Abstract
The curtain wall board comprises a board base layer (1), a basalt fiber fabric layer (2) and a transparent cover layer (3), wherein the basalt fiber fabric layer is bonded to the front surface of the board base layer through an adhesive, and the transparent cover layer is coated on the surface of the basalt fiber fabric layer. The curtain wall board has soft light green brown or light brown green metal luster on the surface, moist texture and elegant color, and can be used as a curtain wall material for building curtain wall construction. The invention provides a novel building decoration material, and expands the application range of basalt fiber fabrics in the field of building engineering.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials.
Background
The basalt fiber is a continuous fiber formed by melting basalt stone at high temperature and drawing the basalt stone at high speed by a drawing process, and the basalt fiber mainly comprises silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, iron oxide and other metal oxides. The basalt fiber has high strength, and also has various excellent performances such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and the like, is a novel green high-performance fiber material, and is listed as one of four high-performance fiber materials which are mainly developed and widely popularized by China.
The basalt fiber includes basalt fiber roving formed by combining a plurality of parallel strands or single-stranded parallel strands in a state without twisting, basalt fiber textile yarn formed by twisting and combining a plurality of basalt fiber strands, and basalt fiber chopped yarn formed by chopping continuous basalt fiber yarns and strands.
The basalt fiber fabric comprises gridding cloth and coarse gauze which are woven by basalt fiber roving and fine gauze which is woven by basalt fiber textile yarns.
Since the advent, basalt fiber and its fabrics have been widely used in many production fields. In the fields of building, road and bridge construction and building materials, the application modes mainly comprise that chopped fibers are used as concrete admixture to improve the performance of concrete, continuous fiber bundles are used to replace reinforcing steel bars in the form of basalt fiber composite bars for structural construction, and gridding cloth or coarse gauze is used to be applied to some composite templates, block materials or composite external wall systems in the form of reinforcing layers or fire-proof layers.

A. fully infiltrating the basalt fiber fabric with a binder;
B. coating a bonding agent on the board base layer;
C. stretching and flattening the soaked basalt fiber fabric and bonding the basalt fiber fabric to the front side of the plate base layer;
D. rolling the basalt fiber fabric, and discharging bubbles between the basalt fiber fabric layer and the plate base layer;
E. and after the binder is solidified, coating a transparent finish coat paint on the surface of the basalt fiber fabric layer to form a transparent finish coat, and after the transparent finish coat paint is solidified and dried completely, obtaining the curtain wall plate taking the basalt fiber fabric as the finish coat.
Furthermore, after the transparent finish coating is solidified, dried and solidified completely, the surface of the transparent finish coating can be ground and polished.

The transparent finish coat 3 is made of fluorocarbon paint or epoxy resin or acrylic resin.

5. The curtain wall board with basalt fiber fabric as finishing layer according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the paint of the transparent finishing layer (3) is fluorocarbon paint or epoxy resin or acrylic resin.

7. The method for manufacturing the curtain wall panel with the basalt fiber fabric as the finishing layer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. fully infiltrating the basalt fiber fabric with a binder;
B. coating a bonding agent on the board base layer (1);
C. stretching and flattening the soaked basalt fiber fabric and bonding the basalt fiber fabric to the front side of the plate base layer (1);
D. rolling the basalt fiber fabric, and discharging bubbles between the basalt fiber fabric layer (2) and the plate base layer;
E. and after the binder is solidified, coating a transparent finish coat paint on the surface of the basalt fiber fabric layer (2) to form a transparent finish coat layer (3), and after the transparent finish coat paint is solidified and dried completely, obtaining the curtain wall plate taking the basalt fiber fabric as the finish coat.
