The use of the device is described below in conjunction with figures 1, 2, 9 and 10:
the dental model tray 5 containing the dental model of the patient is cleaned in advance, the outer wall of the dental model tray is guaranteed not to be provided with overflowing materials, the dental model is placed on the feeding conveyor belt 21 according to a specific interval, the device is started, parameters are set through the adjusting button 15, and the set parameters mainly comprise: the vacuum degrees of the upper cavity 12 and the lower cavity 13, the temperature of the lower cavity 13, the mixing proportion of gypsum slurry and the staying and drying time of the model in the lower cavity 13. The feeding conveyor belt 21 conveys the dental mold trays 5 into the lower cavity 13, when two dental mold trays 5 enter the lower cavity 13, the feeding conveyor belt 21 stops moving, the automatic door 211 at the feeding conveyor belt 21 is automatically closed, at this time, the lower cavity 13 is in a relatively sealed state, the electric heater 132 heats the lower cavity 13, the second vacuum pump 133 vacuumizes the lower cavity 13, the mechanical arm 23 clamps and places the first dental mold tray 5 into the placing groove 421 of the bottom mold 42, the cylinder 44 drives the surrounding mold 43 to move downwards and insert into the inserting groove 422, the surrounding mold 43 and the magnetic suction cup 441 are separated, the operation of the surrounding mold 43 is completed, after the operation is completed, the assembling structure of the bottom mold 42, the surrounding mold 43 and the dental mold tray 5 is shown in fig. 9 and 10, the innermost dotted line in fig. 9 shows the upper edge of the placing groove 421, and the realization contour adjacent to the dotted line is the contour of the upper edge of the dental mold tray 5, since the outer wall of the tray body 51 in this embodiment is of an outwardly inclined structure, when the depth of the placement groove 421 is less than the height of the tray body 51, the upper edge of the placement groove 421 should be located inside the upper edge of the tray body 51, and the dotted line in fig. 10 is the profile of the upper edge of the placement groove 421, which is lower than the profile of the upper edge of the tray body 51 and is equal to the distance from the upper edge of the tray body 51 everywhere. In the conveying process and the placing process of the dental cast tray 5, the gypsum configuration device 3 automatically makes gypsum slurry under the set gypsum mixing proportion, and when the gypsum slurry is made, the first vacuum pump 121 vacuumizes the upper cavity 12; after the operation of the surrounding mold 43 is completed, the discharge valve 312 is automatically controlled to be opened, gypsum slurry enters the surrounding mold 43 through the discharge pipe 313, in the filling process, the vibration motor 413 continuously vibrates, after the filling time is up, the discharge valve 312 is automatically controlled to be closed, the heater continuously heats the lower cavity 13 at the moment, after the model is basically shaped, the surrounding mold 43 is adsorbed by the magnetic suction disc 441 and is driven by the air cylinder 44 to be lifted, the mechanical arm 23 grabs the basically shaped mold and places the basically shaped mold on the discharge conveyor belt 22, at the moment, the discharge conveyor belt 22 does not move, the first model is continuously heated and shaped in the lower cavity 13, in the process that the first model is continuously heated and shaped on the discharge conveyor belt 22, the manufacture of the second model can be completed, after the manufacture of the second model is completed, the second model is clamped by the mechanical arm 23 and placed on the discharge conveyor belt 22, the discharge conveyor belt 22, the first model is sent out of the lower containing cavity 13, the second model is kept in the lower containing cavity 13 for heating and setting, meanwhile, the feeding conveyor belt 21 sends the dental model trays 5 to be subsequently filled into the lower containing cavity 13, filling is continued, the operations are repeated under the control of the controller to complete continuous operation, the number of the dental model trays 5 entering the filling machine case 1 at one time can be set according to the time required by heating and setting of the model, and the model conveyed out of the filling machine case 1 can be polished to obtain the final impression model.

A dental intelligent filling machine is characterized by comprising: the gypsum filling device comprises a filling machine box (1), a conveying device (2), a plurality of gypsum configuration devices (3), a plurality of filling devices (4) and a controller, wherein the conveying device (2), the gypsum configuration devices (3) and the filling devices (4) are arranged in the filling machine box (1) and are in communication connection with the controller respectively;
the conveying device (2) comprises: the feeding conveyor belt (21) and the discharging conveyor belt (22) are oppositely arranged at two ends of the mold filling machine box (1), one end of the feeding conveyor belt (21) and one end of the discharging conveyor belt (22) are arranged in the mold filling machine box (1), the other end of the feeding conveyor belt (21) and the other end of the discharging conveyor belt (22) are arranged outside the mold filling machine box (1), and the mold filling machine box (1) is provided with an automatic door (211) for the conveyor belt to enter and exit; the conveying device (2) further comprises a mechanical arm (23), wherein the mechanical arm (23) is arranged between the feeding conveyor belt (21) and the discharging conveyor belt (22);
the gypsum configuration device (3) comprises: the gypsum mixing device comprises a mixing hopper (31), and a gypsum hopper (32) and a water storage barrel (33) which are communicated with the mixing hopper (31), wherein a metering scale (321) is arranged on the gypsum hopper (32), a metering pump (331) is arranged on the water storage barrel (33), a stirring paddle (311) is arranged in the mixing hopper (31), an automatic control discharge valve (312) is arranged at a discharge hole of the mixing hopper (31), and a discharge pipe (313) is connected with the discharge hole of the mixing hopper (31);
the mold filling device (4) comprises: the pouring die comprises a pouring die vibrating table (41), a bottom die (42) and a surrounding die (43), wherein the bottom die (42) is arranged on the pouring die vibrating table (41), the surrounding die (43) is arranged on the periphery of the bottom die (42), an air cylinder (44) with a power output shaft extending along the vertical direction is arranged above the surrounding die (43), the surrounding die (43) is detachably arranged at the lower end of the power output shaft of the air cylinder (44), and a discharge hole of a discharge pipe (313) is formed in the surrounding die (43);
still be equipped with a plurality of ultraviolet ray disinfection lamp (131) and a plurality of electric heater (132) in irritating mould machine case (1), irritate mould machine case (1) be equipped with outward with the vacuum pump of the inner chamber intercommunication of irritating mould machine case (1), be equipped with vacuum gauge and thermometer (135) on irritating mould machine case (1).

The dental intelligent molding machine of claim 2, wherein the ultraviolet disinfection lamp (131) and the electric heater (132) are disposed in the lower cavity (13), and the vacuum pump comprises: the vacuum meter comprises a first vacuum pump (121) communicated with the upper cavity (12) and a second vacuum pump (133) communicated with the lower cavity (13), the vacuum meter comprises a first vacuum meter (122) arranged on the upper cavity (12) and a second vacuum meter (134) arranged on the lower cavity (13), and the thermometer (135) is arranged on the lower cavity (13).

The dental intelligent die filling machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a placement groove (421) matched with the dental model tray (5) is formed in the bottom die (42), the depth of the placement groove (421) is smaller than that of the dental model tray (5), a slot (422) spaced from the upper edge of the placement groove (421) is further formed in the bottom die (42), the lower end of the surrounding model (43) is arranged in the slot (422), and the width of the slot (422) is matched with the wall thickness of the surrounding model (43).
