Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plate processing, in particular to a melamine veneer compounding process.
Background
The melamine veneer which is faced by the melamine impregnated paper has a plurality of advantages. For example, various patterns can be printed on the melamine impregnated paper at will, and the color is bright; the melamine veneer has high surface hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, and can resist the corrosion of common solvents such as acid, alkali, grease, alcohol and the like; the melamine veneer has smooth and clean surface, is easy to maintain and clean and has better weather resistance. Therefore, melamine impregnated paper is widely used for finishing various artificial boards such as fiber boards and particle boards. The artificial board after finishing can be used for manufacturing various furniture, cabinets and the like. After the surface of the melamine impregnated paper is added with the wear-resistant material, various reinforced floors can be manufactured. However, the melamine veneer also has some problems in use, such as the edge sealing is easy to break, and the color of the edge sealing cannot be completely consistent with the surface. In addition, some artificial boards such as stone-plastic boards, glass-magnesium boards, wood-plastic boards, foam boards, gypsum boards, inorganic cement boards and the like cannot be directly faced with melamine impregnated paper. Although the ecological board can be directly faced by the melamine impregnated paper, the inferior rate of the direct facing by the melamine impregnated paper is higher because the performance difference of the natural wood is larger. In addition, melamine impregnated paper cannot finish various profiled surfaces such as wood doors, decorative moldings, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem mainly solved by the invention is to provide a melamine veneer compounding process, wherein the bottom layer of the melamine veneer compounding process has good adhesion performance to PUR hot melt adhesive, the laminated coating material can be used for decorating various plates, special-shaped surfaces and the like, and various problems existing in the application of melamine impregnated paper can be solved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: the provided melamine veneer compounding process comprises the following steps:
(1) connecting a surface layer and a bottom layer together through hot pressing to obtain a laminated coating material, wherein the surface layer is melamine impregnated paper, the bottom layer is kraft paper, parchment paper or non-woven fabric, and the bottom layer can connect a plurality of pieces of melamine impregnated paper together;
(2) and (3) positioning the substrate board, gluing, and compounding with the laminated coating material obtained in the step (1) to obtain the melamine veneer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the surface layer and the bottom layer are bonded by thermal compression in step (1).
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the substrate board in step (2) is a stone-plastic board, a glass-magnesium board, a wood-plastic board, a foam board, a gypsum board, an inorganic cement board, a calcium silicate board or a plywood.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the positioning of the substrate sheet in step (2) is performed by a positioning conveyor.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the glue applied in step (2) is an aldehyde-free PUR hot melt adhesive.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the laminated coating material in step (2) is first set on the unwinding roller and then enters between the upper pressing roller and the lower pressing roller through the transition roller.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the unwinding roller is a constant tension unwinding roller.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the melamine veneer compounding process, the laminated coating material can be bent, the surfaces of various special-shaped surfaces can be decorated, and the plates which cannot be directly decorated by the melamine impregnated paper can be decorated.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, the drawings needed to be used in the description of the embodiments are briefly introduced below, it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and other drawings can be obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive efforts, wherein:
fig. 1 is a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of the melamine veneer compositing process of the invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a melamine veneer compositing process is provided, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the surface layer and the bottom layer are connected together through a hot pressing process, and the curing process between the surface layer and the bottom layer is completed simultaneously to obtain the laminated coating material, wherein the surface layer is melamine impregnated paper, and the bottom layer is kraft paper, parchment paper or non-woven fabric. Because the kraft paper, parchment paper or the non-woven fabrics of bottom are continuous coiled materials, through the hot pressing back the bottom can be with a slice melamine impregnated paper links together to the lamination cladding material also becomes the coiled material, and this coiled material setting can make things convenient for follow-up roll squeezer with the compound of lamination cladding material and base material board.
(2) The substrate plate 1 is firstly placed on the positioning conveyor 2 through a plate pushing machine or a plate sucking sports car, and the positioning conveyor positions the substrate plate. And after positioning, the upper surface of the base material plate is coated with glue by a glue coating machine 3. And (2) putting the laminated coating material 4 obtained in the step (1) on a constant-tension unreeling roller 5, entering a gap between an upper pressing roller 7 and a lower pressing roller 8 through a transition roller 6, entering a gap between the upper pressing roller and the lower pressing roller through a feeding roller table 10, and compounding the laminated coating material with the laminated coating material under the pressure action of the upper pressing roller. And (3) feeding the melamine veneer finished board 12 after compounding into a discharging roller table 11, and then stacking. Various glues can be adopted for the glue, but the PUR hot melt adhesive without aldehyde is generally adopted. The substrate board is a stone-plastic board, a glass-magnesium board, a wood-plastic board, a foaming board, a gypsum board, an inorganic cement board, a calcium silicate board or a plywood.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the obtained laminated coating material can be bent and can be used for decorating various special-shaped surfaces. The softest laminate cover material can cover rounded corners with a radius of 1 mm. Can be widely used for coating veneers of door pocket lines, door plate decorative lines, wall hanging plate pressing lines, door plates and the like. The surface materials of the decorative pieces are consistent, the color difference is avoided, and the patterns are continuous;
secondly, the melamine impregnated paper can be used for decorating some boards which cannot be directly decorated by melamine impregnated paper, such as stone-plastic boards, glass-magnesium boards, wood-plastic boards, foamed boards, gypsum boards, inorganic cement boards and the like;
thirdly, the laminated coating material is a coiled material, so that the coating of the coating material and the substrate plate is conveniently carried out by using a roller press;
the surface layer of the laminated coating material is melamine impregnated paper, so that the laminated coating material has all the advantages of a melamine veneer, such as capability of freely printing various patterns, bright color, high surface hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, capability of resisting the corrosion of common solvents such as acid, alkali, grease, alcohol and the like, smooth and clean surface, easiness in maintenance and cleaning, better weather resistance and the like;
and fifthly, natural wood grain textures can be expressed without painting a surface layer, so that secondary pollution caused by the paint is avoided.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by the present specification, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
