Description

Natural vegetable oil soap solution and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surfactant production, in particular to a natural vegetable oil soap solution and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The surfactant is closely related to the life of people, and the production and the application of the surfactant are very wide. Since the last century, with the continuous progress of science and technology, especially the rapid development of petrochemical industry, the production and development of surfactants have a qualitative leap, the types of surfactants are continuously expanded, and particularly, the surfactants taking chemical synthesis agents as main raw materials occupy most of markets, thereby greatly meeting the needs of people.
The surfactant is a main raw material of cosmetics, is widely applied to the cosmetics, particularly the surfactant synthesized by the petrochemical industry, has strong cleaning capability and low price, and is very popular in the market. With the continuous development of social economy, the requirements of people on cosmetics are obviously changed, besides pursuing the use effect, the requirements are pure natural, non-irritant, non-toxic and harmless, most of the existing surfactants are chemically synthesized, and potential risks of damaging the body exist, so that the application of the natural camellia oil to the cosmetics gradually becomes a research hotspot.
China is a main planting base and a processing and production base of camellia oil in the world. The camellia oil contains rich oleic acid, the fatty acid component of the camellia oil is close to that of olive oil, the olive oil is regarded as 'liquid gold' in European and American countries, and the camellia oil is famous and genuine 'east olive oil'. In addition, the camellia oil also contains unique components such as tea polyphenol, camellin and the like, so the camellia oil has the names of longevity oil and oriental spirit oil.
The application of the tea oil soap liquid prepared by using the natural camellia oil as the raw material is less. The camellia oil is applied to the preparation process of the camellia oil and the research on the extraction process of the camellia oil, or the compatibility research of the camellia oil extract applied to cosmetics and soap, so that the camellia oil soap liquid is developed by utilizing the unique effect of the natural camellia oil under the environment of pursuing green and natural at present, and has wide application prospect in high-end cosmetics.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the natural vegetable oil soap solution and the preparation method thereof, and the soap solution is green and natural, non-toxic and harmless, simple to prepare and has skin-care and health-care efficacies.
Preferably, the natural vegetable oil soap solution provided by the invention further comprises part or all of the following technical characteristics:
a natural vegetable oil soap solution is characterized in that: the soap solution is prepared by saponification reaction of natural camellia oil and potassium hydroxide according to a certain mass ratio, polyethylene glycol as a catalyst and ethanol as a solubilizer at a certain reaction temperature for a certain reaction time.
As an improvement of the technical proposal, the mass ratio m of the natural camellia oil to the potassium hydroxideCamellia oil:mPotassium hydroxide≤1:0.3。
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the dosage of the polyethylene glycol is controlled to be 0.5-0.6 percent of the quality of the camellia oil.
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the reaction temperature is 85-90 ℃.
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the reaction time is 5-6 h.
As an improvement of the technical scheme, the preparation process of the natural vegetable oil soap liquid is as follows:
weighing a certain mass of natural camellia oil as phase A, heating to above 80 ℃, taking a proper amount of 1 mol/L potassium hydroxide-ethanol standard solution as phase B according to the mass ratio, heating to above 80 ℃, adding the phase B into the phase A, continuously stirring at the speed of 300 r/min, adding a certain mass of polyethylene glycol according to the formula, uniformly stirring, placing at the temperature of 85-90 ℃ for saponification reaction for 5-6 h, and continuously stirring at the rotating speed of 300 r/min until the reaction is finished, thus obtaining the soap solution.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the natural camellia oil soap liquid prepared by simple process conditions has excellent surface activation performance, is an ideal natural plant surfactant, meets the requirements of modern people on pursuing pure natural, non-toxic and harmless cosmetic raw materials, and has better application prospect in high-end cosmetics.
