And (4) warehousing function: opening an article inventory page, searching whether an article exists in inventory according to the name of the article, popping up an inventory modal frame for an inventory button behind the article in the presence of the article, filling the inventory quantity, adding the inventory quantity into a database according to a set sql statement after submission, and finally returning to the inventory page to update the article quantity; and if the new article does not exist, clicking a new article warehousing button, popping up a new article warehousing mode box, selecting or newly adding a category, filling in the name and the unit, newly adding the data in the database inventory table according to the set sql statement after submission, and finally returning to the inventory page to update the new article.
And (4) modifying functions: opening an inventory page of the article, searching the article to be modified, clicking a rear editing button, popping up an editing window, modifying the attribute (category, name and unit) of the article, submitting the modification, replacing the corresponding data in the database by a background according to the set sql statement, and finally returning the updated data of the inventory page.
The search function: opening an article inventory page, inputting data of article types, inventory existence/nonexistence, keywords and the like, clicking for searching, searching all related data in a database according to the input data, and displaying the data in the page.
And a meeting reservation module 1303, configured to implement electronic management of the meeting room. Specifically, the meeting reservation module 1303 may display the meeting reservation in a calendar graphic manner, so that the user can visually check the dates and related situations reserved and available in each meeting room, and the whole reservation situation is clear. The meeting reservation module 1303 can implement a meeting viewing function and a meeting reservation function.
A conference viewing function: selecting a meeting room looks up the daily subscriptions for that room in the calendar. For example, a calendar block is set with div on a scheduled page in a meeting room, and the block is white by default. And clicking the meeting room, if the selected meeting room has a preset condition, marking the calendar plate related to the meeting room with orange at a preset time, and displaying information such as the name of a meeting preset in the meeting room after clicking the orange plate.
Conference reservation function: after the information such as the contact information, the conference name and the like is filled, the conference room can be preset, and the preset time is in half a day. For example, a meeting room reservation page is opened, a meeting room is selected to be reserved, dates on calendar blocks that are not reserved are selected, contact information and meeting names are filled in, and the calendar blocks selected after submission are marked with orange color.
The announcement module 1304 is used for editing, publishing and querying announcements, so that even if relevant items are announced, information communication among departments is facilitated.
The address list management module 1305 is used for recording, modifying, querying and storing the contact information of the personnel.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, the work overview module 14 includes: a date statistics module 1401, and a chart statistics module 1402. The work overview module 14 graphically processes all the above work profiles, and strengthens the visualization concept in a more intuitive display manner: showing the specific time of each task, plan and meeting in detail in the form of a calendar; and carrying out statistical illustration on the overall completion conditions of the central task, the local task, the monthly plan and the weekly plan. The manager can control all aspects of the working conditions at a glance.
And a date counting module 1401, configured to count data processed by the task management module, the planning module, and the administration management module in a time dimension.
For example, the year, month and day are selected on the calendar, and the distribution icons of tasks, plans and meetings on the corresponding dates appear, and corresponding details can appear by clicking the icons.
The work overview calendar block is set on the work overview page by div, all central tasks, office tasks and plans are associated with the calendar block according to time points and respective independent ids, the differences and the number of the corresponding central tasks, office tasks and plans are displayed on corresponding dates by using modules of three different colors, for example, the central task module is clicked, the name of the corresponding central task is displayed in a detail column on the right side of the page, and the corresponding task detail page can be skipped after clicking the name, so that the operation is very convenient and fast.
And a chart statistics module 1402, configured to perform statistics on data processed by the task management module, the planning module, and the administration management module in a chart form.
For example, year-round statistics are performed on central tasks and office tasks, and monthly (weekly) statistics are performed on a monthly (weekly) schedule. All statistics are displayed on a work overview page in a chart form (a sector statistical chart and a bar statistical chart) according to the difference of 'in-progress, completed and overtime', and details can be viewed by clicking the corresponding color blocks of the icons.
The invention provides a visual task management and control system and a visual task management and control method, wherein the system comprises the following steps: the system comprises a task management module, a plan module, an administrative management module and a work overview module; the task management module is used for counting, tracking and managing tasks, wherein the tasks comprise a central task and/or an office task, the central task is a task issued by a control center, and the office task is a task issued by a branch office subordinate to the control center; the planning module is used for generating a completion plan for the task, counting, tracking and managing the completion plan according to the execution condition of the task, wherein the completion plan comprises at least one of a week plan, a month plan, a quarter plan, a half-year plan and a year plan; the administrative management module is used for managing administrative tasks generated by the visual task management and control system; and the work overview module is used for counting the data processed by the task management module, the planning module and the administrative management module. By constructing a visual task management and control system, each flow node of a task is monitored, the management and control effect and the promotion direction of each task index are quantized, and the task management and control process can be observed, easily executed and controlled.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a visualization task management and control method provided in the third embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the method provided in the third embodiment is applicable to the visualization task management and control system, and the method includes the following steps.
S101, the visualization task management and control system sends tasks to the terminal equipment, wherein the tasks comprise central tasks and/or local tasks.
S102, the visualization task management and control system receives the execution progress of the tasks sent by the terminal equipment.
S103, recording and monitoring the execution progress of the task in real time by the visual task management and control system.
S104, the visual task management and control system obtains an administrative management request, wherein the administrative management request comprises at least one of an attendance management request, an article application request, a conference reservation request, a notice management request and an address book management request.
And S105, the visual task management and control system executes the administrative management request.
The visualization task management and control method provided by the embodiment is a visualization task management and control system supporting the embodiment, and the realization principle and the technical effect of the visualization task management and control method provided by the embodiment are similar to those of the embodiment, and are not described herein again.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (10)

1. A visual task management and control system, comprising: the system comprises a task management module, a plan module, an administrative management module and a work overview module;
the task management module is used for counting, tracking and managing tasks, wherein the tasks comprise central tasks and/or office tasks, the central tasks are tasks issued by a control center, and the office tasks are tasks issued by subordinate substations of the control center;
the plan module is used for generating a completion plan for the task, and counting, tracking and managing the completion plan according to the execution condition of the task, wherein the completion plan comprises at least one of a weekly plan, a monthly plan, a quarterly plan, a semi-annual plan and a yearly plan;
the administrative management module is used for managing the administrative tasks generated by the visual task management and control system;
and the work overview module is used for counting the data processed by the task management module, the planning module and the administrative management module.
2. The visualization task management and control system according to claim 1, further comprising: and a system setting module.
3. The visualization task management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the task management module includes: the system comprises a task level view module, a task import/export module, a task add/delete/change module, a task ordering module and a task searching module;
the task level view module is used for respectively displaying tasks in three layers of tables according to preset rules, wherein the three layers of tables comprise a first layer table, a second layer table and a third layer table, the first layer table is used for displaying all tasks, the second layer table is used for displaying tasks of a first level, and the third layer table is used for displaying tasks of a second level;
the task import/export module is used for importing a task or exporting the task;
the task adding/deleting/modifying module is used for adding tasks, deleting tasks or modifying tasks;
the task sequencing module is used for sequencing the tasks according to a preset sequence;
and the task searching module is used for searching the tasks according to the first keyword so as to find the tasks comprising the first keyword.
4. The visualization task management and control system according to claim 3, wherein the task management module further comprises: the system comprises a task hiding module, a task progress monitoring module, a task reminding module and a task postponing module;
the task hiding module is used for hiding the task comprising the second keyword according to the second keyword;
the task progress monitoring module is used for monitoring the execution condition of the task in real time;
the task reminding module is used for periodically sending reminding information within a preset time period so as to remind a task executor of executing a task;
and the task postponing module is used for receiving a postponing request triggered by a task executor and modifying the planned completion time of the task according to the postponing request.
5. The visualization task management and control system according to claim 4, wherein the task management module further comprises: the task comment module and the task statistic module;
the task comment module is used for receiving and displaying comment information of the task;
and the task counting module is used for counting the tasks.
6. The visualization task management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the administration module comprises: the system comprises an attendance checking module, an article application module and a conference reservation module;
the attendance module is used for managing attendance information recorded by the visual task management and control system;
the article application module is used for counting, tracking and managing office articles;
and the meeting reservation module is used for realizing electronic management of a meeting room.
7. The visualization task management and control system according to claim 6, wherein the administration module further comprises: the system comprises an announcement module and an address list management module;
the announcement module is used for realizing the editing, publishing and inquiring of the announcement;
and the address book management module is used for recording, modifying, inquiring and storing the contact data of the personnel.
8. The visualization task management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the work overview module comprises: a date counting module and a chart counting module;
the date counting module is used for counting the data processed by the task management module, the planning module and the administrative management module in a time dimension;
and the chart counting module is used for counting the data processed by the task management module, the planning module and the administrative management module in a chart form.
9. A visualization task management and control method, which is applicable to the visualization task management and control system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and comprises the following steps:
the visual task management and control system sends tasks to terminal equipment, wherein the tasks comprise central tasks and/or local tasks;
the visual task management and control system receives the execution progress of the task sent by the terminal equipment;
and the visual task management and control system records and monitors the execution progress of the task in real time.
10. The visualization task management and control method according to claim 9, further comprising:
the visual task management and control system acquires an administrative management request, wherein the administrative management request comprises at least one of an attendance management request, an article application request, a conference reservation request, an announcement management request and an address book management request;
and the visual task management and control system executes the administrative management request.
