7. The eNB of claim 6, wherein the eNB further comprises a transmitting module;
the receiving module is further configured to receive fallback cell indication information including the identifier of the mobile terminal, which is sent by a mobility management entity MME;
the processing module is further configured to, if the receiving module receives fallback cell indication information including the identifier of the mobile terminal sent by a mobility management entity MME and the timed duration is less than a preset threshold, delete the frequency point information of the cell from the fallback cell configuration information according to the correspondence;
the sending module is used for sending the fallback cell configuration information of the deleted cell frequency point information to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal performs fallback cell measurement according to the fallback cell configuration information.
8. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a cell residence refusing message;
a processing module, configured to release a circuit switched fallback CSFB call when the receiving module receives the cell residence rejection message;
and the sending module is used for sending fall-back failure notification information to the evolved node B eNB, wherein the fall-back failure notification information comprises frequency point information of a cell where the fall-back of the mobile terminal fails, and the cell where the fall-back fails is a cell where the mobile terminal is rejected to reside.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 8, wherein the receiving module is further configured to receive fallback cell configuration information sent by the eNB;
the processing module is further configured to perform fallback cell measurement according to the fallback cell configuration information, and generate fallback cell measurement information;
the sending module is further configured to send the fallback cell measurement information to the eNB.
10. The mobile terminal of claim 9, wherein the receiving module is further configured to receive fallback cell notification information sent by the eNB;
the processing module is further configured to acquire cell information carried in fallback cell notification information, where the fallback cell notification information is generated by the eNB according to the fallback cell measurement information; and the mobile terminal is also used for falling back to the cell corresponding to the cell information and initiating a paging response to the Mobile Switching Center (MSC).
