本发明公开了一种柔性玻璃,包括玻璃主体,所述玻璃主体顶面上设置有便于折叠的向内的凹型部,所述凹型部内设置有填充层,所述玻璃主体的边缘通过钠钾置换而形成第一层强度层,所述玻璃主体的底面设置有AF膜层,所述玻璃主体的厚度尺寸为0.33‑0.7mm,凹型部的所述玻璃主体的厚度尺寸为0.01‑0.27mm,所述凹型部通过激光雕刻或化学腐蚀制得。本发明使其在长时间使用过程中不易出现折痕,且增强其强度保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柔性玻璃,主要涉及电子产品触摸屏的技术领域。
背景技术
随着电子产品的触摸屏的技术不断发展,直板的触摸屏已经不能满足于现状,开始向折叠触摸屏的产品开发和应用,现有的折叠触摸屏通常是在平板屏的基础上对折已获得其折叠效果,然而,其使用时间过长势必会出现折痕,影响其屏幕的观看效果,且目前的折叠触摸屏不具有多层的强度层对其进行强度的保护。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种柔性玻璃及柔性玻璃折叠屏,使其在长时间使用过程中不易出现折痕,且增强其强度保护。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种柔性玻璃,包括玻璃主体,所述玻璃主体顶面上设置有便于折叠的向内的凹型部,所述凹型部内设置有填充层,所述玻璃主体的边缘通过钠钾置换而形成第一层强度层,所述玻璃主体的底面设置有AF膜层,所述玻璃主体的厚度尺寸为0.33-0.7mm,凹型部的所述玻璃主体的厚度尺寸为0.01-0.27mm,所述凹型部通过激光雕刻或化学腐蚀制得。
优选的,所述凹型部的底面至顶面的高度尺寸为0.27-0.65mm,所述凹型部的宽度尺寸为0.8-10mm。
优选的,所述凹型部底面的两侧呈圆角状。
优选的,所述填充层为液态PI材质经过固化而成或者PI与硅胶的复合材料,其填充高度为0.1-0.5mm。
优选的,所述AF膜层的厚度尺寸为0.01-0.4mm。
优选的,所述第一层强度层的厚度尺寸为0.01-0.4mm。
优选的,所述玻璃主体的单侧面或两侧面设置有缓冲层。
优选的,所述缓冲层由硅胶材质或硅胶与PI材质混合后均匀涂覆在玻璃主体上。
优选的,除凹型部外的所述玻璃主体的顶面上设置有PI膜层。
本申请还提供了一种柔性玻璃折叠屏,包括上述所述的柔性玻璃。
通过上述技术方案,本发明提供的一种柔性玻璃及柔性玻璃折叠屏,通过在玻璃主体上设置有凹型部,通过凹型部向内折叠,而非现有技术中的一块平板直接折叠,可以使折叠后的厚度非两层玻璃主体厚度的直接叠加,而是根据玻璃主体的厚度,结合凹型部的深度以及其内的填充层的厚度做到折叠后不大于两层玻璃主体的厚度,如此,不易出现折痕,通过钠钾置换作为第一层强度层,填充层作为第二层强度层,AF膜层作为第三层强度层,形成多层强度保护。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本实施例中,如图1-2所示,一种柔性玻璃,包括玻璃主体1,所述玻璃主体1顶面上设置有便于折叠的向内的凹型部2,凹型部2可以放置在玻璃主体1的中部位置,也可以放置在非中部位置,所述凹型部2内设置有填充层3,所述玻璃主体1的边缘通过钠钾置换而形成第一层强度层4,所述玻璃主体1的底面设置有AF膜层5,所述玻璃主体1的厚度尺寸为0.33-0.7mm,凹型部的所述玻璃主体1的厚度尺寸为0.01-0.27mm,所述凹型部2通过激光雕刻或化学腐蚀制得,凹型部2的底面至顶面的高度尺寸为0.27-0.65mm,宽度尺寸为0.8-10mm,凹型部2底面的两侧可设置为呈圆角状,便于折叠后的平滑,所述AF膜层5的厚度尺寸为0.01-0.4mm,所述第一层强度层4的厚度尺寸为0.01-0.4mm。
在一较佳实施例中,所述填充层3为液态PI材质经过固化而成或者由PI与硅胶的复合材料而成,其填充高度为0.1-0.5mm,填充层可以根据实际需要填充凹型部内的高度,使其折叠后的两层厚度不大于两层玻璃主体对折的厚度,还可以有效的对凹型部进行强度的保护,使其反复对折不易出现折痕。
在一较佳实施例中,所述玻璃主体1的单侧面或两侧面设置有缓冲层6,缓冲层6可以进一步保护第一层强度层3和玻璃主体1,其作为第四层强度层,缓冲层6由硅胶材质或硅胶与PI材质混合后均匀涂覆在玻璃主体上。
在一较佳实施例中,除凹型部2外的所述玻璃主体1的顶面上设置有PI膜层7,PI膜层7可以作为第五层强度层,进一步保护玻璃主体1顶面。
本申请还提供了一种柔性玻璃折叠屏,包括上述所述的柔性玻璃。

1.柔性玻璃,包括玻璃主体,其特征在于,所述玻璃主体顶面上设置有便于折叠的向内的凹型部,所述凹型部内设置有填充层,所述玻璃主体的边缘通过钠钾置换而形成强度层,所述玻璃主体的厚度尺寸为0.33-0.7mm,凹型部的所述玻璃主体的厚度尺寸为0.01-0.27mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性玻璃,其特征在于,所述凹型部的底面至顶面的高度尺寸为0.27-0.65mm,所述凹型部的宽度尺寸为0.8-10mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔性玻璃,其特征在于,所述凹型部底面的两侧呈圆角状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性玻璃,其特征在于,所述填充层为液态PI材质经过固化而成或者PI与硅胶的复合材料,其填充高度为0.1-0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性玻璃,其特征在于,所述强度层的厚度尺寸为0.01-0.4mm。
6.柔性玻璃折叠屏,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的柔性玻璃。
