In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a detailed description of the present invention will be given below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, and the described embodiments are merely a subset of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than a complete embodiment. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The conference method provided by an embodiment of the present invention can be applied to the conference system 100. As shown in fig. 1, the conference system 100 includes a server 10 and a plurality of terminals 20. The server 10 interacts with a plurality of terminals 20 through a network, respectively. The plurality of terminals 20 may also interact with each other via a network. The network may be a wired network or a wireless network.
In this embodiment, the server 10 may include a central management server 11 and a plurality of conference servers 12 connected to the central management server 11, and the plurality of conference servers 12 may be beneficial to increase the speed of processing data. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the server 10 is not limited to this, and may be only a cloud server.
In this embodiment, a user may request to join a conference from the conference server 12 using an account at one of the terminals 20. In the case that no preset disallowance exists, the conference server 12 receives the request of the terminal 20, then the terminal 20 joins the conference, and the user performs an online conference through the terminal 20.
In some embodiments, as the preset disallowance, for example, when at least one terminal 20 has joined the conference using the account and an instruction is received that the newly requested terminal 20 does not enter the companion mode option, the conference server 12 rejects the request of the newly requested terminal 20 to join the conference. In some embodiments, as the preset disallowance condition, it may be that the conference server 12 rejects the request of the newly requested terminal 20 to join the conference when at least one terminal 20 already joins the conference using the account and receives an instruction of an option that the newly requested terminal 20 does not enter a conference mode. In the present embodiment, when a plurality of the terminals 20 use the same account to perform an online conference (i.e., a companion mode), one of the terminals 20 (target terminal) may be used to control the other terminals 20. For example, one terminal is a mobile phone, the other terminal is a notebook computer, and when an online conference is performed by using the same account, the mobile phone can be used to control the notebook computer.
As shown in fig. 6, icons of "previous page" and "next page", icons of a counterclockwise arrow, and icons of a dashed box may be displayed on the user interface, so that the user can use the mobile phone to control page turning, returning, and maximizing operations of the presentation document on the notebook computer. The user interface shown in fig. 6 is a user interface of a target terminal that controls a conference terminal in a conference that has been joined. As shown in fig. 6, the user interface displays icons of "previous page" and "next page" for controlling the page turning of a presentation document for a conference displayed on another terminal that has joined the conference, for example, a notebook computer. An icon of a counterclockwise arrow is also displayed on the user interface, and the icon is used for returning to the operation of the previous step. Also displayed on the user interface is an icon with a dashed box for maximizing the content displayed on the display screen. Icons of a camera, a player and a microphone with arrows are also displayed on the user interface, and the icons are respectively used for switching the opening state of the sound module and/or the camera module to the terminal of other terminals. That is, the mobile phone and the notebook computer of the user use the same account to join the same conference, and the display screen of the notebook computer displays the presentation document for the conference, and the user can also use the mobile phone to control the page turning, returning and maximum operation of the presentation document on the notebook computer, thereby fully playing the respective advantages of the notebook computer and the mobile phone. It can be understood that the screen of the notebook computer is large, the displayed demonstration document can be seen clearly by each user participating in the conference, and the mobile phone is more portable than the notebook computer, so that the user can still master the process of the conference even if leaving the seat, the conference can be carried out more smoothly, and the conference experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, a conference method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps.
Step S101: a request for a terminal to join a conference using an account is received.
In this embodiment, the conference server 12 receives a request for a terminal 20 (first terminal) to join a conference using an account.
Step S102: it is determined whether a terminal (second terminal) has joined the conference using the account.
Specifically, if no terminal (second terminal) uses the account to join the conference, that is, the terminal 20 (first terminal) that has requested the latest request is the terminal that has first requested to join the conference using the account, the process proceeds to step S1021. Step S1021: a request to join the conference through the terminal (first terminal). If there is already a terminal (second terminal) joining the conference using the account, that is, the newly requested terminal (first terminal) is not the terminal that has requested to join the conference using the account first, the process proceeds to step S1022. Step S1022: two options, conference mode and companion mode, are displayed on the terminal (first terminal) that is newly requested.
Step S103: upon receiving an instruction to select an option of the conference mode, a request to join the conference through the newly requested terminal (first terminal), and causing at least one of the terminals (second terminals) that have joined to exit the conference.
In some embodiments, the last of the terminals (second terminals) that have joined is taken out of the conference, that is, if one terminal has joined the conference, that terminal exits the conference and the newly requested other terminal (first terminal) enters the conference. If two terminals have joined the conference, the first terminal joining the conference continues the conference, while the second terminal joining the conference (i.e., the last terminal joined) exits the conference and the newly requested other terminal (the first terminal) joins the conference instead of the second terminal joining the conference. In other embodiments, all of the terminals (second terminals) that have joined are taken out of the conference, i.e. only the terminal that has newly requested to join the conference is joined to the conference. In still other embodiments, the first of the terminals that have joined is caused to exit the conference, that is, if one terminal (the second terminal) has joined the conference, that terminal exits the conference and the newly requested other terminal (the first terminal) enters the conference. If two terminals have joined the conference, the second terminal joining the conference continues the conference, while the first terminal joining the conference (the second terminal, i.e., the first terminal) exits the conference and the newly requested other terminal (the first terminal) joins the conference instead of the first terminal joining the conference. It can be understood that the user can also select the terminal to quit the conference according to the situation, and the number of the terminals that can join the conference is not limited to one or two, and more than two terminals can be set according to the requirement. According to the embodiment, when a user holding a plurality of terminals uses the same account to join a conference, the degree of freedom for allocating the plurality of terminals can be improved, and the use experience is improved.
Step S104: when receiving an instruction to select an option of the companion mode, joining the conference by the newly requested terminal (first terminal) after a request to join the conference is made by the newly requested terminal, selecting a target terminal from a plurality of terminals that have joined the conference, and controlling other terminals by the target terminal.
Wherein the other of the terminals mentioned above refers to a terminal other than the target terminal among the plurality of terminals that have joined the conference.
In this embodiment, in the companion mode, the target terminal can control the display content of the other terminal. More specifically, at least one of the following operations of controlling the display contents of the other terminals: page turn, return, and maximize. Therefore, the user can fully utilize a plurality of terminals at the same time to master the process of the conference. For example, the target terminal can be a mobile phone, and the other terminals are notebook computers, in the companion mode, the user can use the mobile phone to control the page turning, returning and maximizing operations of the presentation document on the notebook computer, thereby fully exerting the advantages of the notebook computer and the mobile phone.
In this embodiment, in the companion mode, the terminal having the highest quality audio module and/or camera module may be selected to control the other terminals. That is, the target terminal refers to a terminal having the highest quality of the audio module and/or the camera module. In this embodiment, if the audio module and/or the camera module of another terminal is turned on, the user may further switch the on state of the audio module and/or the camera module to the terminal of another terminal, record the sound of the user with higher quality, acquire the image of the user, and play the audio content of the conference. For example, the target terminal can be a mobile phone, the other terminals are notebook computers, in the companion mode, the sound of the user is recorded and recorded with higher quality through a high-quality sound module and/or camera module of the mobile phone, the image of the user is acquired, and the audio content of the conference is played, and the presentation document is displayed through a large screen of the notebook computer, so that each user participating in the conference can see clearly, and the respective advantages of the notebook computer and the mobile phone are fully exerted.
In another embodiment, the terminal with the best portability may be selected as the target terminal. It is understood that the user may select one of the characteristics of the plurality of terminals that the user has to pay attention to in order to set how to select the target terminal to control the other terminals.
As shown in fig. 3, a conference method according to another embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps.
Step 201: a request for a terminal to join a conference using an account is received.
Step 202: and judging whether a terminal uses the account to join the conference or not.
Specifically, if the account is not used for joining the terminal of the conference, step 2021 is performed. Step 2021: a request to join the conference through the terminal. If a terminal has used the account to join the conference, step 2022 is entered. Step 2022: prompting on the terminal that is most recently requested whether to enter companion mode.
Step 203: upon receiving an instruction to not enter the companion mode option, denying a request for the newly requested terminal to join the conference.
That is, in this step, the terminal that has joined the conference is still participating in the conference, but the newly requested terminal cannot join the conference.
Step 204: when receiving an instruction of entering the option of the companion mode, adding the terminal which is newly requested to the conference after the terminal which is newly requested joins the request of the conference, selecting one target terminal from a plurality of terminals which have joined the conference, and controlling other terminals which have joined the conference through the target terminal.
Step 204 is the same as step 104, and the features described above as being applicable to step S104 are also applicable to step 204, and the description thereof is omitted here.
As shown in fig. 4, a conference method according to another embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps.
Step 301: a request for a terminal to join a conference using an account is received.
Step 302: and judging whether a terminal uses the account to join the conference or not.
Specifically, if there is no terminal joining the conference using the account, step 3021 is entered. Step 2021: a request to join the conference through the terminal. If there is already a terminal joining the conference using the account, step 3022 is entered. Step 3022: and prompting whether to enter a conference mode on the terminal which is newly requested.
Step 303: and when receiving an instruction of an option of not entering the conference mode, rejecting the request of joining the conference by the terminal which is requested newly.
That is, in this step, the terminal that has joined the conference still participates in the conference, but the newly requested terminal cannot join the conference.
Step 304: and when receiving an instruction of an option for entering the conference mode, adding the terminal which is newly requested to the conference after the terminal which is newly requested to join the conference requests, and enabling at least one terminal in the plurality of terminals which are already added to the conference to exit the conference.
Step 304 is substantially the same as step 103, and the features described above as being applicable to step S103 are also applicable to step 304, and the description thereof is omitted here.
In other embodiments, the conferencing method comprising steps S201-S204 may be combined with the conferencing method comprising steps S301-S304, i.e. step 3022 (prompting whether to enter a conference mode on the newly requested terminal) is performed simultaneously with step 2022 (prompting whether to enter a companion mode on the newly requested terminal). The difference between these embodiments and the above embodiment including steps S101-S104 is that these embodiments include step 203 and step S303. In other words, in the above embodiments including steps S101-S104, the user can only select one from the conference mode and the companion mode, but in these embodiments, the user can actually select one from the conference mode, the companion mode, the non-conference mode, and the non-companion mode. Therefore, the embodiments are more widely selected, and the degree of freedom of the control terminal can be further improved.
