一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料及其制备方法,所述饲料由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:麸皮45%、玉米20%、豆粕20%、米糠粕15%、乳酸菌(酵美素A)0.01%、酵母菌(酵美素C)0.05%、无机盐+葡萄康(酵美素B)0.05%;本发明提供一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料及其制备方法,其配方科学合理,制备简单,且不添加任何抗生素,营养均衡,促进乳仔猪生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料配方技术领域,具体涉及一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代养猪生产普遍采用早期断奶,即仔猪3-5周龄甚至更早的时间实行断奶。但由于早期断奶仔猪具有抗病力低、消化道与消化腺发育尚未完善、胃酸分泌不足等生理现象,导致仔猪断奶后出现了一系列不良反应症状,如食欲差、生长慢、饲料利用率低、腹泻、抗病力下降甚至发生死亡等,这种现象统称为仔猪早期断奶综合症。
为了克服早期断奶综合症给仔猪生长造成的不良影响,人们大多通过添加抗生素来预防仔猪腹泻,促进仔猪生长。然而,近年来随着研究和认识的不断深入,人们开始发现使用抗生素的种种弊端,如长期使用抗生素引起细菌产生耐药性:抗生素在动物体内和环境中的残留,通过食物链可能危害人类健康;长期使用抗生素引起动物机体自身免疫力下降;可能引起动物自身的内源性感染等等。
即本发明研制一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料及其制备方法来满足需求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本发明提供一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料及其制备方法,其配方科学合理,制备简单,且不添加任何抗生素,营养均衡,促进乳仔猪生长。
(二)采用的技术方案
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述饲料由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:麸皮45%、玉米20%、豆粕20%、米糠粕15%、乳酸菌(酵美素A)0.01%、酵母菌(酵美素C)0.05%、无机盐+葡萄康(酵美素B)0.05%。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述菌剂活化步骤为:
(a)每桶倒入洁净水40kg,并调节水温为33±3℃;
(b)每桶加入酵美素C包(500g),慢慢撒入,搅匀;
(c)每桶撒入一份酵美素A包(100g),快速搅匀,立即封盖,密封不透气;
(d)料液静置18-20h,环境温度控制在33±3℃。
一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述重量百分比称取发乳酸菌和酵母菌,之后对乳酸菌和酵母菌活化处理作为活化液备用;当环境温度低于25℃时需要对水温加热,活化液应该在活化的48小时内用完;
(2)按上述重量百分称取麸皮、玉米、豆粕和米糠粕,其称取原料1000kg,入混合机搅拌,混合搅拌130s;其大颗粒需要粉碎过筛处理,筛网筛孔为2.5mm;
(3)将步骤(1)中的活化液和温水进行稀释,混合均匀后稀释液抽到贮液罐中;
(4)之后搅拌机在进行搅拌伴随喷洒活化液(贮液罐和设置在搅拌机内部的喷洒装置连接),使活化液均匀喷洒到搅拌机内的物料中;同时加入酵美素B搅拌发酵;
(5)出料,装入呼吸袋中,称重:25kg/袋,热合密封;
(6)入保温库静置发酵,避免阳光直射,避免淋雨,竖直码放,环境温度≥25℃;竖直码放便于观察涨袋情况,发现漏气及时二次密封。
(7)夏季3天,春秋5天,冬季7天,即可出库销售或者转入成品库室温保存。搬运时不能摔放,防止内膜袋及封口破损。注意防控鼠咬。

本发明提供一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料及其制备方法,具有以下有益效果:

1.一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述饲料由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:麸皮45%、玉米20%、豆粕20%、米糠粕15%、乳酸菌(酵美素A)0.01%、酵母菌(酵美素C)0.05%、无机盐+葡萄康(酵美素B)0.05%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料,其特征在于,所述菌剂活化步骤为:
(a)每桶倒入洁净水40kg,并调节水温为33±3℃;
(b)每桶加入酵美素C包(500g),慢慢撒入,搅匀;
(c)每桶撒入一份酵美素A包(100g),快速搅匀,立即封盖,密封不透气;
(d)料液静置18-20h,环境温度控制在33±3℃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种乳仔猪无抗功能性发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述重量百分比称取发乳酸菌和酵母菌,之后对乳酸菌和酵母菌活化处理作为活化液备用;当环境温度低于25℃时需要对水温加热,活化液应该在活化的48小时内用完;
(2)按上述重量百分称取麸皮、玉米、豆粕和米糠粕,其称取原料1000kg,入混合机搅拌,混合搅拌130s;其大颗粒需要粉碎过筛处理,筛网筛孔为2.5mm;
(3)将步骤(1)中的活化液和温水进行稀释,混合均匀后稀释液抽到贮液罐中;
(4)之后搅拌机在进行搅拌伴随喷洒活化液(贮液罐和设置在搅拌机内部的喷洒装置连接),使活化液均匀喷洒到搅拌机内的物料中,同时加入酵美素B搅拌发酵;
(5)出料,装入呼吸袋中,称重:25kg/袋,热合密封;
(6)入保温库静置发酵,避免阳光直射,避免淋雨,竖直码放,环境温度≥25℃;
(7)夏季3天,春秋5天,冬季7天,即可出库销售或者转入成品库室温保存。
