the bamboo powder spraying device is characterized by further comprising a controller, wherein a mounting block is arranged on the conveying chain, a receiver is arranged on the outer surface of the mounting block, a transmitter matched with the receiver is arranged at one side of the middle of the conveying chain, the transmitting direction of the transmitter is perpendicular to and intersected with the moving direction of the conveying chain, the mounting block is hollow, a forward and reverse rotating motor electrically connected with the receiver is arranged inside the mounting block, an output shaft of the forward and reverse rotating motor is arranged vertically upwards, an output shaft of the forward and reverse rotating motor is in transmission connection with a supporting frame through a rotating rod, and the supporting frame is used for loading bamboo products to be sprayed with powder; the receiver is electrically connected with the controller, when the mounting block moves to the middle of the conveying chain, the transmitter triggers the receiver, and the controller controls the forward and reverse rotating motor to switch the rotating state.

The multi-station continuous stamping automatic flow mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the number of the stamping guns is five, the interval between two adjacent stamping guns is 10-20cm, a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on the gun mouth of each stamping gun, and the aperture of each through hole is 0.1-10 mm.
3. The multi-station continuous stamping automatic flow mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a powder spraying chamber erected on the conveying chain, wherein the powder spraying chamber is located at the rear end of the stamping chamber;
the powder spraying chamber is provided with a feed inlet through which a support frame loaded with bamboo products to be sprayed passes, and two groups of infrared correlation tubes which are distributed up and down are correspondingly arranged at the position of the feed inlet of the powder spraying chamber; the horizontal height of the infrared ray correlation tubes above the two groups of infrared ray correlation tubes is between the horizontal height of the top end of the support frame and the horizontal height of the support frame when the bamboo products to be subjected to powder spraying are loaded, and the infrared ray correlation tubes are used for detecting whether the bamboo products to be subjected to powder spraying are on the support frame or not; the infrared ray correlation tubes positioned below the two groups of infrared ray correlation tubes are used for detecting whether the support frame is detected;
a powder spraying device is arranged in the powder spraying chamber, is positioned at one side of the conveying chain and faces the bamboo products to be sprayed on the supporting frame;
the two groups of infrared correlation pipes and the powder spraying equipment are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is configured to control the powder spraying equipment to perform powder spraying operation on the bamboo product to be sprayed on the supporting frame if the supporting frame is detected and the bamboo product to be sprayed on the supporting frame is to be sprayed.

The multi-station continuous stamping automatic water flowing mechanism according to claim 3, wherein three spray guns are arranged on the powder spraying equipment, the three spray guns are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, and the spray guns face the bamboo products to be sprayed, which are placed on the supporting frame.
5. The multi-station continuous stamping automatic water flowing mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the number of the powder spraying devices is two, and the two powder spraying devices are respectively positioned at the front end and the rear end of the emitter.

7. The multi-station continuous stamping automatic water flowing mechanism according to claim 5, wherein the powder spraying materials of the two powder spraying devices are different.

The multi-station continuous stamping automatic flow mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the support frame is provided with an installation part in threaded connection with the rotating rod, the top end of the support frame is provided with four support arms extending along an axis perpendicular to the rotating rod, the end parts of the four support arms far away from the rotating rod are respectively located at four vertices of a square, the end parts of the four support arms far away from the rotating rod are provided with protruding parts extending vertically upwards, the bamboo product to be powder sprayed is in a hollow bowl shape and covers the support frame, and the top ends of the protruding parts of the support frame are in contact with the inner bottom surface of the bamboo product to be powder sprayed.
