Abstract

The project scheduling management method according to claim 1, wherein: the scheduling management, the transaction specialist carries out unified allocation and scheduling management on the asset release time and the amount according to the asset and fund conditions, and comprises the following steps:
the scheduling classification comprises four types of scheduling to be determined, scheduled, on-line and abolished according to different stages of a project;
the scheduling inquiry is carried out, and a scheduling table is exported according to condition inquiry according to the name of the borrower, the due time range, the pre-sending time range, the business department, the pre-sending exchange and the pre-sending state condition;

5. A project scheduling management system, characterized by: the system comprises an asset information management module, a scheduling management module, a plan management module and a project management module;
the asset information management module is used for managing assets by a service manager;
the scheduling management module is used for uniformly allocating and scheduling the asset release time and the amount of money by a transaction specialist according to the asset and fund conditions;
the plan management module is used for initiating the submission of scheduling confirmation information by a trade specialist, selecting a plurality of projects according to query conditions, and moving from a to-be-scheduled list to a scheduled list after the projects are approved;
and the project management module is used for uniformly allocating the resource projects by trade special staff according to the assets and the scheduling conditions in the system. The trade specialist can update and inquire the project and generate the project according to the schedule in the project management.

the asset adding unit is used for exporting asset information according to the system data due project detail, the due time range, the business department and the exchange information conditions, for a plurality of due details which expire in the same day of the same enterprise, a new asset needs to be generated by combination, and the exported asset is not repeatedly exported;
the asset query unit is used for providing an asset list display function and supporting query conditions according to the name of a borrower, an expiration time range, a business department, a trading exchange, a renewal state and a scheduling state;
and the asset statistics derivation unit is used for summarizing the due amount and the pre-sent amount according to conditions, displaying the sum on a list, and supporting inquiring and counting an asset statistics table according to the conditions and deriving the asset statistics table.
7. The project scheduling management system according to claim 5, wherein: the scheduling management module comprises a scheduling classification unit, a scheduling query unit and a scheduling change unit;
the scheduling classification unit is used for classifying the scheduling to be determined, the determined scheduling, the online and the abolished according to different stages of the project;
the scheduling query unit is used for carrying out condition query and exporting a scheduling list according to the name of the borrower, the due time range, the pre-sending time range, the business department, the pre-sending exchange and the pre-sending state condition;

If the projects generated by the same series of project information can be modified, the series of project information templates can be modified, and batch change is initiated and the template information content of the associated projects is updated;
and the project deleting unit is used for deleting the project by a trade specialist after the project is generated. Deleting the asset generation project after the asset decision-making change is approved and the scheduling asset change exchange is confirmed;
the project online unit is used for confirming the scheduling project, and the trade specialist can submit to an online state within 5 working days before and after the pre-sending time; if the difference between the actual submitting online time and the pre-sending time is more than 5 working days, the online can not be submitted, and a trade specialist initiates a scheduling change approval process in advance;
the project notification unit is used for initiating short message notification to the designated project and sending service fee and interest reminding short messages to the project manager. Different short message templates can be displayed according to different exchanges.
