk 9 is provided at a middle portion of the pipe fixing frame 8, and a through hole and two arc-shaped grooves 36 penetrating upper and lower ends of the fixing disk 9 are provided at a center of the fixing disk 9. The lower end of the pipeline fixing frame 8 is further connected with a second pipeline fixing frame 10, a rotating disc 17 is arranged at the center of the upper end face of the second pipeline fixing frame 10, a center positioning bolt 34 and two positioning bolts 32 are arranged on the upper end face of the rotating disc 17, the center positioning bolt 34 is inserted into a through hole of the fixing disc 9 and locked through a locking nut, and the two positioning bolts 32 are respectively inserted into the two arc-shaped grooves 36 and locked through the locking nut.
The lower end face of the second pipe fixing frame 10 is provided with slots 37 which are uniformly distributed, and the fixing clamp 18 can be inserted into the slot 24 and locked by the long bolt 22 and the nut on the side face of the second pipe fixing frame 10. By selecting different positions, different spacing of the slots 24, the mounting clip 18 can be secured in different positions, or different sizes of the mounting clip 18 can be selected.
