本发明公开了一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,包括无碱玻璃纤维软管和涂覆在无碱玻璃纤维软管外表面的涂覆层;涂覆层的原料包括:改性水性丙烯酸树脂、水性醇酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、纳米二氧化钛、有机改性蒙脱土、纳米二氧化硅空芯微球、漂珠、稀土氧化物、复合阻燃剂、助剂、水;复合阻燃剂的原料包括植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯和三氧化钼,且植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯、三氧化钼的重量比为1‑2:3‑5:1‑2:1‑2:0.6‑1.7:0.1‑1:1‑4。本发明提出的高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其阻燃性能优异,耐腐蚀和耐高温性好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管。
背景技术
玻璃纤维套管是由玻璃纤维强化编织而成的套管,其本身具有较高电器绝缘性、耐热性、抗老化性以及散热性,同时又具有优良的柔软性及弹性,在零下50℃低温亦能保持其柔软性耐曲折,不会减损其电气绝缘性,目前已被应用在汽车、造船、电机、家电等产品中。但是现有的玻璃纤维套管仍存在耐腐蚀性能差的缺陷,在腐蚀性较大的环境中使用时,容易被腐蚀破损,同时阻燃性能欠佳,不仅降低套管的使用寿命,同时也会带来安全上的隐患。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其阻燃性能优异,耐腐蚀和耐高温性好,使用寿命长。
本发明提出的一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,包括无碱玻璃纤维软管和涂覆在所述无碱玻璃纤维软管外表面的涂覆层;所述涂覆层的原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸树脂65-80份、水性醇酸树脂4-12份、水性环氧树脂1-3份、纳米二氧化钛3-5份、有机改性蒙脱土2-5份、纳米二氧化硅空芯微球1-3份、漂珠1-2份、稀土氧化物1-3份、复合阻燃剂10-25份、助剂0.5-3.5份、水15-30份;
其中,所述复合阻燃剂的原料包括植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯和三氧化钼,且植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯、三氧化钼的重量比为1-2:3-5:1-2:1-2:0.6-1.7:0.1-1:1-4。
优选地,所述水性丙烯酸树脂为改性水性丙烯酸树脂;所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸与乙醇混合均匀,升温至65-75℃搅拌反应6-10h,浓缩、乙醇重结晶后得到物料A;将物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸、过氧化苯甲酰和正十二烷基硫醇混合均匀得到单体溶液;
S2、将正丁醇和乙二醇丁醚混合均匀后加热至85-95℃,在氮气的保护下滴加单体溶液,然后补加正丁醇和过氧化苯甲酰,在85-95℃下搅拌反应3-5h,降温至70-75℃后抽出部分溶剂,加入三乙醇胺和水,搅拌50-60min,调节pH为中性得到所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂。
优选地,在S1中,3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸的重量比为50-65:20-30:0.5-1;3-烯丙基水杨醛、乙醇的重量体积比为1:15-20g/ml;物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸的重量比为0.1-1:7-10:6-12:1-2:3-5:2-3:0.1-1;过氧化苯甲酰的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的0.5-1.5wt%;正十二烷基硫醇的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的0.3-1.5wt%。
优选地,在S2中,加入三乙醇胺使中和度为100%。
优选地,所述有机改性蒙脱土为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵改性蒙脱土、硅烷偶联剂改性蒙脱土、硬脂酸改性蒙脱土中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,所述稀土氧化物为纳米氧化镧、纳米氧化铈中的一种或者两种的混合物。
优选地,所述助剂为流平剂、消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,所述助剂为流平剂、消泡剂、增稠剂的混合物,且流平剂、消泡剂、增稠剂的重量比为0.4-1:0.5-1.5:1.5-3。
优选地,所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类流平剂;所述消泡剂为消泡剂BYK-1660、消泡剂BYK-024、消泡剂BYK-037中的一种或者多种的混合物;所述增稠剂为聚氨酯类增稠剂。
本发明所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其包括无碱玻璃纤维软管和涂覆在所述无碱玻璃纤维软管外表面的特定的涂覆层;所述涂覆层的原料以水性丙烯酸树脂为主料,同时添加了适量的水性醇酸树脂和水性环氧树脂进行配合,三者相容性好,发挥最佳的协同作用,使所得涂层在玻璃纤维表面的附着力强,所得涂层耐腐蚀性能优异;优选方式改性水性丙烯酸树脂的制备过程中,首先以3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯为原料,控制反应的条件,使3-烯丙基水杨醛中的醛基与2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯中的氨基进行了反应,得到了含有双键的物料A,之后以物料A与衣康酸为改性单体,对丙烯酸树脂进行了改性,将物料A和衣康酸引入到了水性丙烯酸树脂中,得到的改性水性丙烯酸树脂含有联苯结构、氟元素以及席夫碱结构,将其作为成膜物质,固化后牢固且稳定性高,耐有机溶剂腐蚀、耐热和耐候性好,综合性能优;纳米二氧化钛加入体系中,与成膜物之间具有良好的相容性和稳定性,一方面,提高了涂层的耐腐蚀性,另一方面,与有机改性蒙脱土、纳米二氧化硅空芯微球、漂珠、稀土氧化物配合,提高了涂层的耐水性、机械性能和耐老化性;具体选择植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯和三氧化钼作为阻燃剂的原料,并控制了其比例,发挥多种元素的协同阻燃作用,在材料燃烧过程中能形成更多的交联结构,得到的碳层更加致密和热稳定,有效提高涂层的极限氧指数,并降低燃烧过程中的热释放和生烟量。
本发明所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管所用的涂覆层,其极限氧指数LOI达到32.8%以上,UL94V-0级,且耐2wt%HCl24h无变化,耐2wt%NaOH28h无变化。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,包括无碱玻璃纤维软管和涂覆在所述无碱玻璃纤维软管外表面的涂覆层;所述涂覆层的原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸树脂80份、水性醇酸树脂4份、水性环氧树脂2份、纳米二氧化钛5份、有机改性蒙脱土2份、纳米二氧化硅空芯微球1.6份、漂珠1份、稀土氧化物3份、复合阻燃剂10份、助剂0.9份、水30份;
其中,所述复合阻燃剂的原料包括植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯和三氧化钼,且植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯、三氧化钼的重量比为1:5:1:2:0.9:0.4:3。
实施例2
一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,包括无碱玻璃纤维软管和涂覆在所述无碱玻璃纤维软管外表面的涂覆层;所述涂覆层的原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸树脂65份、水性醇酸树脂12份、水性环氧树脂1份、纳米二氧化钛4份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵改性蒙脱土5份、纳米二氧化硅空芯微球3份、漂珠1.7份、纳米氧化镧2份、复合阻燃剂12份、流平剂0.5份、水22份;
其中,所述复合阻燃剂的原料包括植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯和三氧化钼,且植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯、三氧化钼的重量比为2:3:2:1:0.8:1:4;
所述水性丙烯酸树脂为改性水性丙烯酸树脂;所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸与乙醇混合均匀,升温至65℃搅拌反应10h,浓缩、乙醇重结晶后得到物料A;将物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸、过氧化苯甲酰和正十二烷基硫醇混合均匀得到单体溶液;其中,3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸的重量比为50:30:0.5;3-烯丙基水杨醛、乙醇的重量体积比为1:15g/ml;物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸的重量比为1:10:7:2:3:3:0.9;过氧化苯甲酰的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的1.5wt%;正十二烷基硫醇的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的1.5wt%;
S2、将正丁醇和乙二醇丁醚混合均匀后加热至85℃,在氮气的保护下滴加单体溶液,然后补加正丁醇和过氧化苯甲酰,在85℃下搅拌反应3h,降温至75℃后抽出部分溶剂,加入三乙醇胺和水,搅拌50min,调节pH为中性得到所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂。
实施例3
一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,包括无碱玻璃纤维软管和涂覆在所述无碱玻璃纤维软管外表面的涂覆层;所述涂覆层的原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸树脂70份、水性醇酸树脂9份、水性环氧树脂3份、纳米二氧化钛3份、硅烷偶联剂改性蒙脱土1份、硬脂酸改性蒙脱土2.5份、纳米二氧化硅空芯微球1份、漂珠2份、纳米氧化铈1份、复合阻燃剂25份、聚醚改性硅氧烷类流平剂1份、消泡剂BYK-16600.5份、聚氨酯类增稠剂2份、水15份;
其中,所述复合阻燃剂的原料包括植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯和三氧化钼,且植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯、三氧化钼的重量比为1.3:4:1.2:1.8:0.6:0.1:1;
所述水性丙烯酸树脂为改性水性丙烯酸树脂;所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸与乙醇混合均匀,升温至75℃搅拌反应6h,浓缩、乙醇重结晶后得到物料A;将物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸、过氧化苯甲酰和正十二烷基硫醇混合均匀得到单体溶液;其中,3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸的重量比为65:20:1;3-烯丙基水杨醛、乙醇的重量体积比为1:17g/ml;物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸的重量比为0.3:8:6:1.3:5:2:0.1;过氧化苯甲酰的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的1wt%;正十二烷基硫醇的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的0.8wt%;
S2、将正丁醇和乙二醇丁醚混合均匀后加热至95℃,在氮气的保护下滴加单体溶液,然后补加正丁醇和过氧化苯甲酰,在95℃下搅拌反应5h,降温至70℃后抽出部分溶剂,加入三乙醇胺和水,其中,加入三乙醇胺使中和度为100%,搅拌60min,调节pH为中性得到所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂。
实施例4
一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,包括无碱玻璃纤维软管和涂覆在所述无碱玻璃纤维软管外表面的涂覆层;所述涂覆层的原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸树脂65份、水性醇酸树脂9份、水性环氧树脂2份、纳米二氧化钛4.2份、硬脂酸改性蒙脱土3.8份、纳米二氧化硅空芯微球2.1份、漂珠1.7份、纳米氧化镧1份、纳米氧化铈1.5份、复合阻燃剂19份、助剂3份、水22份;
其中,所述复合阻燃剂的原料包括植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯和三氧化钼,且植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯、三氧化钼的重量比为1.3:3.6:1.8:1.2:1.7:0.8:3;
所述水性丙烯酸树脂为改性水性丙烯酸树脂;所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸与乙醇混合均匀,升温至72℃搅拌反应8h,浓缩、乙醇重结晶后得到物料A;将物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸、过氧化苯甲酰和正十二烷基硫醇混合均匀得到单体溶液;其中,3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸的重量比为55:27:0.7;3-烯丙基水杨醛、乙醇的重量体积比为1:20g/ml;物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸的重量比为0.1:7:12:1:4:2.5:1;过氧化苯甲酰的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的0.5wt%;正十二烷基硫醇的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的0.3wt%;
S2、将正丁醇和乙二醇丁醚混合均匀后加热至90℃,在氮气的保护下滴加单体溶液,然后补加正丁醇和过氧化苯甲酰,在90℃下搅拌反应4h,降温至70℃后抽出部分溶剂,加入三乙醇胺和水,搅拌60min,调节pH为中性得到所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂;其中,加入三乙醇胺使中和度为100%;
所述助剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类流平剂、消泡剂BYK-024、消泡剂BYK-037、聚氨酯类增稠剂的混合物,且聚醚改性硅氧烷类流平剂、消泡剂BYK-024、消泡剂BYK-037、聚氨酯类增稠剂的重量比为0.4:1:0.5:3。

1.一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,包括无碱玻璃纤维软管和涂覆在所述无碱玻璃纤维软管外表面的涂覆层;所述涂覆层的原料按重量份包括:水性丙烯酸树脂65-80份、水性醇酸树脂4-12份、水性环氧树脂1-3份、纳米二氧化钛3-5份、有机改性蒙脱土2-5份、纳米二氧化硅空芯微球1-3份、漂珠1-2份、稀土氧化物1-3份、复合阻燃剂10-25份、助剂0.5-3.5份、水15-30份;
其中,所述复合阻燃剂的原料包括植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯和三氧化钼,且植酸钙、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、磷酸锆、聚乙二醇硼酸酯、三氧化钼的重量比为1-2:3-5:1-2:1-2:0.6-1.7:0.1-1:1-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,所述水性丙烯酸树脂为改性水性丙烯酸树脂;所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:
S1、将3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸与乙醇混合均匀,升温至65-75℃搅拌反应6-10h,浓缩、乙醇重结晶后得到物料A;将物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸、过氧化苯甲酰和正十二烷基硫醇混合均匀得到单体溶液;
S2、将正丁醇和乙二醇丁醚混合均匀后加热至85-95℃,在氮气的保护下滴加单体溶液,然后补加正丁醇和过氧化苯甲酰,在85-95℃下搅拌反应3-5h,降温至70-75℃后抽出部分溶剂,加入三乙醇胺和水,搅拌50-60min,调节pH为中性得到所述改性水性丙烯酸树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,在S1中,3-烯丙基水杨醛、2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯、对甲基苯磺酸的重量比为50-65:20-30:0.5-1;3-烯丙基水杨醛、乙醇的重量体积比为1:15-20g/ml;物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸的重量比为0.1-1:7-10:6-12:1-2:3-5:2-3:0.1-1;过氧化苯甲酰的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的0.5-1.5wt%;正十二烷基硫醇的重量为物料A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯、衣康酸总重量的0.3-1.5wt%。
4.根据权利要求2所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,在S2中,加入三乙醇胺使中和度为100%。
5.根据权利要求1所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,所述有机改性蒙脱土为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵改性蒙脱土、硅烷偶联剂改性蒙脱土、硬脂酸改性蒙脱土中的一种或者多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,所述稀土氧化物为纳米氧化镧、纳米氧化铈中的一种或者两种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,所述助剂为流平剂、消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂中的一种或者多种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,所述助剂为流平剂、消泡剂、增稠剂的混合物,且流平剂、消泡剂、增稠剂的重量比为0.4-1:0.5-1.5:1.5-3。
9.根据权利要求8所述高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维套管,其特征在于,所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类流平剂;所述消泡剂为消泡剂BYK-1660、消泡剂BYK-024、消泡剂BYK-037中的一种或者多种的混合物;所述增稠剂为聚氨酯类增稠剂。
