5. The quick drying brightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nonionic surfactant is one of polyacrylamide or polyvinylpyrrolidone.
6. The quick drying brightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cationic surfactant is dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
7. The quick-drying brightener as claimed in claim 3, wherein the film former is an acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer.
8. A preparation method of a quick-drying brightener is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
(1) adding deionized water into a stainless steel reaction kettle, and heating to 70-80 ℃ under stirring;
