Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
Based on the background art, the operation of inviting the electronic device of the third-party user to access the existing call in the prior art is cumbersome, which results in low call efficiency and poor user experience.
Specifically, when a third-party user is invited to access existing two-party communication, a chat group needs to be established first, and then the communication needs to be reestablished. When a third-party user is invited to access an existing multi-party call, the electronic device of the third-party user needs to be invited to a chat group where the multi-party call user is located, and then the third-party user is invited to access the existing multi-party call. Therefore, no matter the third-party user is invited to access the existing two-party call or the multi-party call, the operation process is complicated, so that the call efficiency is low, and the user experience is poor.
Based on the above discovery, the embodiment of the present application provides a call method and a call device, where a first electronic device may access a currently ongoing target call between a second electronic device and a third electronic device by receiving invitation request information, which is sent by the second electronic device already in the target call through a short-range communication connection and invites the first electronic device to access the target call. Therefore, the first electronic device can be directly connected to the existing call between the second electronic device and the third electronic device, and the call between the second electronic device, the third electronic device and the third party (the first electronic device) is realized. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the method and the device can directly invite the third-party user to access the existing call, so that the operation flow of inviting the third-party user to access the existing call can be simplified, the call efficiency can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.
The following describes the communication method provided in the embodiments of the present application in detail through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a call method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject of the call method may be a first electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, the call method may include the following steps:
s110, when the first electronic device and the second electronic device establish a short-range communication connection, the first electronic device receives invitation request information sent by the second electronic device through the short-range communication connection.
The invitation request information can be used for inviting the first electronic equipment to access a target call; the target call may be a call currently in progress between the second electronic device and the third electronic device.
As shown in fig. 2, the first electronic device may be an electronic device that establishes a short-range communication connection with a second electronic device, and the second electronic device may be an electronic device that is currently in a call with another electronic device (i.e., a third electronic device), where the call in progress between the second electronic device and the third electronic device is a target call. The target call may be a voice call, a video call, or the like, only one third electronic device is schematically illustrated in fig. 2, and in practice, the number of the third electronic devices may be one or multiple, which is not limited in the present application.
In the process that the second electronic device is currently in a target call with the third electronic device, if the second electronic device wants to invite the first electronic device to access the target call, the second electronic device may send invitation request information to the first electronic device through a short-range communication connection between the second electronic device and the first electronic device so as to invite the first electronic device to access the target call. In this way, the first electronic device may receive the invitation request information through a short-range communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
It is understood that the short-range communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device may be established in advance, or may be established when the second electronic device needs to invite the first electronic device to join the target call.
And S120, the first electronic equipment responds to the invitation request information and accesses the target call.
After receiving the invitation request information sent by the second electronic device through the short-range communication connection, the first electronic device may access the currently ongoing target call between the second electronic device and the third electronic device in response to the invitation request information. Therefore, the second electronic equipment can directly invite the first electronic equipment to access the existing target conversation through short-distance communication connection.
It is understood that the number of the third electronic devices may be one or more. When the number of the third electronic devices is one, after the first electronic device is accessed into the ongoing target call between the second electronic device and the third electronic device, the three-party call among the first electronic device, the second electronic device and the third electronic device can be realized. When the number of the third electronic devices is multiple, for example, the number of the third electronic devices is N, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2, at this time, after the first electronic device accesses the ongoing target call between the second electronic device and the multiple third electronic devices, the multi-party call among the first electronic device, the second electronic device, and the multiple third electronic devices can be realized.
In the embodiment of the application, the first electronic device may access the currently ongoing target call between the second electronic device and the third electronic device by receiving invitation request information, which is sent by the second electronic device already in the target call through the short-range communication connection and used for inviting the first electronic device to access the target call, from the first electronic device.
In a further embodiment, the short-range Communication connection may be established based on at least one of bluetooth, ZigBee, infrared connection technology (IrDA), and Near Field Communication (NFC). Therefore, the dependence of the short-distance communication on the network signal is small, and the influence of the network signal is small, so that the influence of the network signal on the communication quality can be effectively avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, after the first electronic device accesses the target call, at least one of the following operations may be performed:
the first electronic equipment is communicated with the second electronic equipment and the third electronic equipment;
and the first electronic equipment plays the audio and video file of the first electronic equipment terminal to the second electronic equipment and the third electronic equipment.
That is to say, after the first electronic device accesses the target call, the user corresponding to the first electronic device may normally make a call with the users corresponding to the second electronic device and the third electronic device, such as a voice call, a video call, and the like. In addition, the second electronic device can also play audio files, video files and the like of the local device (namely, the first electronic device end) and display the audio files, the video files and the like to users corresponding to the second electronic device and the third electronic device, so that the user experience is further improved.
In some embodiments, the first electronic device may access the target call if the third electronic device confirms that it accesses the target call. Correspondingly, before the first electronic device accesses the target call in step S120, the following steps may be further performed:
the first electronic equipment receives confirmation information sent by the third electronic equipment;
at this time, the specific implementation manner of the first electronic device accessing the target call in step S120 may be:
and the first electronic equipment accesses the target call under the condition that the confirmation information is that the third electronic equipment confirms that the first electronic equipment accesses the target call.
The confirmation information may be generated by the third electronic device based on the prompt information, the prompt information may be used to prompt the third electronic device whether the first electronic device accesses the target call, and the prompt information is sent from the second electronic device to the third electronic device after the second electronic device sends the invitation request.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a call method provided in this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
s310, in a case that the first electronic device and the second electronic device establish a short-range communication connection, the first electronic device receives invitation request information sent by the second electronic device through the short-range communication connection.
And S320, the first electronic device receives the confirmation information sent by the third electronic device.
After the second electronic device sends the invitation request information to the first electronic device, a prompt message may be sent to the third electronic device, where the prompt message may be used to prompt the third electronic device whether the first electronic device accesses the target call, that is, may be used to prompt the third electronic device whether the first electronic device agrees to access the currently ongoing target call between the third electronic device and the second electronic device. After receiving the prompt message, the third electronic device may confirm to pass or not pass, that is, confirm that the first electronic device accesses the target call or confirm that the first electronic device cannot access the target call.
S330, the first electronic device responds to the invitation request information, and accesses the target call under the condition that the confirmation information is that the third electronic device confirms that the first electronic device accesses the target call.
And under the condition that the third electronic equipment confirms that the first electronic equipment is accessed to the target call, the first electronic equipment can be accessed to the target call. On the contrary, when the third electronic device confirms that the first electronic device cannot access the target call, the first electronic device cannot access the target call.
It is understood that the prompt message may be sent from the second electronic device to the third electronic device, or may be automatically triggered by the third electronic device or other devices after detecting the invitation request message.
In this way, the first electronic device can only access the target call when the third electronic device agrees that the first electronic device accesses the target call, so that the user experience can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the second electronic device and the third electronic device may also move the first electronic device out of the target call. Accordingly, after the step S120, the following steps may be further performed:
the method comprises the steps that first electronic equipment receives moving-out request information sent by second electronic equipment or third electronic equipment;
and the first electronic equipment responds to the moving-out request information and exits the target call.
The moving-out request message may be used to cancel the call permission of the first electronic device.
After the first electronic device accesses the target call, if the user using the second electronic device and the user using the third electronic device want to move the user of the first electronic device out of the target call, the second electronic device or the third electronic device may be controlled to send out moving-out request information to move the first electronic device out of the target call. The first electronic device may, after receiving the removal request message, exit the target call in response to the removal request message.
It is understood that the removal request message may be triggered after the user inputs the removal request message to the corresponding electronic device through an input method such as voice or touch.
Therefore, users of the second electronic device and the third electronic device can move the first electronic device out of the target call according to needs, and user experience can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the user of the first electronic device may also be engaged in a call instead of the second electronic device. Accordingly, the following steps may be executed before the step S120:
the method comprises the steps that first electronic equipment obtains first user feature data of a first user corresponding to second electronic equipment;
accordingly, the specific implementation manner of step S120 may be:
the first electronic equipment responds to the invitation request information, and performs data simulation processing on the second user characteristic data based on the first user characteristic data to obtain third user characteristic data simulating the first user;
the first electronic device transmits the third user characteristic data to the third electronic device.
The second user characteristic data is user characteristic data of a second user corresponding to the first electronic device.
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a call method provided in this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may include the following steps:
s410, under the condition that the first electronic device and the second electronic device establish short-distance communication connection, the first electronic device receives invitation request information sent by the second electronic device through the short-distance communication connection.
S420, the first electronic device obtains first user feature data of a first user corresponding to the second electronic device.
In the process of a call between the second electronic device and the third electronic device, it is considered that a user corresponding to the second electronic device may need to replace the user corresponding to the first electronic device to perform the call. Therefore, the first electronic device can also collect user characteristic data of a user (i.e. the first user) using the second electronic device, i.e. the first user characteristic data. The first electronic device may obtain first user characteristic data of a first user corresponding to the second electronic device, for example, the first user characteristic data may be obtained through a short-range communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
And S430, the first electronic device responds to the invitation request information, and performs data simulation processing on the second user characteristic data based on the first user characteristic data to obtain third user characteristic data simulating the first user.
Then, the first electronic device may receive invitation request information sent by the second electronic device, and in response to the invitation request information, the first electronic device may perform simulation processing on second user feature data of a user (i.e., a second user) corresponding to the first electronic device based on first user feature data of the first user corresponding to the second electronic device, so as to obtain user feature data, i.e., third user feature data, capable of simulating the first user corresponding to the second electronic device.
S440, the first electronic device sends the third user characteristic data to the third electronic device.
The first electronic device may send the third user characteristic data to the third electronic device after obtaining the third user characteristic data that simulates the first user.
It is to be understood that the process of the first electronic device acquiring the first user characteristic data of the first user may also be performed after receiving the invitation request message and before accessing the target call.
In this way, the third user characteristic data is obtained by performing simulation processing on the second user characteristic data based on the first user characteristic data. Therefore, the second user corresponding to the first electronic device can replace the first user corresponding to the second electronic device to communicate with the user corresponding to the third electronic device, and the user corresponding to the third electronic device still communicates with the first user in perception. Therefore, the conversation efficiency and the user experience can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the user characteristic data (including the first user characteristic data, the second user characteristic data, and the third user characteristic data) may include at least one of a vocal feature and a facial feature of the user.
The pronunciation characteristics may include characteristics of a user such as a tone and a tone, and the pronunciation characteristics may be obtained by processing, by the electronic device, the acquired audio data of the corresponding user. The facial features may be obtained by processing the collected video data of the corresponding user by the electronic device.
When the target call is a voice call, the user feature data may include only a pronunciation feature, or may include both a pronunciation feature and a facial feature. When the target call is a video call, the user feature data needs to include two items, namely pronunciation features and facial features.
Therefore, the second user characteristic is subjected to simulation processing based on the pronunciation characteristic and the face characteristic of the first user characteristic data, the similarity between the third user characteristic data obtained through simulation and the first user characteristic data can be improved, the operability space of the electronic equipment can be improved, and the user experience is further improved.
In some embodiments, the second user corresponding to the first electronic device may also operate the second electronic device in place of the first user corresponding to the second electronic device. Accordingly, the specific implementation manner of the step S120 may be as follows:
the first electronic equipment responds to the invitation request information and displays an operation interface of the second electronic equipment;
the method comprises the steps that a first electronic device receives input of a control on an operation interface;
the first electronic device responds to the input and controls the second electronic device to execute corresponding operation.
Fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a call method provided in this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the method may include the following steps:
s510, in a case that the first electronic device and the second electronic device establish a short-range communication connection, the first electronic device receives invitation request information sent by the second electronic device through the short-range communication connection.
S520, the first electronic device responds to the invitation request information and displays an operation interface of the second electronic device.
It is considered that when the target call is made, there may be a case where the first user does not operate the cellular phone conveniently. At this time, the second electronic device may transmit invitation request information to the first electronic device through the short-range communication connection, and the first electronic device may share the operation interface of the second electronic device in response to the invitation request information after receiving the invitation request information.
S530, the first electronic equipment receives input of the control on the operation interface.
After the first electronic device shares the operation interface of the second electronic device, the second user may operate the control on the operation interface, so that the first electronic device may receive an input to the control on the operation interface, for example, may operate the control in a manner of voice, touch, and the like.
And S540, the first electronic equipment responds to the input and controls the second electronic equipment to execute corresponding operation.
After the first electronic device receives the input of the control on the operation interface, in response to the input, the first electronic device can control the second electronic device to execute the operation corresponding to the control, and the first electronic device controls the second electronic device.
In this way, when the first user does not conveniently operate the second electronic device, the second user can operate the second electronic device through the shared operation interface of the second electronic device instead of the first user. Therefore, the conversation efficiency and the user experience can be further improved.
In some embodiments, before the step of controlling the second electronic device to perform the corresponding operation in response to the input, the following steps may be further performed:
the first electronic equipment sends a verification message to the second electronic equipment;
at this time, a specific implementation manner for controlling the second electronic device to perform the corresponding operation in response to the input may be:
and the first electronic equipment responds to the input and controls the second electronic equipment to execute corresponding operation under the condition that the verification result is that the verification is passed.
The first electronic device may further send a verification message to the second electronic device after receiving an input to the control in the operation interface of the shared second electronic device. After receiving the verification message, the second electronic device may display the verification message on the interface, and the first user may determine that the verification is passed or not passed according to the situation, so that the second electronic device may return the verification result to the first electronic device. After the first electronic device receives the verification result corresponding to the verification message, if the verification result is that the verification is passed, the first electronic device may control the second electronic device to perform an operation corresponding to the control in response to the input.
It is to be understood that the verification message may be sent when the first electronic device controls the second electronic device, or may be sent each time the second electronic device is controlled.
In this way, only when the verification result returned by the second electronic device is that the verification is passed, the first electronic device can control the second electronic device to execute the operation corresponding to the control. Therefore, the operation executed by the first electronic device for controlling the second electronic device can be reduced, and the situation that the first electronic device does not conform to the will of the first user corresponding to the second electronic device is avoided, so that the user experience can be further improved.
It should be noted that, in the call method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be a call device, or a control module in the call device, which is used for executing a loading call method. In the embodiment of the present application, a method for a call device to execute a loading call is taken as an example to describe the call method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present application further provides a communication apparatus, applied to a first electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, the communication apparatus 600 may include:
a first receiving module 610, configured to receive invitation request information sent by a second electronic device through a short-range communication connection when the first electronic device and the second electronic device establish the short-range communication connection; the invitation request information is used for inviting the first electronic equipment to access a target call; the target call is a current ongoing call between the second electronic equipment and third electronic equipment;
an accessing module 620, configured to access the target call in response to the invitation request information; the number of the third electronic devices is one or more.
In some embodiments, the communicator 600 may further comprise:
the second receiving module may be configured to receive acknowledgement information sent by the third electronic device; the confirmation information is generated by the third electronic device based on prompt information, the prompt information is used for prompting the third electronic device whether the first electronic device is connected to the target call, and the prompt information is sent to the third electronic device by the second electronic device after the second electronic device sends the invitation request information;
the access module 620 may be specifically configured to:
and accessing the target call under the condition that the third electronic device confirms that the first electronic device accesses the target call by the confirmation information.
In this way, the first electronic device can only access the target call when the third electronic device agrees that the first electronic device accesses the target call, so that the user experience can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the communicator 600 may further comprise:
a third receiving module, configured to receive move-out request information sent by the second electronic device or the third electronic device; the moving-out request information is used for canceling the call authority of the first electronic equipment;
and the quitting module is used for responding to the moving-out request information and quitting the target call.
Therefore, users of the second electronic device and the third electronic device can move the first electronic device out of the target call according to needs, and user experience can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the communicator 600 may further comprise:
the obtaining module may be configured to obtain first user feature data of a first user corresponding to the second electronic device;
the access module 620 may include:
the simulation unit may be configured to perform data simulation processing on second user characteristic data based on the first user characteristic data in response to the invitation request information, so as to obtain third user characteristic data simulating the first user; the second user characteristic data is user characteristic data of a second user corresponding to the first electronic equipment;
