the receiver is electrically connected with the controller, when the mounting block moves to the middle of the conveying chain, the transmitter triggers the receiver, and the controller controls the forward and reverse rotating motor to switch the rotating state;
the powder spraying room is provided with a feeding hole for a supporting frame loaded with bamboo products to be sprayed to pass through, and two groups of infrared ray correlation tubes which are distributed up and down are correspondingly arranged at the position of the feeding hole of the powder spraying room; the horizontal height of the infrared ray correlation tubes above the two groups of infrared ray correlation tubes is between the horizontal height of the top end of the support frame and the horizontal height of the support frame when the bamboo products to be subjected to powder spraying are loaded, and the infrared ray correlation tubes are used for detecting whether the bamboo products to be subjected to powder spraying are on the support frame or not; the infrared ray correlation tubes positioned below the two groups of infrared ray correlation tubes are used for detecting whether the support frame exists or not;
a dust removing chamber and a powder spraying chamber which are sequentially distributed along the one direction are arranged in the powder spraying room, dust removing air guns which are positioned on one side of the conveying chain and face the bamboo products to be powder sprayed and loaded on the supporting frame are arranged in the dust removing chamber, the plurality of dust removing air guns are sequentially distributed along the one direction, and the horizontal heights of the plurality of dust removing air guns are gradually reduced along the one direction; a powder spraying device is arranged in the powder spraying chamber, is positioned at one side of the conveying chain and faces the bamboo products to be sprayed on the supporting frame;
the two groups of infrared correlation pipes and the powder spraying equipment are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is configured to control the powder spraying equipment to perform powder spraying operation on the bamboo product to be sprayed on the supporting frame if the supporting frame is detected and the bamboo product to be sprayed on the supporting frame is to be sprayed;
the powder spraying equipment is provided with three spray guns, the three spray guns are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, and the spray guns face the bamboo products to be sprayed, which are placed on the supporting frame; the number of the powder spraying devices is two, and the two powder spraying devices are respectively positioned at the front end and the rear end of the emitter; a distance is reserved between the emitter and the powder spraying range of the powder spraying equipment positioned at the rear end; the distance range is 10cm-50 cm; the powder spraying materials of the two powder spraying devices are different.
