户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种户外高端耐候\抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,具体涉及一种户外高端耐候\抗菌PVDF膜PVC涂层材料的生产方法和产品结构。
背景技术
目前PVC聚酯纤维夹网面料已经广泛运用于各行各业,有的用途对面料有防静电要求,如通风管、防护罩和卷帘门等;随着用途的越来越广泛,产品的指标要求也越来越高,目前在户外高端耐候、抗菌方面传统的PVC聚酯纤维夹网面料达不到要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,PVDF薄膜具有良好的防霉抗菌、耐腐蚀、易清洁性能,经过常年累月的反复消毒清洗后,其表面不会改变或降低物理性能。同时具有良好的耐候抗UV性能,开发一款PVDF薄膜与PVC涂层材料相结合的产品,这种产品具有良好的耐候、防霉抗菌、防污自洁性能,以及高阻燃、高强度拉力、撕裂等物理性能。PVDF薄膜本身具有防霉菌性、防污自洁、抗紫外线和核辐射性以及阻燃低烟等性能,选用高强度聚酯纤维网布,保证最终PVDF膜材具有高强度的拉力和撕裂强度等物理性能。可以广泛应用于户外膜结构建筑,与PVF薄膜性能相近,价格具有优势明显,有利于市场开发扩展,又有明显优于表面处理涂覆聚偏氟乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层的普通PVC涂层材料户外使用性能,使用寿命明显提高。
本发明首先通过涂层工艺在聚酯纤维网布两边分别涂覆PVC(聚氯乙烯糊树脂)糊剂,采用四刀涂覆工艺,正反面各涂刮两次PVC糊剂。塑化成型后再对背面进行表面处理。之后使用涂覆工艺在PVC涂层产品正面贴一层PVDF薄膜,最终生产出一种具有良好的耐候、抗UV、防霉抗菌、防污自洁等性能的户外高端耐候\抗菌PVDF膜PVC涂层材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,包括聚酯纤维网布,所述聚酯纤维网布一侧涂覆有PVC面层,另一侧涂覆有PVC底层,所述PVC面层另一侧涂覆有胶水层,所述胶水层另一侧涂覆有PVDF薄膜,所述PVC底层外侧涂覆有表面处理层。所选聚酯纤维网布为高强度聚酯纤维,纤度为2000D以上;胶水的主要成分是聚氨酯,胶水要求高的抗UV性能,既能把PVDF薄膜与PVC粘合牢固,又符合户外使用要求;产品成型之后,保证产品的经纬向拉力强度≥5800N/5CM(标准为EN ISO 1421),经纬向撕裂强度大于等于850N(标准为DIN 53363 )。
优选的,在聚酯纤维网布两边分别涂覆PVC糊剂,采用四刀涂覆工艺,正反面各涂刮两次PVC糊剂,形成所述PVC面层和PVC底层。
优选的,所述PVDF薄膜通过所述胶水层涂覆在PVC面层上。胶水层主要成分包括聚氨酯胶水、固化剂以及稀释剂,三种成分比例控制在100:10:15至100:30:40之间。胶水上浆量控制25克每平方,保证PVDF膜与PVC层完全粘合架桥,PVDF薄膜与PVC层之间剥离强度≥45N/5CM(标准为EN ISO 2411),保证产品的经纬向拉力强度≥5800N/5CM(标准为EN ISO1421),经纬向撕裂强度大于等于850N(标准为DIN 53363 )。
优选的,所述PVC底层经过塑化成型后再对背面进行表面处理,形成所述表面处理层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明具有良好的耐候抗UV性能,开发一款PVDF薄膜与PVC涂层材料相结合的产品,这种产品具有良好的耐候、防霉抗菌、防污自洁性能,以及高阻燃、高强度拉力、撕裂等物理性能。可以广泛应用于户外膜结构建筑,与PVF薄膜性能相近,价格具有优势明显,有利于市场开发扩展,又有明显优于表面处理涂覆聚偏氟乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层的普通PVC涂层材料户外使用性能,使用寿命明显提高。
2、本发明生产的户外高端耐候\抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料是国内首创把PVDF薄膜涂覆在PVC涂层材料上,技术水平领先。
3、本发明生产的户外高端耐候\抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料具有良好的耐候、防霉抗菌、防污自洁性能,户外使用寿命长。

在本发明中,PVDF薄膜通过胶水层涂覆在PVC面层上。
在本发明中,PVC底层经过塑化成型后再对背面进行表面处理,形成表面处理层。
以下提供本发明一具体的实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明产品结构总共包括六层,分别为位于中间的聚酯纤维夹网布,以及涂刮在聚酯纤维夹网布层聚酯纤维两侧的PVC面层和PVC底层。在PVC底层涂覆表面处理层,表面处理层可以为聚偏氟乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层。以及在PVC面层涂覆一层胶水层,以及胶水层上涂覆一层PVDF薄膜。胶水层主要成分包括聚氨酯胶水、固化剂以及稀释剂,三种成分比例控制在100:10:15至100:30:40之间。胶水上浆量控制25克每平方,保证PVDF膜与PVC层完全粘合架桥,PVDF薄膜与PVC层之间剥离强度≥45N/5CM(标准为EN ISO 2411),保证产品的经纬向拉力强度≥5800N/5CM(标准为EN ISO 1421),经纬向撕裂强度大于等于850N(标准为DIN 53363 )。
本发明通过涂层工艺和涂覆工艺相结合。首先通过涂层工艺在聚酯纤维网布两边分别涂覆PVC(聚氯乙烯糊树脂)糊剂,采用四刀涂覆工艺,正反面各涂刮两次PVC糊剂。塑化成型后再对背面进行表面处理。之后使用涂覆工艺在PVC涂层产品正面贴一层PVDF薄膜,最终生产出一种具有良好的耐候、抗UV、防霉抗菌、防污自洁等性能的户外高端耐候\抗菌PVDF膜PVC涂层材料。本发明制备的户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,保证产品的经纬向拉力强度≥5800N/5CM(标准为EN ISO 1421),经纬向撕裂强度大于等于850N(标准为DIN53363 )。由于PVDF薄膜本身具有防霉菌性、防污自洁、抗紫外线和核辐射性以及阻燃低烟等性能,然后选用高强度聚酯纤维网布,以及胶水层的选择,并配合工艺,保证最终PVDF膜材具有高强度的拉力和撕裂强度等物理性能,保证PVDF膜与PVC层完全粘合架桥,PVDF薄膜与PVC层之间剥离强度≥45N/5CM(标准为EN ISO 2411),保证产品的经纬向拉力强度≥5800N/5CM(标准为EN ISO 1421),经纬向撕裂强度大于等于850N(标准为DIN 53363 )。

1.户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,其特征在于:包括聚酯纤维网布,所述聚酯纤维网布一侧涂覆有PVC面层,另一侧涂覆有PVC底层,所述PVC面层另一侧涂覆有胶水层,所述胶水层另一侧涂覆有PVDF薄膜,所述PVC底层外侧涂覆有表面处理层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,其特征在于,在聚酯纤维网布两边分别涂覆PVC糊剂,采用四刀涂覆工艺,正反面各涂刮两次PVC糊剂,形成所述PVC面层和PVC底层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,其特征在于,所述PVDF薄膜通过所述胶水层涂覆在PVC面层上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,其特征在于,所述PVC底层经过塑化成型后再对背面进行表面处理,形成所述表面处理层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的户外高端耐候、抗菌PVDF膜涂层材料,其特征在于,所述表面处理层为聚偏氟乙烯层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层。
