Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火板及其加工方法,其中,防火板包括芯板、围框和面板,所述芯板填设在围框内,所述面板粘贴并覆盖在芯板和围框的上下表面,其特征在于,所述面板包括上盖板和下盖板,所述上盖板和下盖板的四周均设有折边,所述折边对应搭接并粘固在围框外壁上端和下端,所述围框上下端外壁设有溢胶槽,上下盖板的折边对应完全覆盖围框上端和下端的溢胶槽,本发明防火板加工方法为先进行围框、芯板和盖板的材料加工和组装围框,然后在加工好的片状盖板上涂胶,之后进行贴面和上下表面整平,最后进行折边折叠压合和烘干冷却。本发明防火板结构简单,外形美观,加工方法简单实用,简化了工艺,节省了人工和降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火建材技术领域,具体涉及一种防火板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
防火板又名耐火板,是表面装饰用耐火建材,有丰富的表面色彩,纹路以及特殊的物理性能,具有耐磨、耐高温、耐剐、抗渗透、容易清洁、防潮、不褪色、触感细腻、价格实惠等。其广泛用于室内装饰、家具、厨柜、实验室台面、外墙等领域。而作为表面装饰用耐火建材,为适应快速化的安装,很多厂家将防火板做成模块化设计,这种模块化的防火板单元在加工贴面整平折叠后边缘溢胶严重,后期处理麻烦,而且还影响防火板的美观性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种防火板及其加工工艺,减少了防火板模块加工后期的溢胶处理过程,简化了生产工艺,同时也节省了人工和降低了生产成本,增加了防火板的美观性。
为了达到上述技术效果,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防火板,包括芯板、围框和面板,所述芯板填设在围框内,所述面板对应粘贴并覆盖在芯板和围框的上下表面,其特征在于,所述面板包括上盖板和下盖板,所述上盖板和所述下盖板的四周均设有折边,所述折边对应搭接并粘固在围框外壁上端和下端,所述围框上下端外壁沿周向均设有向中心凹陷的溢胶槽,所述上盖板和下盖板上的折边对应完全覆盖围框上端和下端的溢胶槽,并稍超出溢胶槽后搭接且粘固在上下溢胶槽之间的围框外壁。
进一步地,所述围框包括两平行且镜像设置的横向围边、两平行且镜像设置的纵向围边,以及设置在四个角落用于连接相邻一横向围边和一纵向围边的转角块,所述横向围边、纵向围边和转角块均设有溢胶槽。
进一步地,所述围框中部沿周向设有便于嵌合拼接的凹陷部或凸出部。
进一步地,所述围框在其中的两个平行的外侧壁上设有凹陷部,在另两个平行的外壁上设置有凸出部。
进一步地,所述围框在其中的两个相邻的外侧壁上设有凹陷部,在另两个相邻的外壁上设置有凸出部。
进一步地,所述横向围边和所述纵向围边均为型材,其内侧壁形成有卡接槽,所述转角块两端设有与卡接槽相匹配的卡接部,所述转角块与横向围边和纵向围边卡接后其外壁与相对应的横向围边和纵向围边的外壁齐平。
一种防火板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1.组装围框:加工转角块和型材,使转角块和型材的上下端带有溢胶槽,并根据防火板的长度和宽度将型材裁切相应大小的横向围边和纵向围边,组装转角块、横向围边和纵向围边,使其形成防火板围框;
S2.加工芯板:将制作芯板用的芯板原材分切成与围框内尺寸大小相匹配的芯板;
S3.加工盖板:将覆面用面板板材裁切成若干片具有四个折边的片状盖板;
S4.盖板涂胶:对片状盖板表面进行清洁,之后利用涂胶辊在片状盖板内表面涂上胶水;
S5.贴面:将分切好的芯板装入围框中,并将涂覆有胶水的两块盖板分别初步贴合在围框及芯板的上下表面,且保证围框、芯板和片状盖板中心对齐,且盖板的四个折边的外边缘到围框相对应外壁的距离均相同;
S6.上下表面整平:贴面后的产品整体进入整平辊进行上下表面的整平;
S7.折边折叠压合:将整平后的产品整体置入压实贴合模具中进行压实贴合,使上下盖板的四个折边弯折后压实并贴合在围框的外侧壁上;
S8.烘干和冷却,将压实后的整体进入烘箱进行烘干,使胶水固化,完成后进行冷却,形成最终的防火板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在围框上下端设置周向的溢胶槽,从而使防火板贴面整平折叠后的多余胶水挤压进溢胶槽,减少了溢胶的发生,提高了防火板的外观的美观性,另外也减少了后期溢胶处理的麻烦,简化了生产工艺,节省了人工和降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1-6所示,本实施例的防火板包括芯板10、围框、下盖板32和上盖板31。芯板10填设在围框内,上盖板31和下盖板32对应粘贴并覆盖在芯板10上和下表面,上盖板31和下盖板32的四周均设有折边33,折边33对应搭接并粘固在围框外壁上端和下端。围框由两条平行且镜像设置的横向围边21、两平行且镜像设置的纵向围边22,以及分布在四个角落的转角块23构成,四个转角块23将两横向围边21和两纵向围边22连接形成框型结构,围框的横向围边21和纵向围边22为型材裁切而成,其内侧壁形成有卡接槽,转角块23两端设有与卡接槽相匹配的卡接部,卡接部插入到卡接槽后,转角块23与横向围边21和纵向围边22卡接后其外壁与相对应的横向围边21和纵向围边22的外壁齐平。围框及芯板10的外侧壁上下端沿周向均设有一圈向中心凹陷的溢胶槽24。芯板10填设在围框内,芯板10上下表面与围框的上下表面平齐。上盖板31和下盖板32为托盘结构,上盖板31四周设有向下的折边33,下盖板32四周设有向上的折边33,上盖板31和下盖板32的中部对应粘贴固定在芯板10和围框的上表面或下表面,其折边33粘接固定在围框的外侧壁上。其中,折边33的宽度大于溢胶槽24与到位于该溢胶槽24一端的顶面或底面的最大距离,上盖板31和下盖板32上的折边33粘接固定是则完全覆盖对应围框上端或下端的溢胶槽24。为方便防火板拼装,防火板中部设置成具有阴阳结构的拼接部25。作为优选,拼接部25为围框中部沿周向设有便于嵌合拼接的凹陷部或凸出部;或者其中的两个平行的外侧壁上设有凹陷部,在另两个平行的外壁上设置有凸出部;或者其中的两个相邻的外侧壁上设有凹陷部,在另两个相邻的外壁上设置有凸出部。
本发明防火板加工工艺其包括以下工艺步骤:
S1.组装围框:加工转角块23和型材,使转角块23和型材的上下端带有溢胶槽24,并根据防火板的长度和宽度将型材裁切相应大小的横向围边21和纵向围边22,组装转角块23、横向围边21和纵向围边22,使其形成防火板围框;
S2.加工芯板:将制作芯板用的芯板原材分切成与围框内尺寸大小相匹配的芯板10;
S3.加工盖板:将覆面用大片的面板板材裁切成若干片具有四个折边33的片状盖板,并保证折边33折叠后形成的托盘状盖板的内尺寸的长和宽与围框外尺寸的长和宽相匹配,折边33的宽度大于溢胶槽24与到位于该溢胶槽24一端的顶面或底面的最大距离;
S4.盖板涂胶:对片状盖板表面进行清洁,之后利用涂胶辊在片状盖板内表面涂满胶水;
S5.贴面:将分切好的芯板10装入围框中,并将涂覆有胶水的两块片状盖板分别初步贴合在围框及芯板10的上下表面,且保证围框、芯板10和片状盖板中心对齐,且盖板的四个折边33的外边缘到围框相对应外壁的距离均相同;
S6.上下表面整平:让贴面后的产品整体进入整平装置,利用整平装置的两个整平辊41进行上下表面的压紧整平,使上盖板31、下盖板32与围框和芯板10贴合稳定(参见图7所示);
S7.折边折叠压合:将整平后的产品整体置入压实贴合模具中进行压实贴合,使上下盖板32的四个折边33弯折后压实并贴合在围框的外侧壁上;
S8.烘干和冷却,将压实后的整体进入烘箱进行烘干,使胶水固化,完成后进行冷却,形成最终的防火板。
其中,本发明防火板加工工艺中,步骤S1组装围框和步骤S2加工芯板可与步骤S3加工盖板或步骤S4盖板涂胶同步操作;步骤S7折边折叠压合的具体步骤为:先将整平后的产品整体置入压实贴合模具(参见图8所示)的下模52表面,利用下模52上的定位块对整平后产品整体进行定位,再启动压机,压机带动上模51向下运动,上模51中心的活动压板53与下模52中心的活动压板53夹紧产品,随着上模51的进一步下降,与上模51中心的活动压板53相连接的弹簧54及与下模52中心的活动压板53相连接的弹簧54逐渐压缩,位于上下模活动压板53外侧且与防火板外尺寸相匹配的模框55相互靠近,模框55内边缘的圆角导向使上下盖板的折边33逐渐向中心方向折叠,直到最后上下模的模框55侧壁将折边挤压并贴实在围框的外侧壁上,停留一段时间后上模51复位,弹簧54推动活动压板53复位。
本发明通过在围框上下端设置周向的溢胶槽,从而使防火板贴面整平折叠后的多余胶水挤压进溢胶槽,减少了溢胶的发生,提高了本发明防火板的外形的美观性;本发明工艺也减少了后期溢胶处理的麻烦,节省了人工和降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,此外,本发明可进行流水线自动化生产,提高了防火板的生产效率。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所作出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种防火板,包括芯板、围框和面板,所述芯板填设在围框内,所述面板对应粘贴并覆盖在芯板和围框的上下表面,其特征在于,所述面板包括上盖板和下盖板,所述上盖板和所述下盖板的四周均设有折边,所述折边对应搭接并粘固在围框外壁上端和下端,所述围框上下端外壁沿周向均设有向中心凹陷的溢胶槽,所述上盖板和下盖板上的折边对应完全覆盖围框上端和下端的溢胶槽,并稍超出溢胶槽后搭接且粘固在上下溢胶槽之间的围框外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火板,其特征在于,所述围框包括两平行且镜像设置的横向围边、两平行且镜像设置的纵向围边,以及设置在四个角落用于连接相邻一横向围边和一纵向围边的转角块,所述横向围边、纵向围边和转角块均设有溢胶槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火板,其特征在于,所述围框中部沿周向设有便于嵌合拼接的凹陷部或凸出部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火板,其特征在于,所述围框在其中的两个平行的外侧壁上设有凹陷部,在另两个平行的外壁上设置有凸出部。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火板,其特征在于,所述围框在其中的两个相邻的外侧壁上设有凹陷部,在另两个相邻的外壁上设置有凸出部。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火板,其特征在于,所述横向围边和所述纵向围边均为型材,其内侧壁形成有卡接槽,所述转角块两端设有与卡接槽相匹配的卡接部,所述转角块与横向围边和纵向围边卡接后其外壁与相对应的横向围边和纵向围边的外壁齐平。
7.一种防火板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1.组装围框:加工转角块和型材,使转角块和型材的上下端带有溢胶槽,并根据防火板的长度和宽度将型材裁切相应大小的横向围边和纵向围边,组装转角块、横向围边和纵向围边,使其形成防火板围框;
S2.加工芯板:将制作芯板用的芯板原材分切成与围框内尺寸大小相匹配的芯板;
S3.加工盖板:将覆面用面板板材裁切成若干片具有四个折边的片状盖板;
S4.盖板涂胶:对片状盖板表面进行清洁,之后利用涂胶辊在片状盖板内表面涂上胶水;
