A control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring first to fig. 6 and 7, for example, the air conditioner may be a wall-mounted air conditioner, and the indoor unit 1 of the air conditioner includes a housing 110, a heat exchanger 120, a wind wheel 130 (the wind wheel 130 may be a cross-flow wind wheel), a motor (not shown), a cleaning member 140, a humidity sensor (not shown), a display panel (not shown), and a remote controller (not shown). The housing 110 has an air inlet 111 and an air outlet 112, and an air duct 113 located between the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112, wherein the air duct 113 connects the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112. The wind wheel 130 is located in the housing 110, and the heat exchanger 120 is disposed between the wind wheel 130 and the housing 110. The housing 110 is configured with a mounting bin 114, and the cleaning member 140 is provided to the mounting bin 114, the cleaning member 140 extending along the length of the wind wheel 130.
The cleaning member 140 is composed of a sealing plate 141, a brush 142, and a central shaft 143. The sealing plate 141 may be made of an elastic material having shape memory properties (e.g., silicone rubber, rubber), the brush 142 may be mounted on one surface of the sealing plate 141 in the thickness direction, and the brush 142 may have a fan shape. The brush 142 has a cleaning state and a storage state, and when the brush 142 is in the cleaning state, the brush 142 is in contact with a part of the outer circumferential surface of the wind wheel 130; when the brush 142 is in the storage state, the sealing plate 141 covers the mounting chamber 114, and the brush 142 is located in the mounting chamber 114. One end of the central shaft 143 is connected to a motor shaft of the motor, the other end of the central shaft 143 is rotatably fixed to the housing 110, the cleaning member 140 is rotatable about the central shaft 143, and the brush 142 is switchable between a cleaning state and a storage state by rotation of the cleaning member 140.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the control method of the air conditioner includes:
detecting whether a wind wheel cleaning instruction is received, wherein the wind wheel cleaning instruction can be input on the remote controller or the control panel of the air conditioner;
if yes, detecting indoor humidity, wherein the indoor humidity can be detected through the humidity sensor;
judging whether the indoor humidity is greater than a preset humidity, for example, the preset humidity may be 85% rh;
if not, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a wind wheel cleaning mode, the wind wheel is cleaned, for example, the hairbrush 142 is adjusted to a cleaning state, the hairbrush 142 is in contact with a part of the outer peripheral surface of the wind wheel 130, and the outer peripheral surface of the wind wheel 130 and the hairbrush 142 can rub with each other through circumferential rotation of the wind wheel 130, so that self-cleaning of the wind wheel 130 is realized.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, after the wind wheel cleaning instruction is received, the wind wheel cleaning is not immediately executed, the indoor humidity is detected firstly, and the wind wheel cleaning mode is started only when the indoor humidity is not more than the preset humidity, so that the wind wheel cleaning is executed. Therefore, when the wind wheel is cleaned, the moisture in the impurities such as dust on the wind wheel can be controlled below a certain amount, and the situation that the impurities and the wind wheel are too large in viscosity to be cleaned is avoided. And after the impurities are cleaned from the wind wheel, if the moisture content is too large, the impurities are easy to adhere to other parts of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the wind wheel is cleaned when the indoor humidity is not more than the preset humidity, so that the probability that the impurities on the wind wheel are adhered to other parts of the air conditioner can be effectively reduced, and the cleanness inside the air conditioner is improved.
Therefore, the control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize intelligent cleaning of the wind wheel, and the wind wheel has a good cleaning effect and does not need to be dismounted.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, if the wind wheel cleaning command is received in the standby mode, the dehumidification mode is first entered and operated for a second preset time, and then the indoor humidity is detected. The second preset time may be 5 minutes. If the indoor humidity is lower than the preset humidity, and the dehumidification mode is operated by the air conditioner, the indoor humidity can be reduced, the moisture of dust attached to the wind wheel is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved; if the indoor humidity is not lower than the preset humidity, the indoor humidity can be reduced through the dehumidification mode of the air conditioner, and further the indoor humidity is possibly lower than the preset humidity, so that the air conditioner can operate the wind wheel cleaning mode, and the probability that the air conditioner can enter the wind wheel cleaning mode is increased.
Further, if the indoor humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a dehumidification mode and continue for a first preset time, and then the indoor humidity is detected for the second time, wherein the first preset time can be 20 minutes;
and if the indoor humidity detected for the second time is still greater than the preset humidity, controlling the air conditioner to return to the standby mode.
Therefore, the indoor humidity can be further reduced by operating the dehumidification mode again, the possibility that the indoor humidity is lower than the preset humidity is increased, and the probability of operating the wind wheel cleaning mode of the air conditioner is improved. Therefore, the indoor humidity is detected twice, and the indoor humidity can be further increased to meet the running requirement of the wind wheel cleaning mode. And if the indoor humidity detected for the second time is still greater than the preset humidity, it indicates that the indoor humidity is too high, and the weather or other natural factors may increase the air humidity, for example, in rainy days, at this time, the indoor humidity is difficult to be reduced to the requirement of wind wheel cleaning in the dehumidification mode, so that the air conditioner is controlled to return to the standby mode, and the intelligence of the air conditioner is improved.
And if the indoor humidity detected for the second time is still greater than the preset humidity, sending out a prompt of the wind wheel which is not easy to clean. The wind wheel difficult to clean prompt can be displayed through the display panel, so that a user can more clearly master the working state of the air conditioner, the user is prevented from mistakenly thinking that the air conditioner has already been subjected to a wind wheel cleaning mode, and the user is convenient to be reminded to select proper time to clean the wind wheel again.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, in the standby mode, after the air conditioner is controlled to enter the wind wheel cleaning mode whether the indoor humidity is detected for the first time or the indoor humidity is detected for the second time, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the heating mode for a third preset time, which may be 20 minutes;
controlling the air conditioner to be switched into an air supply mode from a heating mode for a fourth preset time, wherein the fourth preset time can be 10 minutes;
and controlling to execute wind wheel cleaning for a fifth preset time, wherein the fifth preset time can be 20 minutes.
Because the air conditioner operation when dehumidification mode, the heat exchanger of machine in the air conditioning is the evaporimeter, consequently there may be the comdenstion water in the inside of machine in the air conditioning, through operation mode of heating, can improve the temperature of machine in the air conditioning, the liquid water evaporation of machine in the air conditioning is gaseous water with higher speed, then the rethread operation air supply mode blows off the gaseous water in the machine in the air conditioning, greatly reduced the humidity of machine in the air conditioning, improve the degree of drying of machine in the air conditioning, and then make the impurity of attaching to the wind wheel more dry, thereby be convenient for follow-up carry out the wind wheel clean.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, if the wind wheel cleaning command is received in the blowing mode, the detection of the indoor humidity is directly performed. Because under the air supply mode, the air outlet of the air conditioner accelerates the indoor air flow, can continuously discharge indoor moisture and reduce indoor humidity, and therefore the indoor humidity can be directly detected, the operation steps of the air conditioner are saved, the energy waste is avoided, and the working efficiency of the air conditioner is also improved.
Further, if the indoor humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a dehumidification mode and continue for a first preset time, and then the indoor humidity is detected for the second time, wherein the first preset time can be 20 minutes;
and if the indoor humidity detected for the second time is still greater than the preset humidity, controlling the air conditioner to return to the air supply mode.
The wind wheel difficult to clean prompt can be displayed through the display panel, so that a user can clearly connect the working state of the air conditioner, the user is prevented from mistakenly thinking that the air conditioner has already performed a wind wheel cleaning mode, and the user is convenient to be reminded to select proper time to clean the wind wheel again.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, in the air supply mode, after the air conditioner is controlled to enter the wind wheel cleaning mode under the condition of detecting the indoor humidity for the second time, that is, the indoor humidity is not greater than the preset humidity during the second detection, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the heating mode for a sixth preset time;
controlling the air conditioner to be switched into an air supply mode from a heating mode for a seventh preset time, wherein the sixth preset time can be 20 minutes, and the seventh preset time can be 10 minutes;
and controlling to execute wind wheel cleaning for an eighth preset time, wherein the eighth preset time can be 20 minutes.
Because the air conditioner operation when dehumidification mode, the heat exchanger of machine in the air conditioning is the evaporimeter, consequently there may be the comdenstion water in the inside of machine in the air conditioning, through operation mode of heating, can improve the temperature of machine in the air conditioning, the liquid water evaporation of machine in the air conditioning is gaseous water with higher speed, then the rethread operation air supply mode blows off the gaseous water in the machine in the air conditioning, greatly reduced the humidity of machine in the air conditioning, improve the degree of drying of machine in the air conditioning, and then make the impurity of attaching to the wind wheel more dry, increase the holistic cleanliness factor of wind wheel and air conditioner.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, in the air supply mode, after the air conditioner is controlled to enter the wind wheel cleaning mode under the first detection of the indoor humidity, that is, after the indoor humidity is not greater than the preset humidity at the first detection, the wind wheel cleaning is controlled to be performed for a ninth preset time, which may be 20 minutes.
Because detect indoor humidity for the first time under the air supply mode and be less than predetermine humidity, show like this that the humidity of indoor environment is less than always predetermine humidity, the inside humidity of air conditioning indoor set is lower relatively, need not to control the air conditioner and heats the mode, consequently can detect indoor humidity for the first time and control the air conditioner and get into the clean mode of wind wheel, practiced thrift the running step of air conditioner like this, avoid the energy waste, also improved the work efficiency of air conditioner.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, if the wind wheel cleaning command is received in the heating mode, the air supply mode is first entered and the operation is performed for a tenth preset time, and then the indoor humidity is detected, where the tenth preset time may be 10 minutes.
Under the heating mode, the temperature of the air-conditioning indoor unit is higher, the evaporation of liquid water of the air-conditioning indoor unit is accelerated to be gaseous water, then the gaseous water in the air-conditioning indoor unit is blown out through the operation air supply mode, the humidity of the air-conditioning indoor unit is greatly reduced, the drying degree of the air-conditioning indoor unit is improved, impurities attached to the wind wheel are enabled to be dry, and the cleaning degree of the wind wheel and the whole air conditioner is increased.
Further, if the indoor humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a dehumidification mode and continue for a first preset time, and then the indoor humidity is detected for the second time, wherein the first preset time can be 20 minutes;
and if the indoor humidity detected for the second time is still greater than the preset humidity, controlling the air conditioner to return to the heating mode.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in the heating mode, after the air conditioner is controlled to enter the wind wheel cleaning mode under the second detection of the indoor humidity, that is, the indoor humidity is not greater than the preset humidity at the second detection, the heating mode is maintained for an eleventh preset time, which may be 20 minutes;
controlling the air conditioner to be switched into an air supply mode from a heating mode for a twelfth preset time, wherein the twelfth preset time can be 10 minutes;
and controlling to perform the wind wheel cleaning for a thirteenth preset time, wherein the thirteenth preset time can be 20 minutes.
After the indoor humidity is judged to be higher than the preset humidity for the first time, the air conditioner starts to operate in a dehumidification mode, and a heat exchanger of the indoor air conditioner is an evaporator, so that condensed water possibly exists in the indoor air conditioner.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in the heating mode, after the air conditioner is controlled to enter the wind wheel cleaning mode under the first detection of the indoor humidity, that is, after the indoor humidity is not greater than the preset humidity at the first detection, the wind wheel cleaning is controlled to be performed for a fourteenth preset time, which is 20 minutes.
Because under the heating mode, the liquid water content in the indoor air is reduced, and after the air supply mode, the gaseous water content in the indoor air is also greatly reduced, and further the indoor humidity is reduced, therefore, the air conditioner can be controlled to enter the wind wheel cleaning mode under the condition of detecting the indoor humidity for the first time, the operation steps of the air conditioner are saved, the energy waste is avoided, and the working efficiency of the air conditioner is also improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, if the wind wheel cleaning command is received in the cooling mode, the dehumidification mode is first entered and the indoor humidity is detected after a fifteenth preset time, which may be 15 minutes, is performed. Because under the refrigeration mode, the indoor temperature is lower, therefore humidity is probably higher to the heat exchanger of machine in the air conditioning is the evaporimeter, also probably has the comdenstion water in the machine in the air conditioning room, has increased indoor humidity, therefore the air conditioner passes through the operation dehumidification mode earlier, in order to reduce indoor humidity, increases the indoor humidity and is not more than the possibility of preset humidity, improves the probability of air conditioner operation wind wheel cleaning mode. In addition, if the indoor humidity is lower than the preset humidity and passes through the air conditioner operation dehumidification mode, the indoor humidity can be reduced again, the moisture attached to the dust of the wind wheel is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Further, if the indoor humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a dehumidification mode and continue for a first preset time, and then the indoor humidity is detected for the second time, wherein the first preset time can be 20 minutes;
and if the indoor humidity detected for the second time is still greater than the preset humidity, controlling the air conditioner to return to the cooling mode.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, in the cooling mode, after the air conditioner is controlled to enter the wind wheel cleaning mode whether the indoor humidity is detected for the first time or the indoor humidity is detected for the second time, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the heating mode for a sixteenth preset time, which may be 20 minutes;
controlling the air conditioner to be switched into an air supply mode from a heating mode and lasting for seventeenth preset time, wherein the seventeenth preset time is 20 minutes;
and controlling to execute wind wheel cleaning for an eighteenth preset time, wherein the eighteenth preset time can be 20 minutes.
Because the air conditioner operates the dehumidification mode after operating the refrigeration mode, the heat exchangers of the indoor air conditioners in the two modes are evaporators, condensed water possibly exists in the indoor air conditioners, the air conditioner needs to operate the heating mode to improve the temperature of the indoor air conditioners, liquid water in the indoor air conditioners is evaporated into gaseous water in an accelerating mode, then the gaseous water in the indoor air conditioners is blown out through the operation air supply mode, the humidity of the indoor air conditioners is greatly reduced, the drying degree of the indoor air conditioners is improved, impurities attached to the wind wheels are dried, and the cleaning degree of the wind wheels and the whole air conditioner is increased.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the process of performing the wind wheel cleaning, the wind wheel is controlled to rotate forward and backward alternately, and the time of the wind wheel rotating forward is equal to the time of the wind wheel rotating backward, for example, the wind wheel cleaning is performed for 20 minutes, wherein the wind wheel rotates forward for 10 minutes and rotates backward for 10 minutes. Therefore, different surfaces (such as two surfaces of the blade) of the wind wheel can be cleaned, the cleaning time of the different surfaces of the wind wheel is divided equally, and the cleanliness uniformity of the wind wheel is improved.
Further, in the process of executing the wind wheel cleaning, the rotating speed of the wind wheel is 200-500 r/min. So, with the rotational speed control of wind wheel in this within range, can enough guarantee the clean effect of wind wheel, avoid the wind wheel rotatory too fast or too slow and lead to impurity not effectively to clear away, can guarantee the clean efficiency of wind wheel again.
Further, after the wind wheel cleaning is performed, a wind wheel cleaning completion prompt is issued, for example, a wind wheel cleaning completion code mark is displayed on the display panel. Therefore, the wind wheel can prompt a user that the wind wheel is clean, the air conditioner can be normally used, the air conditioner is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the user uses other functions of the air conditioner in the process of cleaning the wind wheel, and the reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
Other configurations and operations of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
For example, the air conditioner in the present application performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
In the description herein, references to the description of "a particular embodiment," "a particular example," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example.
While embodiments of the invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
