Abstract
The invention discloses a wet probiotic ready-mixed fermentation padding cultivation method, which relates to the technical field of cultivation, and specifically comprises the steps of preparing padding, pouring straws and agricultural wastes, rice husks, sawdust, rice bran and raw pig manure (manure) into stirring equipment for mixing and stirring, adjusting water content by stirring, spraying special padding liquid beneficial microbial inoculum, fully stirring and uniformly mixing, stacking the stirred padding, and starting high-temperature fermentation because the special liquid beneficial microbial inoculum is high-temperature-resistant bacteria. Has the advantages that: the invention is different from the old fermentation bed, the fermentation bed is a wet-type industrial device, the bacteria-culturing padding is stirred in advance, the high-temperature fermentation sterilization and the insect killing are carried out for a plurality of times, the wet beneficial bacteria premixed fermentation bed padding is operated under the condition that the highest temperature can reach 65-70 ℃ after being turned and fermented, the heat generated by rapid fermentation and decomposition can be beneficial to killing parasites, pathogenic bacteria and harmful microorganisms, and the health of pigs is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of breeding, in particular to a wet-type probiotic ready-mixed fermentation padding breeding method.
Background
The ecological pig raising is a new-born thing and an old raising mode. Before thousands of years, people working in China know that crop straws, turf, leaves and new soil are put together to serve as a bedding bed of livestock, the manure is converted into high-quality organic fertilizer by treading of the livestock and fermentation and decomposition of thalli, and the crops are planted by utilizing the organic fertilizer, so that the agricultural development is promoted, the agriculture and the animal husbandry are mutually supported and promoted, and the sustainable development of the agriculture is formed, which is a young ecological pig raising in the early stage.
The traditional livestock house for raising pigs is a cement ground, excrement needs to be manually cleaned, and is flushed by water, especially in a ten thousand pig farm, a large amount of excrement and urine is randomly discharged, so that the extreme pollution to the environment is caused, and the raising cost is increased. For example, in a pig farm with 500 ten thousand yuan investment, 200 to 350 ten thousand yuan investment is required to be added when sewage is treated; the method is characterized in that a large-scale pig farm for feeding 600 sows and ten thousand pork pigs in a year discharges l 00-150 tons of daily sewage and 3.65-5.48 tons of annual sewage, causes great pollution to the surrounding environment, and has many events of closing and moving the large-scale pig farm due to environmental pollution in China.
In recent years, with the development of large-scale and industrialized pig raising industry in China, the demand of people on the quality of pork products is continuously improved, a method for raising pigs by using a fermentation bed is provided, the conventional fermentation bed is prepared by spreading straws, rice husks and the like and then directly spraying powdery strains, the powdery biological agent is in a spore dormant state and is inactive, the powdery biological agent can be recovered only under the action of temperature in bedding material nutrient solution or in a pig body and can play a role after the activity is recovered, and the bedding material is only sprayed with disinfectant to be put into use, so that parasites, pathogenic bacteria and harmful microorganisms are difficult to be thoroughly killed, and the health of a swinery is difficult to be guaranteed.

2) Manufacturing a fermentation bed, namely uniformly paving the fermented padding in a fermentation house, wherein the thickness of the padding is 60-90 cm, raking the padding to be flat, feeding the pigs after 24 hours, and if the pigs are not fed after half a month, adding a proper amount of nutritional auxiliary materials (rice bran and the like) in time, and repeating the operation once every half a month until the pigs are fed; when the nutritional auxiliary materials are added, the auxiliary materials are uniformly scattered on each place on the surface of the padding, then the padding is turned downwards for 30cm, and the auxiliary materials and the padding are uniformly mixed; the operation is to ensure the normal fermentation operation of the padding bed and keep the temperature normal; if the above treatment is not carried out in time, a dead bed will be caused.
3) Maintenance of the fermentation bed:
a. burying manure: digging a 30cm deep hole every 1m-2m by the fermentation bed to bury the pig manure, and changing the position of the hole every day; let pig manure evenly distributed in each corner of bedding bed, its aim at: on one hand, a series of serious problems caused by excessive concentration and untimely decomposition of pig manure at certain parts are avoided, and on the other hand, all zymophytes in the padding can obtain sufficient food, so that the effect can be normally exerted.
b. Air permeability and light transmission: the rolling screens at the two sides of the pigsty are pulled up every noon, and the ventilation is carried out for 1-2 hours, so that the pigs are in more contact with the sunlight, and the healthy growth of the pigs is facilitated.
c. Controlling the thickness of the padding: when the fermentation bed collapses, supplementing unfermented new raw materials in time, laying the new raw materials, spraying diluted fermentation liquor, turning down the rake for at least 30cm, uniformly mixing the new raw materials with padding, and finishing spreading and rake turning in the same day; so as to avoid the dust on the surface of the new padding material from causing the cough and asthma of the pigs.
d. Observing the humidity of the padding: if the temperature of the fermentation bed is normal, but the humidity of the padding is too high, the water content is more than 60%, new raw materials should be supplemented in time, the fermentation bed is kept to work normally, the humidity management of the fermentation bed is very important, the relation is that whether the fermentation bed can perform normal fermentation or not, the fermentation bed can perform normal work, the padding is too dry and needs to be sprinkled, the new special mature fermentation padding needs to be supplemented if the padding is too wet, attention is paid to that if the temperature of the fermentation bed is normal (measured by a thermometer), but the humidity of the padding is too high, the new raw materials should be supplemented in time at the moment, and if the fermentation bed is left alone.
e. Feeding density: 7-30 kilograms of piglets, 1-1.2 square meters of padding bed area required for each piglet, 30-100 kilograms of middle pigs and 1.2-1.5 square meters of padding bed area required for each piglet. 100-150 kg of middle pigs, the area of a padding bed required by each pig is 1.5-1.9 square meters, the dung discharge and urine discharge amount of pigs with different sizes is different, the management level of breeders is different, and the dung and urine decomposition capacity of fermentation flora is different, so that in order to ensure that the dung and urine can be decomposed in time, proper feeding density must be kept, and the healthy growth of pig groups is ensured.
