Description

Device for fixing a thrust element and method for mounting and dismounting a thrust element
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for fixing a pushing element to a guide rail of a pull-out guide, comprising: a pushing element having an adapter with a bearing surface formed thereon; a rail of the pull-out guide that at least partially rests on the bearing surface of the adapter; and a retainer that engages with an end section of the adapter and an end of the rail or a component connected to the rail, and to a method for mounting and dismounting the pushing element on and from the rail of the pull-out guide.
Background
CN 103494454 discloses a fixing device for fixing a drawer to a guide rail of a pull-out guide, wherein a locking element on a support is pretensioned by a spring. The locking element may be secured to the latch receiver. This means that the drawer can be easily mounted on the rail using the latching means, but many parts are required to latch the drawer. CN 103142043 also includes a latch element pre-tensioned by a spring, an adapter with a U-shaped holder and a drawer engaged around one end of a guide rail.
US 8,882,210 discloses a fixing device for a drawer, wherein two latching positions are provided. In the second latched position, the drawer may be unlocked for removal. The fixture also requires many parts.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the invention to simplify the means for fixing the pushing element to the guide rail of the pull-out guide and to make it possible to easily mount and dismount the pushing element on and from the guide rail of the pull-out guide.
This object is solved by a device having the features of claim 1 and a method having the features of claim 14.
The device according to the invention comprises a holder by means of which the adapter and the guide rail can be fixed, which holder encloses an end section of the adapter and one end of the guide rail or a component connected to the guide rail, and a latch projection which is formed integrally with the adapter or the guide rail engages in a latch receiver on the guide rail or the adapter. This can be used to lock the rail to the adapter, with the latch protrusion being integrally formed with the adapter or the rail, and thus without the need to mount additional components on the rail or the adapter. This results in a particularly compact design and easy installation.
Preferably, the latch protrusion is curved in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The latch projection may project at an angle (e.g., at an angle between 30 ° and 80 °) from the flat bearing surface in the arcuate region such that the arcuate profile allows the latch device to be released when the latch receiver is moved along the arcuate profile without the need to depress a button or the like. The curvature of the latch tab may be in the form of a half-dome so that a high retention force may be provided on the cut-away side at one edge of the dome to pass the desired impact test. At least on both sides of the latching projection, an arched bearing surface can be formed, which effects latching or unlatching.
In order to reliably lock the pushing element on the guide rail, the latch projection may protrude at least 1mm, for example between 2mm and 4mm, from the carrying surface in the mounted position.
For a stable connection, the latching projection can be made of sheet metal by stamping and bending, wherein the latching projection is integrally formed on the adapter or the guide rail.
In order to arrange the latching projection to a certain extent elastically, it can be surrounded by an L-shaped or U-shaped groove, wherein the provision of the U-shaped groove can be designed such that the latching projection is held by the spring web. However, in the case of an L-shaped or angled slot, the movability of the latch protrusion is reduced.
Another variation of the latch projection does not require a slot in the longitudinal direction of the rail. In this case, the latch projection is pressed out of the flat material. The elastic properties come from the entire system of rails and drawers. Since the entire system does not have the desired rigidity, the yield of each component is small. This means that the latching process will be successful even without the slot.
Preferably, the latch projection is formed on the adapter and the latch receiver, in particular the latch opening, on the guide rail. The drawer side frames may also be secured to the adapters.
In another design, the retainer may have a slot-shaped receptacle into which one end of the rail is inserted. The holder can be engaged around the end of the rail and the section of the adapter in a U-shaped manner and can be lifted from the rail perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the rail for dismounting.
Preferably, two latch receivers are provided adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The first latch receiver may be used for pre-fixing and, for example, have a smaller opening area than a second latch receiver used for final fixing of the adapter to the rail. Upon installation, the adapter may first latch into the first latch receiver, and then by moving the pushing element to the closed position, the latch protrusion may be moved from the first latch receiver into the second latch receiver for final securement. Alternatively, a single latch receiver may be provided on the guide rail.
The holder, which is preferably made of plastic, can have an opposite holder which rests against the latch projection on the side facing away from the latch receiver. This allows the movement of the latch protrusion on the opposite keeper of the keeper to be limited. The holder may also be made of sheet metal.
Preferably, the device according to the invention is used with a pushing element designed as a drawer, wherein the adapter is arranged adjacent to the front panel of the drawer.
In the method according to the invention, a pushing element with an adapter and a holder is first mounted together with a base on a movable rail of a pull-out guide, in order then to displace the pushing element in the longitudinal direction of the rail, in order to latch the rail onto the adapter with a latching projection and a latching receiver, wherein the holder engages around an end section of the adapter and an end of the rail or a component connected to the rail. Then, for disassembly, the pushing element may be lifted in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the guide rail to remove the latch protrusion from the latch receiver. The mounting direction is therefore formed substantially at right angles to the removal direction, so that no additional unlocking means need be provided.

Detailed Description
The piece of furniture 1 comprises a schematically illustrated furniture body 2, on which furniture body 2 a pushing element 3 in the form of a drawer is movably mounted. The pushing element comprises a front panel 4, which is arranged outside or inside the furniture body 2. In fig. 2, the pushing element 3 is shown without the front panel 4, comprising a base 5 on which an upper side frame 6 is arranged on the opposite side. In the region of the base 5, a guide rail 10 of the pull-out guide 8 is also shown, which is connected to the pushing element 3.
As can be seen from the detailed view of fig. 3, two adjacent latch receivers 11 and 12 are formed on the guide rail 10, said latch receivers 11 and 12 being arranged adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 10. The latch receivers 11 and 12, which are designed as openings, have different dimensions, wherein the first latch receiver 12 is designed to be shorter than the second latch receiver 11 in the longitudinal direction of the rail 10. In the second latch receiver 11 there is a latch projection 22, which latch projection 22 limits the movement of the guide rail 10 relative to the adapter 20.
The adapter 20 is designed as a frame adapter and accommodates the side frame profile 6, 6', which side frame profile 6, 6' can be designed in one or more parts. The side frames 6, 6' may have a plurality of adapters 20, wherein the adapter 20 facing the front panel 4 carries a latch protrusion 22. The adapter 20 can also be designed as a continuous adapter 20, so that the adapter 20 corresponds approximately to the length of the side frame. Typically, the front frame adapter 20 has one or more receptacles for mounting the front panel 4. Additional functional elements (e.g., means for fastening the base 5 or elements for sliding or latching the side frame walls) may be provided on the frame adapter 20.
In fig. 4, the guide rail 10 has been omitted and it can be seen that the adapter 20 forms a bearing surface 21 against which the guide rail 10 rests with one surface, wherein a latching projection 22 projects from the bearing surface 21, said latching projection 22 being separated from the adapter 20 by a slot 23 transverse to the longitudinal direction and two slots 24 in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 10, wherein a spring web 25 is formed between the two slots 24, said spring web 25 being integral with the adapter 20. The slots 23 and 24 surround the latch projection 22 in a U-shaped manner and thus ensure that the latch projection 22 can be moved perpendicular to the bearing surface 21.
The end of the strip-shaped adapter 20 is connected to a holder 30, said holder 30 having a socket for inserting one end of the adapter 20, and an arm 31 surrounding the end. As shown in the exploded view of fig. 5, the holder 30 is designed as an additional component. The holder 30 includes a slot-shaped socket 32 for inserting one end of the adapter 20 and one end of the rail 10. The slot-shaped receptacle 32 is surrounded on one side by the arm 31 and on the opposite side by the block 33. An opposing retainer 34 is provided on the block 33, which opposing retainer 34 supports the spring web 25 by means of a support section 35, such that the retainer 30 supports the latch protrusion 22 when the latch protrusion 22 is pivoted out of the plane of the bearing surface 21. A wall section 36 is also formed on the holder 30, said wall section 36 being insertable into an opening in the side frame 6 of the pushing element 3. For mounting, the wall section 36 is inserted until one end of the strip-shaped adapter 20 engages in the slot-shaped receptacle 32 of the holder 30. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the rail 10 also has a front web-like end 13 which can be inserted into the slot-shaped receptacle 32 together with the end section of the adapter 20. The web-like end 13 of the guide rail 10 is open at the top so that the arm 31 is not obstructed by any part of the guide rail 10 when lifting the pushing element 3. The holder 30 also has an optionally provided upwardly projecting protrusion 37 on the block 33, which protrusion 37 can be inserted into the groove 27 on the adapter 20. Optionally, the retainer 30 may also be secured to the adapter 20 by a fastening device inserted into an opening 39 on the web 38.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the adapter 20 serves to fix the base 5 as well as the side frame 6 of the thrust element. For fastening the base 5, the adapter 20 has a groove-shaped receptacle 26, into which receptacle 26 an edge section of the base 5 can be inserted.
In order to be able to release the push element 3 after mounting the push element 3 on the guide rail 10 of the pull-out guide 8, the push element 3 is first moved into the open position. Then, as shown in fig. 8, the pushing element 3 can be lifted in the area of the front panel 4. When raised, the latch projection 22 slides on the latch receiver 11 on the rail 10 and can thus cause unlocking between the pushing element 3 and the rail 10.
Fig. 9 to 11 show a further exemplary embodiment of a device for fixing a thrust element 3, wherein, in contrast to the previous exemplary embodiment, the guide rail 10 is not held directly on the holder 30, but a plug 15 mounted on the guide rail 10 is provided. The plug 15 comprises a strip-shaped section 16 which can be inserted into the curved guide rail 10. The strip-shaped section 16 is designed to be flexible and has a latching projection 17 on one of its upper sides, which latching projection 17 can be inserted into an opening on the guide rail 10. A web 18 is formed on the head section of the plug 15 projecting from the rail 10, said web 18 engaging in the groove-shaped receptacle 32 of the holder 30. The area of the web 18 on the plug 15 is designed to be open at the top so that the arm 31 is not obstructed by any part of the rail 10 or plug when the pushing element 3 is lifted.
As can be seen from the enlarged illustration in fig. 10, a spring element 19 can be provided on the web 18, which spring element 19 is supported at one front end of the groove-shaped receptacle 32 and thus pretensions the holder 30 in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 10 away from the guide rail 10.
The plug 15 may also be equipped with latch receivers 11, 12 to secure the adapter 20 to the plug 15 via the latch protrusions 22.
In the mounted position shown in fig. 11, the web 18 is inserted into the channel-shaped receptacle 32 together with the end section of the adapter 20, and the projection 37 is inserted into the groove 27 on the adapter 20. Otherwise, as in the first exemplary embodiment, the latch protrusion 22 is engaged in the locking receptacle 11.
Fig. 12 shows a modified pushing element 3 with a higher side frame 6' than in the first exemplary embodiment. One or more adapters 20 are arranged in the region of the base 5 of the push element 3, wherein the holder 30 is mounted on the foremost adapter 20. For mounting the push element 3, the base 5 is placed on the guide rail 10 of the pull-out guide 8, and then the push element 3 is moved in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 10 until the latching projection 22 latches into the latch receiver 11, optionally also by pre-latching onto the other latch receiver 12.
Fig. 14A, 14B and 15A and 15B show the locking position of the pushing element. The latch protrusion 22 is located in the rectangular latch receiver 11 and the arm 31 presses one end of the rail 10 against the bearing surface 21 on the adapter 20. Thus, the latch protrusion 22 protruding from the adapter 20 is securely held in the latch receiver 11. In this exemplary embodiment, the retainer 30 does not have a projection 37 on the upper side and is inserted into a socket on the adapter 20.
If the two latch receivers 11 and 12 are arranged adjacent to one another in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 10, the push element 3 can be mounted such that the push element 3 is first placed on the guide rail 10 of the pull-out guide 8 and moved in the longitudinal direction until the latch projection 22 latches into the first latch receiver 12, which first latch receiver 12 is preferably narrower in the longitudinal direction than the second latch receiver 11. In this pre-fixed position shown in fig. 16A and 16B, the pushing element can now swing in the closing direction until the guide rail 10 of the pull-out guide 8 reaches the end stop and stops. The weight of the pushing element 3 then causes it to move along the guide rail 10, wherein the latch protrusion 22 moves from the first latch receiver 12 to the second latch receiver 11 where the final fixing takes place.
Fig. 17A and 17B show a modified adapter 20 in which the latch protrusion 22 is no longer surrounded by a U-shaped groove, but is surrounded angularly by a first groove 24 extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail 20 and a second groove 23 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Thus, the latch protrusion 22 is angularly surrounded by the slots 23 and 24, and is less resilient with respect to movement perpendicular to the plane of the bearing surface 21 than in the previous exemplary embodiment.
In fig. 18, the holder 30 is shown in detail. The holder 30 comprises a slot-shaped socket 32, said slot-shaped socket 32 being delimited on one side by an arm 31, said arm 31 having a guiding bevel adjacent to the tip. The arms 31 have a certain elasticity and on the other side of the slot-shaped socket 32 there is an insertion portion 40 which can be inserted into the adapter 20. On the adapter 20, a protruding latch projection 22 is located on the bearing surface 21.
In fig. 19A and 19B, the holder 30 is inserted into the adapter 20 and the rail 10 can now be mounted in this position. As shown in fig. 20A and 20B, the rail 10 is inserted into the holder 30 along the longitudinal direction of the rail 10. When the rail 10 is inserted, one end of the rail 10 is engaged in the slot-shaped socket 32, and the latch protrusion 22 on the adapter 20 enters the latch holder 11. In order to be able to detach the pushing element again from the latched position, the pushing element 3 and thus the adapter 20 can be lifted upwards, as shown in fig. 21A and 21B. Thus, the adapter 20 with the latch projection 22 is moved upwards out of the latch receiver 11 and the pushing element 3 can now be removed independently of the pull-out guide, as shown in fig. 22.
Fig. 23 shows a variant of the holder, in which the arm 31 is arranged on one side of the slot-shaped receptacle 32 and on the opposite side there is an insertion section 40, on which insertion section 40 a wall section 41 with latching means 42 is formed extending. The latch 42 is intended to be pre-installed and inserted into the exterior trim 6. After mounting, the holder 30 is connected to the adapter 20 via the opening 100 by bending the fixing lug 101.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the latch projection 22 is dome-shaped, wherein the dome is cut away on the side of the groove 23, so that the latch projection 22 forms a front edge which can be placed against the edge of the latch receiver 11 or 12. The dome shape allows unlocking perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 10, wherein the wall section does not extend perpendicularly but obliquely from the carrying surface 21, for example at an angle between 30 ° and 80 °, so that when the pushing element 3 is lifted, the latching projection 22 is pressed in, thus allowing unlocking of the pushing element 3.
Fig. 25 shows a modified adapter 20 with a bearing surface 21 on which bearing surface 21a latch projection 22 in the form of a half-dome projects, which latch projection 22 is separated from bearing surface 21 on one front edge by a slot 23 transverse to the longitudinal direction. The latching projection 22 is not separated from the bearing surface 21 of the adapter 20 by a further slot, so that the mobility of the latching projection 22 perpendicular to the bearing surface 21 is low.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the two latch receivers 11 and 12 are arranged adjacent to one another in each case in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 10, so that a preliminary fixing and a subsequent final fixing can be carried out. It is obviously also possible to provide only a single latch mount or more than two latch mounts.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the latching projection 22 is in each case designed in one piece with the adapter 20, while at least one latching receiver 11 or 12 is provided on the guide rail 10. Alternatively, the latch protrusion may be provided on the rail 10 and the latch receiver on the adapter 20.
