Abstract
The invention discloses a video conference method and a system, and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: after account login information of a first client is received, inquiring the use state of the account, and judging whether a second client uses the account to participate in a conference currently; if a second client currently uses the account number to participate in the conference, judging the distance between the first client and the second client; and if the distance is greater than a first threshold value, returning first prompt information to the first client, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting whether the conference is switched to the first client for proceeding. The video conference method and system and the computer readable storage medium can help a user flexibly select whether to switch equipment or simultaneously realize online when using a client, and communication efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of video communication technologies, and in particular, to a video conference method and system, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
The existing video conference software can support the simultaneous online of a PC and a mobile phone, but the use requirements of users cannot be met by the following scenes: firstly, when a user carries out a video conference in an office, the user needs to leave a station temporarily and does not want to cut off communication, at this time, the app of the mobile phone needs to be opened, and the user needs to join the conference again, and the process is relatively troublesome. And secondly, when the user uses the mobile phone to carry out the video conference, the user returns to the office, hopes to continue using the PC to carry out conference communication, and hangs up the mobile phone end or continues to keep the mobile phone end.

The invention aims to provide a video conference method and system and a computer readable storage medium, which can help a user flexibly select whether to switch equipment or simultaneously perform online when using a client, and improve the communication efficiency.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a video conference method, which includes: after account login information of a first client is received, inquiring the use state of the account, and judging whether a second client uses the account to participate in a conference currently; if a second client currently uses the account number to participate in the conference, judging the distance between the first client and the second client; and if the distance is greater than a first threshold value, returning first prompt information to the first client, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting whether the conference is switched to the first client for proceeding.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the video conference method further includes: if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, judging the types of the first client and the second client, wherein the types comprise computers or mobile terminals; and if the types of the first client and the second client are the same, returning meeting information, type information of the second client and second prompt information to the first client, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting whether the meeting is switched to the first client for proceeding.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the video conference method further includes: if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, judging the types of the first client and the second client, wherein the types comprise computers or mobile terminals; if the types of the first client and the second client are different, returning meeting information, type information of the second client, third prompt information and an option frame to the first client, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting whether the second client is used for continuing the meeting, the option frame is used for selecting whether the meeting of the second client is hung up, and if the meeting of the second client is selected not to be hung up, the first client and the second client can simultaneously participate in the meeting.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining the distance between the first client and the second client includes: respectively calling the position information of the first client and the position information of the second client; and determining the distance between the first client and the second client according to the position information of the first client and the position information of the second client.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining the distance between the first client and the second client includes: the distance is determined based on WIFI, bluetooth or GPS technology.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention also provides a video conference system, which includes: the system comprises an account number query module, a distance judgment module and a first information return module. The account inquiry module is used for inquiring the use state of the account after receiving account login information of the first client, and judging whether a second client uses the account to participate in a conference currently. The distance judging module is coupled with the account number inquiring module and used for judging the distance between the first client and the second client if the second client currently uses the account number to participate in the conference. The first information returning module is coupled with the distance judging module and configured to return first prompt information to the first client if the distance is greater than a first threshold, where the first prompt information is used to prompt whether to switch the conference to the first client.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the video conference system further includes: the second information returning module is coupled with the distance judging module and used for judging the types of the first client and the second client if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, wherein the types comprise computers or mobile terminals; and the second client is further configured to return conference information, type information of the second client, and second prompt information to the first client if the types of the first client and the second client are the same, where the second prompt information is used to prompt whether to switch the conference to the first client for proceeding.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the video conference system further includes: the third information returning module is coupled with the distance judging module and is used for judging the types of the first client and the second client if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, wherein the types comprise computers or mobile terminals; if the types of the first client and the second client are different, returning meeting information, type information of the second client, third prompt information and an option frame to the first client, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting whether the second client is used for continuing the meeting, the option frame is used for selecting whether the meeting of the second client is hung up, and if the meeting of the second client is selected not to be hung up, the first client and the second client can simultaneously participate in the meeting.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the distance determining module is further configured to call location information of the first client and location information of the second client, respectively; and determining a distance between the first client and the second client according to the location information of the first client and the location information of the second client.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium for executing the video conference method according to any of the above embodiments.
Compared with the prior art, according to the video conference method and system and the computer-readable storage medium, when a client (a computer or a mobile terminal) logs in an application program, the information such as the conference state and the conference number of a current account needs to be judged, if other equipment is using the account to carry out a conference, whether the two equipment are close or not is judged, if the two equipment are close, the two equipment can be selected to be simultaneously on-line or switched, and if the two equipment are far, only the switching can be selected. When the user uses the client, the user can flexibly select whether to switch the equipment or simultaneously perform online, and the communication efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the word "comprise", or variations such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element or component but not the exclusion of any other element or component.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a video conference method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In step S100, the use status of the account is queried: after account login information of the first client is received, the using state of the account is inquired, and whether a second client uses the account to participate in a conference or not is judged. If there is no other client using the account, the operation is terminated, or information on a nearby device or a device that has recently logged in the account may be pushed.
The distance between the two clients is judged in step S200: and if the current second client uses the account number to participate in the conference, judging the distance between the first client and the second client. The distance between the first client and the second client may be determined based on WIFI, bluetooth, or GPS technology.
In one embodiment, the determining the distance between the first client and the second client includes: respectively calling the position information of the first client and the position information of the second client; and determining the distance between the first client and the second client according to the position information of the first client and the position information of the second client.
In step S310, if the distance is greater than the first threshold, first prompt information is returned to the first client. The first prompt message is used for prompting whether to switch the conference to the first client side for proceeding.
In step S320, if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, determining the type of the first client and the second client, where the type includes a computer or a mobile terminal.
In step S321, if the types of the first client and the second client are the same (both are mobile terminals or both are computers), returning meeting information, type information of the second client, and second prompt information to the first client. And the second prompt message is used for prompting whether to switch the conference to the first client side for proceeding.
Fig. 2 is an interface of related information returned to a first client when the first client and a second client are the same type according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In step S322, if the types of the first client and the second client are different (one is a mobile terminal, and the other is a computer), the conference information, the type information of the second client, the third prompt information, and the option box are returned to the first client. The third prompt information is used for prompting whether to use the second client to continue the conference, and the option box is used for selecting whether to hang up the conference of the second client, wherein if the conference of the second client is selected not to be hung up, the first client and the second client can simultaneously participate in the conference.
Fig. 3 is an interface of related information returned to a first client when the first client and a second client are different in type according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a video conference system, and fig. 4 is a module composition of the video conference system according to an embodiment of the invention. The video conference system includes: the system comprises an account number inquiry module 10, a distance judgment module 11, a first information returning module 12, a second information returning module 13 and a third information returning module 14.
The account query module 10 is configured to query the account after receiving account login information of the first client, and determine whether a second client is currently participating in a conference using the account.
The distance determining module 11 is coupled to the account querying module 10, and configured to determine a distance between the first client and the second client if a second client currently uses the account to participate in the conference. The distance between the first client and the second client may be determined based on WIFI, bluetooth, or GPS technology. In an embodiment, the distance determining module 11 is further configured to call the location information of the first client and the location information of the second client respectively; and determining a distance between the first client and the second client according to the location information of the first client and the location information of the second client.
The first information returning module 12 is coupled to the distance determining module 11, and configured to return first prompt information to the first client if the distance is greater than a first threshold, where the first prompt information is used to prompt whether to switch the conference to the first client.
The second information returning module 13 is coupled to the distance determining module 11, and configured to determine the type of the first client and the type of the second client if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, where the types include a computer or a mobile terminal; and the second client is further configured to return conference information, type information of the second client, and second prompt information to the first client if the types of the first client and the second client are the same, where the second prompt information is used to prompt whether to switch the conference to the first client for proceeding.
The third information returning module 14 is coupled to the distance determining module 11, and configured to determine the types of the first client and the second client if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, where the types include a computer or a mobile terminal; if the types of the first client and the second client are different, returning meeting information, type information of the second client, third prompt information and an option frame to the first client, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting whether the second client is used for continuing the meeting, the option frame is used for selecting whether the meeting of the second client is hung up, and if the meeting of the second client is selected not to be hung up, the first client and the second client can simultaneously participate in the meeting.
The present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which is used for executing the video conference method described in any one of the above embodiments.
In summary, according to the video conference method and system and the computer-readable storage medium of the present embodiment, when a client (a computer or a mobile terminal) logs in an application program, it is necessary to determine information such as a conference state and a conference number of a current account, if there are other devices using the account to perform a conference, it is determined whether the two devices are close, if so, it is possible to select simultaneous online or switching, and if so, it is possible to select switching only. When the user uses the client, the user can flexibly select whether to switch the equipment or simultaneously perform online, and the communication efficiency is improved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Claims (8)
1. A video conferencing method, comprising:
after account login information of a first client is received, inquiring the use state of the account, and judging whether a second client uses the account to participate in a conference currently;
if a second client currently uses the account number to participate in the conference, judging the distance between the first client and the second client; and
if the distance is larger than a first threshold value, returning first prompt information to the first client, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting whether the conference is switched to the first client for proceeding;
the video conference method further comprises:
if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, judging the types of the first client and the second client, wherein the types comprise computers or mobile terminals;
and if the types of the first client and the second client are the same, returning meeting information, type information of the second client and second prompt information to the first client, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting whether the meeting is switched to the first client for proceeding.
2. The video conferencing method of claim 1, wherein the video conferencing method further comprises:
if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, judging the types of the first client and the second client, wherein the types comprise computers or mobile terminals;
if the types of the first client and the second client are different, returning meeting information, type information of the second client, third prompt information and an option frame to the first client, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting whether the second client is used for continuing the meeting, the option frame is used for selecting whether the meeting of the second client is hung up, and if the meeting of the second client is selected not to be hung up, the first client and the second client can simultaneously participate in the meeting.
3. The video conferencing method of claim 1, wherein the determining the distance between the first client and the second client comprises:
respectively calling the position information of the first client and the position information of the second client; and
and determining the distance between the first client and the second client according to the position information of the first client and the position information of the second client.
4. The video conferencing method of claim 1, wherein the determining the distance between the first client and the second client comprises: the distance is determined based on WIFI, bluetooth or GPS technology.
5. A video conferencing system, comprising:
the account inquiry module is used for inquiring the use state of the account after receiving account login information of the first client and judging whether a second client uses the account to participate in a conference currently;
the distance judging module is coupled with the account number inquiring module and used for judging the distance between the first client and the second client if the second client currently uses the account number to participate in the conference; and
a first information returning module, coupled to the distance determining module, configured to return a first prompt message to the first client if the distance is greater than a first threshold, where the first prompt message is used to prompt whether to switch the conference to the first client;
the video conference system further comprises:
the second information returning module is coupled with the distance judging module and used for judging the types of the first client and the second client if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, wherein the types comprise computers or mobile terminals; and the second client is further configured to return conference information, type information of the second client, and second prompt information to the first client if the types of the first client and the second client are the same, where the second prompt information is used to prompt whether to switch the conference to the first client for proceeding.
6. The video conferencing system of claim 5, wherein the video conferencing system further comprises:
a third information returning module, coupled to the distance determining module, configured to determine a type of the first client and a type of the second client if the distance is smaller than the first threshold, where the type includes a computer or a mobile terminal; if the types of the first client and the second client are different, returning meeting information, type information of the second client, third prompt information and an option frame to the first client, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting whether the second client is used for continuing the meeting, the option frame is used for selecting whether the meeting of the second client is hung up, and if the meeting of the second client is selected not to be hung up, the first client and the second client can simultaneously participate in the meeting.
7. The video conferencing system of claim 5, wherein the distance determining module is further configured to invoke location information of the first client and location information of the second client, respectively; and determining a distance between the first client and the second client according to the location information of the first client and the location information of the second client.
8. A computer-readable storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon for execution by a computer to implement the video conferencing method of any of claims 1 to 4.
