Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and in particular relates to a preparation process of prepared rehmannia root traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
Background
The prepared rehmannia root is a tonifying medicine, has good blood replenishing effect, is formed by repeatedly processing and processing raw rehmannia root by using wine, fructus amomi and dried orange peel as auxiliary materials, has black color, is mainly used for improving various anemias, and has good effect on blood deficiency caused by excessive menstruation or irregular menstruation of women; in addition, for some diseases caused by yin deficiency, such as diabetes, cough, deafness, dim eyesight and the like, the medicine can be combined with related medicines to achieve the treatment effect;
the currently common preparation method of prepared rehmannia root comprises the following steps: soaking rehmanniae radix in fructus Amomi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, and yellow wine, steaming, drying, repeating above steps, and steaming for nine times and sun drying to obtain radix rehmanniae Preparata; the preparation time is long, the process is complicated, and the yield is low and the price is high; moreover, the prepared rehmannia root is easy to volatilize, destroy and lose the volatile oil, the saponin components and the components in the wine liquid in the preparation process, the drug effect is reduced, and meanwhile, the prepared decoction pieces are high in water content and long in drying time; the production cost is high; therefore, how to overcome the above technical problems and disadvantages is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a preparation process of prepared rehmannia root traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, which has the advantages of short preparation time, simple process, low production cost, effective retention of volatile substances in rehmannia root and guarantee of drug effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a preparation process of prepared rehmannia root traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces comprises the following steps:
(1) soaking and cleaning: placing the selected radix rehmanniae into a stainless steel container, soaking for 10-30 minutes in water, removing dead center radix rehmanniae floating on the water surface, and cleaning for 30-60 minutes by using an ultrasonic medicine washing machine to ensure that the surface of the radix rehmanniae is cleaned;
(2) and (3) drying: drying cleaned radix rehmanniae in a low temperature drying oven for 15-18 hr at 60-80 deg.C until the water content of the dried radix rehmanniae is less than 15%;
(3) preparing a smouldering solvent: putting fructus Amomi and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae into a wall breaking machine, pulverizing into powder, putting the powder into a sand cloth bag, and soaking in yellow wine for 24 hr to obtain a moistening solvent;
(4) moistening: placing the dried radix rehmanniae in an atomization fermentation box, atomizing the moistening solvent, moistening the radix rehmanniae, and keeping the humidity of the atomization fermentation box at 80-90 deg.C and 25-30 deg.C for 10-12 hr;
(5) steaming: putting the moistened rehmannia into a steam box, heating the moistening solvent to boil and vaporize the moistening solvent, and steaming the rehmannia for 24 hours;
(6) and (3) drying: drying the steamed radix rehmanniae Preparata in a low temperature drying oven for 12-16 hr at 60-80 deg.C until the water content of the air-dried radix rehmanniae Preparata is less than 15%;
(7) slicing: slicing dried radix rehmanniae Preparata to 2-4mm thickness to obtain radix rehmanniae Preparata slice;
(8) screening: sieving to remove medicinal scraps and irregular sheet shape to obtain refined decoction pieces of radix rehmanniae Preparata;
(9) packaging: and sealing and packaging the screened prepared rehmannia root refined decoction pieces.
Further, repeating the processes of moistening, steaming and drying for 3-6 times until the prepared rehmannia root is oily in appearance and black and bright in section; the qualified prepared rehmannia root can be prepared only by nine times of steaming and nine times of drying in the sun in the traditional preparation of the prepared rehmannia root, the preparation period is shortened, and the preparation efficiency of the prepared rehmannia root is improved.
Further, the time from the second time to the last time of moistening is 8 hours, the time from the second time to the last time of steaming is 12 hours, the second time to the last but one time of drying is carried out, the moisture content of the dried prepared rehmannia root is lower than 18 percent, the last time of drying is carried out, and the moisture content of the dried prepared rehmannia root is lower than 12 percent; ensuring the processed rehmannia to be processed fully.
Further, the mass ratio of the fructus amomi, the dried orange peel and the yellow wine in the step (3) is 1: 20-30.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the rehmannia root and the moistening solvent in the step (4) is 10-15:1, the traditional moistening method is to soak the rehmannia root in yellow wine, and the mass ratio of the rehmannia root to the yellow wine is 5:1, so that the method can greatly reduce the using amount of the yellow wine.
Further, the degree of the yellow wine in the step (3), the step (4) and the step (5) is 15-16 degrees.
Further, the steam box in the step (5) is an electric heating steam box, the electric heating steam box can evaporate a moistening solvent to steam the rehmannia, the main component of the moistening solvent is yellow wine, the boiling point of the yellow wine is lower than that of water, and certain volatile substances in the rehmannia cannot volatilize too fast due to overhigh temperature, so that the rehmannia can keep more beneficial components; and yellow wine is adopted for direct steaming, so that the liquor content of the rehmannia can be effectively ensured, the times of steaming and drying are reduced, and the preparation efficiency of the prepared rehmannia root is improved.
Further, the slice in the step (7) is sliced by a rotary disc type slicer; the turntable type slicer can ensure that the sliced rehmannia slices have uniform thickness and the finished product has high qualification rate.
Furthermore, the mesh number of the screen mesh selected in the screening process in the step (8) is 2-7 meshes, and dregs and scraps of the decoction can be filtered out.
The preparation process of the prepared rehmannia root traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces has the following advantages:
