Abstract
The invention relates to a bank customer obtaining technology, and discloses a method and a system for improving customer obtaining capacity of a bank outlet.A first server inputs information of a customer and transmits the information to a second server, the second server compares the information of the customer according to a preset financing template, and a first display controller stores the information of the customer to obtain the information of the customer which does not exist in the first server at first; and further, the first display controller receives the image captured by the monitoring device transmitted by the second server, and the customer clicks the image of the customer, so that the whole bank website can obtain the customer, especially the customer who does not exist in the original sample library. Through the second display control module, the financial templates started by the clients are recommended to the clients who are successfully compared, and the selected templates of the clients who are unsuccessfully compared are stored and updated, so that the accuracy of acquiring the financial templates by the clients is further guaranteed, and the marketing capacity of the bank outlets is improved.

A method for improving customer acquisition capacity of a bank outlet comprises the following steps:
information input, wherein a first server inputs customer information;
setting a financing template, wherein the second server presets the financing template, and the financing template at least comprises 2 types;
the monitoring device captures a client image and transmits the client image to the first server;
comparing the images, namely comparing the received customer image with the input customer information by the first server; and transmitting the comparison result to a second server; and the second server transmits the information of the client to the first display controller according to the comparison result, and the first display controller stores the information of the client.
The information of the client is input through the first server and is transmitted to the second server, the second server can compare the information of the client according to a preset financing template, and the first display controller stores the information of the client, so that the information of the client which does not exist in the first server is obtained; the first step further comprises that the controller receives the image which is captured by the monitoring device and transmitted by the second server, so that the client can click the image of the client, the whole bank website can acquire the client, and particularly the client which does not exist in the original sample library can be acquired.
The first server is a face comparison server, and the second server is a platform server.
The client information comprises a client name, identity information and a face picture.

On the basis of embodiment 1, this embodiment further includes the steps of: the second server receives the successful comparison result, and then recommends a financing template to the first display controller according to the information of the client; and transmitting the related information to a second display control module; the second display control module stores and updates the received information;

information input, wherein a first server inputs customer information;
setting a financing template, wherein the second server presets the financing template, and the financing template at least comprises 2 types;
the monitoring device captures a client image and transmits the client image to the first server;
comparing the images, namely comparing the received customer image with the input customer information by the first server; and transmitting the comparison result to a second server; the second server transmits the information of the client to the first display controller according to the comparison result.
Image display, the second server receives the successful comparison result, and then the second server recommends a financing template to the first display controller according to the information of the client; and transmitting the related information to a second display control module; the second display control module stores and updates the received information;
otherwise, the second server transmits the client picture to the first display controller; the first display controller displays a customer picture, and the customer clicks the picture to set a financial template; the first display controller transmits the financing template set by the client to the second display control module; and the second display control module stores and updates the received information.
2. The method for improving customer availability of a bank outlet according to claim 1, wherein the financing template comprises a financing template associated with customer information and a financing template associated with a financing amount, a financing year and a risk level.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first server is a face comparison server and the second server is a platform server.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the customer information includes customer name, identity information and face image.

A system for improving the customer obtaining capability of a bank outlet comprises a first server, a second server, a monitoring device, a first display control module and a second display control module; the system is characterized in that the second server is in communication connection with the first server and the first display control module;
the monitoring device takes a snapshot of a picture of a client and transmits the snapshot picture to the first server;
the first server transmits the received information to the second server, and compares the financial management module of the second server with the received information;
and the second server transmits the compared information to the first display control module.
And the second display control module receives the information of the first display control module, and stores and updates the received information.
