Claims (7)
1. A gluing system comprises a workbench (1), a top frame mechanism (5), an extrusion mechanism (6), a glue cavity (7) and a baffle (12); the bottom surface of workstation (1) is provided with four places and stands foot (2), its characterized in that: the steel wire rope pressing device is characterized in that the top of the left side of the workbench (1) is hinged with a pressing seat (3) through a hinge (13), the middle of the right side of the pressing seat (3) is welded with a handle (9), the right side of the top surface of the pressing seat (3) is welded with a connecting block (8), a steel wire rope (4) extending downwards towards the left is arranged on the connecting block (8) in a penetrating mode, the left side of the top surface of the pressing seat (3) is further welded with a transition wheel (15) used for enabling the steel wire rope (4) to be guided in a sliding mode, the pressing seat (3) and the left side of the front portion of the workbench (1) are provided with a resetting mechanism (10) capable of elastically resetting after the pressing seat (3) is pressed downwards, a through hole is formed in the middle area of the workbench (1), and a rubber cavity (7) is inlaid in the through hole;
the rubber cavity (7) is of a cylindrical cavity structure, a capsule cavity (701) is arranged in an inner cavity of the rubber cavity, the top of the capsule cavity (701) is connected with a rubber outlet plate (703), and a feeding pipe (702) penetrates through the front side of the rubber cavity (7);
the extrusion mechanism (6) comprises an extrusion seat (601) which is in sliding fit with the rubber cavity (7), and two groups of rear ear plates (602) and two groups of front ear plates (603) which are welded on the front and rear outer walls of the extrusion seat (601), and the right end of each front ear plate (603) is provided with a T-shaped guide block (604);
roof-rack mechanism (5) include arc pole (501), connecting rod (502) and rings (503), the welding of the top surface left side of connecting rod (502) has rings (503), and the top and wire rope (4) of rings (503) are connected, arc pole (501) are two, weld in the both sides of connecting rod (502), and two arc pole (501) be located the bottom side of back otic placode (602) and front otic placode (603).
2. The gluing system according to claim 1, wherein a lower pressing cavity (101) is formed in the middle of the top surface of the worktable (1), and an upper pressing cavity (301) corresponding to the lower pressing cavity (101) in shape is formed in the middle of the pressing base (3).

The gluing system according to claim 2, wherein a side groove (102) is formed in the rear side of the top surface of the workbench (1), a rotary groove (103) is formed in the left side of the top surface of the workbench (1), and the pressing cavity (101), the side groove (102) and the rotary groove (103) are communicated.

The gluing system according to claim 1, wherein the glue discharging plate (703) is provided with dense and hemp glue discharging holes, the glue discharging plate (703) is positioned in the lower pressure cavity (101), a rotating shaft (11) is welded on the right side of the lower pressure cavity (101), a baffle (12) capable of rotating and swinging back and forth is mounted on the rotating shaft (11), and the baffle (12) rotates backwards and then is positioned in the side groove (102).
5. A gluing system according to claim 4, wherein the baffle (12) is attached to the top surface of the glue-out plate (703) after rotating towards the left, and both the baffle (12) and the glue-out plate (703) are rubber plates.

A gluing system according to claim 1, wherein the return mechanism (10) comprises a guide plate (1001), a support plate (1002), a bent rod (1003) and a spring (1004), the guide plate (1001) is welded to the front face of the pressure base (3), the support plate (1002) is welded to the front face of the table (1), the bent rod (1003) is welded to the support plate (1002) and is in sliding fit with the guide plate (1001), the spring (1004) is located between the guide plate (1001) and the support plate (1002), and the spring (1004) is sleeved on the bent rod (1003).
7. Gluing system according to claim 1, characterised in that a funnel (14) is welded to the top of the inlet pipe (702), and the inlet pipe (702) at the bottom of the funnel (14) passes through the glue cavity (7) in a rear-downward inclined manner into the capsule cavity (701).
