Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a nail clipper, and more particularly, to a nail clipper which requires a small force when clipping nails, is easy to clip thick fingernails and toenails, does not slip in a hand, and does not scatter the clipped nails, so that a disabled person or an old and weak person who have inconvenience in one hand can use the nail clipper easily and safely.
Background
A general nail clipper is a sanitary tool used by modern people to trim fingernails and toenails in a proper length, and is one of indispensable necessities.
Fingernails and toenails continue to grow in life, and thus, in order not to inconvenience daily life, the fingernails and toenails should be cut to an appropriate length.
Such a nail clipper is generally manufactured as an elastic metal frame, and is divided into an upper and a lower two-part form, and has the following structure: the rear part of the metal frame is combined, the upper part and the lower part of the front part are provided with half moon-shaped blades like the tail ends of the nails, sharp cutting blades are formed at the tail ends of the blades, the nails are inserted between the blades, and the nails are cut by biting up and down.
The conventional nail clipper has a problem that the surface of the frame is not rough enough to cause a slip when the frame is pressed with a hand, and a disabled person or an old and weak person having inconvenience in one hand may cut not only the nail but also the skin under the nail to be cut and damaged, or the nail may be cut too long or too short when the user uses the nail clipper.
Therefore, a disabled person or a weak person who has difficulty in one hand has many difficulties in using the conventional general nail clipper.
Further, since the rotation center axis of the nail clipper is positioned to penetrate the center, there are problems in that the manufacturing process is complicated and the manufacturing cost is increased if the metal frame is formed in a single mold and the nail clipper protector is formed separately.
In addition, when using such a conventional nail clipper, since the cutting blades formed on the front surfaces of the upper and lower frames come into contact with each other as the front portions of the upper and lower frames approach each other, not only is noise loud and affects nerves of surrounding occupants, but also the nail is scattered or the cut nail portion is not smooth and partially broken, so that the edge portion of the cut nail needs to be separately trimmed, which is very troublesome.
Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a nail clipper that is convenient and safe to use.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
In order to solve the above problems, a first object of the present invention is to provide a nail clipper which requires a small force to cut thick fingernails and toenails easily, a second object of the present invention is to provide a nail clipper which has a rough surface to prevent the nail clipper from slipping in the hand and the cut nail from scattering so that a disabled person having inconvenience in one hand or a weak person having a small force can use the nail clipper easily, and a third object of the present invention is to provide a nail clipper which has a simple structure, is trouble-free, and is convenient and safe to use.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows: a supporting sheet, which is in a plate shape, one end of which is upward provided with a cutting edge, and the side surface of which is provided with a pair of hinge sheets with through holes; a panel, comprising: a plate-shaped plate body; a cutting edge formed downward at one end of the plate body to be engaged correspondingly with the cutting edge; the supporting sheet is arranged at the other end of the plate body and is combined and fixed with the upper part of the supporting sheet; a pressing piece which is plate-shaped, and has a cylindrical hinge pin formed by protruding from the side surface of one end thereof, and is inserted into and coupled to the through hole formed in the hinge piece; a pressing piece which is in a shape of a right hexahedron, is provided with a through hole penetrating through the left side surface and the right side surface so as to be inserted into the pressing piece and slide, and is combined with a cylindrical pressing rod on one side of the lower surface; and a scattering prevention member having a wing formed on an upper surface of one side to be inserted into the holder to slide left and right, and both side surfaces formed with a prevention plate, respectively.
Advantageous effects
According to the configuration of the present invention as described above, since the angle between the pressing piece and the plate member is small, the rotation section of the pressing piece is small, and thus the force required for cutting the nail is small, and the plate member forming the cutting edge and the blade and the pressing piece are independently configured, the gap between the cutting edges is sufficiently wide, and thus it is easy to insert the fingernail or the toenail between the cutting edges, which has an advantage of easy cutting of the thick fingernail and the toenail.
In addition, the press sheet and the support sheet are provided with the anti-skid plates, and the support sheet is provided with the anti-scattering pieces, so that the anti-scattering device has the advantage that the anti-scattering device can be used easily and safely by disabled people with inconvenient hands or old and weak people with weak strength.
In addition, the structure is simple, no fault exists, and the required raw materials are few, so the device has the advantages of economy, convenience in use and safety, and is a very useful invention.

Best mode for carrying out the invention
Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a nail clipper according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a nail clipper according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a side view illustrating a nail clipper according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a view illustrating an operation state of a nail clipper according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the nail clipper according to the embodiment of the present invention is composed of a holder 100 combined with a plate member 200, a pressing piece 300, a pressing piece 400, and a scattering prevention member 500, and further includes an anti-slip plate 600.
The blade 100 has a plate shape, and has a cutting blade 110 formed upward at one end thereof and a pair of hinge pieces 120 provided with through holes 121 formed upright at side portions thereof.
The plate member 200 includes: a plate-shaped plate body 210; a cutting edge 220 formed downward at one end of the plate body 210 to be engaged with the cutting edge 110 correspondingly; and a support piece 230 connected to and fixed to an upper portion of the holder 100 at the other end.
The pressing piece 300 has a plate shape, and a cylindrical hinge pin 310 protruding from each side surface of one end thereof is inserted into and coupled to the through hole 121 formed in the hinge piece 120.
The pressing unit 400 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, has a through hole 410 penetrating right and left side surfaces thereof to be slidably inserted into the pressing piece 300, and has a cylindrical pressing rod 420 coupled to a lower surface side thereof.
The pressing member 400 slides on the pressing piece 300, and the force required for pressing the pressing piece 300 is reduced as it approaches the cutting edge 210 of the plate member 200.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2, the length of the pressing rod 420 coupled to the pressing piece 400 may be formed to be the same as that of the pressing piece 400, but may be formed to be shorter than that of the pressing rod 420 to reduce consumption of raw materials.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, since the angle between the pressing piece 300 and the plate member 200 is small, the rotation section of the pressing piece 300 is small and the force required for cutting the nails is small, which has an advantage that a disabled person or an old and weak person who has a difficulty in one hand can easily use the nail clipper.
On the other hand, since the blade 100 and the plate member 200 forming the cutting edges 110 and 220 are independently constructed from the pressing piece 300, the gap between the cutting edges 110 and 220 is sufficiently wide, and thus it is easy to insert fingernails or toenails between the cutting edges 110 and 220, thereby having an advantage of easily cutting thick fingernails and toenails.
The scattering prevention member 500 has a wing 510 formed on an upper surface of one side to be inserted into the blade 100 to slide left and right, and a prevention plate 520 formed on both sides thereof, respectively.
The scattering prevention member 500 is a means for preventing the cut fingernail or toenail from being bounced and scattered outward from the nail clipper, and after the fingernail and toenail are completely trimmed and separated from the tray 100 or slid with respect to the tray 100, the collected fingernail and toenail in the inner space of the plate member 200 may be removed.
In particular, the upper surface of the pressing piece 300 and the lower surface of the holder piece 100 are respectively mounted with the anti-slip plate 600, so that it is not easily slipped in the hand when using the nail clipper, and is formed so that any one can conveniently use. The anti-slip plate 600 may also be used to clean and trim cut surfaces of the cut fingernails and toenails after cutting the fingernails and the toenails.
In addition, one surface of the fly ash 500 is in contact with the lower surface of the blade 100, the wing 510 is in contact with the upper surface of the blade 100, and the blade 100 is inserted into a space formed between the one surface of the fly ash 500 and the wing 510.
In addition, the support piece 230 extends in a direction perpendicular to the blade 100, the plate body 210 extends obliquely from one end of the support piece 230, and the scattering prevention member 500 is formed to cover a space formed between the blade 100 and the plate member 200 in a state where the blade 100 and the pressing piece 300 are not pressed. At this time, the cross section of the receiving space is formed in a trapezoidal shape with the hinge piece 120 as a boundary.
In addition, the sliding movement of the flying guard 500 is restricted by the hinge plate 120.
Therefore, the nail clipper constructed according to the present invention as described above is simple in structure and thus has no malfunction, and uses less raw materials and less constituent elements than those of the conventional nail clipper, thus being economical and convenient and safe to use, thus being a very useful invention.
