The upper surface of the cart 1 is fixedly connected with a first connecting rod 15, a handle 16, a storage box 17 and a cement paste bin 18, the first connecting rod 15 and the storage box 17 are sequentially arranged with the cement paste bin 18, and the handle 16 is located at the rear end of the first connecting rod 15.
One end of the first connecting rod 15 is fixedly connected with a height-limiting extrusion wheel 14.

The front end surface of the cart 1 is fixedly connected with a limiting wheel 22, and the bottom of the cart 1 is fixedly connected with a moving wheel 2.
The front end of the limiting wheel 22 is provided with a wall 36, and a cement layer 37 is arranged between the wall 36 and the trolley 1.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the invention is used, firstly, the extrusion plate 32 is extruded to move the extrusion plate 32 to the inner wall of the rear end of the storage box 17, then the skirting lines 24 are orderly stacked in the storage box 17, the skirting lines 24 placed in the storage box 17 fall into the chute 23 through the rectangular through holes 31 at the bottom of the storage box 17, then cement slurry is poured into the cement slurry bin 18, the air pressure pump is arranged in the cement slurry bin 18, the cement slurry is discharged into the arc-shaped groove 26 through the connecting hose 19 under the action of the air pressure pump, then the motor 20 is started, the motor 20 drives the crankshaft 21 to rotate clockwise, the crankshaft 21 drives the sliding block 27 to slide up and down in the arc-shaped groove 26, so that the cement slurry in the arc-shaped groove 26 is discharged onto the wall surface from the discharge port 5 through the extrusion of the sliding block 27, and the movable block 4 is driven to move back and forth when the crankshaft 21 rotates, when the movable block 4 moves forwards, the front end of the movable block can level cement paste on the wall surface, meanwhile, the movable block 4 can drive the sliding rod 7 to move forwards and backwards, so that the sliding rod 7 can drive the pushing device 25 to move left and right, when the movable block 4 drives the sliding rod 7 to move leftwards, the push plate 30 in the pushing device 25 can push the skirting line 24 to move leftwards, when the movable block 4 moves to the leftmost push plate 30, the skirting line 24 can be pushed out of the cart 1, then, the movable block 4 can drive the sliding rod 7 and the pushing device 25 to move rightwards, when the push plate 30 in the pushing device 25 touches the skirting line 24 in the sliding groove 23, the push plate 30 can rotate to the inside of the groove 28, when the movable block 4 drives the sliding rod 7 and the pushing device 25 to move rightmost, the push plate 30 can be popped out by the elastic force of the return spring 29, and when moving leftwards, the skirting line 24 can be continuously, the skirting line 24 after the release can be through the height-limiting extrusion wheel 14 down extrusion control skirting line 24's level earlier, then make skirting line 24 paste on the wall through the inward extrusion of spreading the extrusion wheel 13, after having pasted a skirting line 24, the movable block 4 then can take slide bar 7 and telescopic link 8 to continue the motion left, the one end of telescopic link 8 then can be through roof 10 will paste skirting line 24 extrusion left when moving to the leftmost side, prevent that the gap between two skirting lines 24 is too big.
