一种小口径球阀的阀杆防飞出结构,包括右阀体、左阀体、阀杆,右阀体、左阀体的内部止口中设有防飞出套,防飞出套与阀杆间隙配合,阀杆上设有轴用挡圈,轴用挡圈的外径小于右阀体、左阀体内部设有防飞出套止口的内径,防飞出套上端设有填料垫,填料垫中装有填料。本发明的有益效果是,通过防飞出套置于阀腔内部,并用轴用挡圈进行定位支撑来实现阀杆的防飞出结构,结构简单,相比于对开圆环结构,不会出现啃伤阀杆的风险;相比于其他防飞出设置在阀门承压边界外的结构,更具有安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种小口径球阀的阀杆防飞出结构。
背景技术
对于小口径球阀(≤DN25)由于其阀体内腔过小,阀杆长度相对于阀体内腔过长,无法设计成下装型的防飞出阀杆。因此现有的小口径球阀结构一般为无防飞出结构的上装型阀杆。但如果阀杆结构没有防飞出结构,阀杆在介质作用力下,很容易从填料函中飞出阀体,造成不安全隐患。所以对于阀杆,必须要设有有防飞出的结构。
现有市面上的一种小口径球阀防飞出结构是通过在阀杆的阶梯上设有止推垫片、对开圆环来实现的。具有这种阀杆防飞出结构的阀门在长期启闭过程中,如果不精确控制对开圆环与阀杆的间隙,容易出现对开圆环啃伤阀杆的现象。其次,由于加了止推垫片及对开圆环,会在一定程度上加大阀门的启闭扭矩。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种小口径球阀的阀杆防飞出结构。
本发明的技术方案是,一种小口径球阀的阀杆防飞出结构,包括右阀体、左阀体、阀杆,右阀体、左阀体的内部止口中设有防飞出套,防飞出套与阀杆间隙配合,阀杆上设有轴用挡圈,轴用挡圈的外径小于右阀体、左阀体内部设有防飞出套止口的内径,防飞出套上端设有填料垫,填料垫中装有填料。
本发明的有益效果是,通过防飞出套置于阀腔内部,并用轴用挡圈进行定位支撑来实现阀杆的防飞出结构,结构简单,相比于对开圆环结构,不会出现啃伤阀杆的风险;相比于其他防飞出设置在阀门承压边界外的结构,更具有安全性。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种小口径球阀的阀杆防飞出结构,包括右阀体7、左阀体1、阀杆5,右阀体7、左阀体1的内部止口中设有防飞出套2,防飞出套3与阀杆5间隙配合,在阀门启闭过程中,相比于对开圆环的结构,不会存在啃伤的风险。阀杆5上设有轴用挡圈6,实现防飞出套2的定位,防止防飞出套2掉落;轴用挡圈6的外径小于右阀体7、左阀体1内部设有防飞出套2止口的内径,防止阀杆5启闭过程中轴用挡圈6与右阀体7、左阀体1接触产生掉落情况;防飞出套2上端设有填料垫3,填料垫3中装有填料4,实现阀杆的密封。
