1. A processing method of an excess baggage, the processing method of the excess baggage comprising:
acquiring passenger information and oversteped baggage limit;
determining whether oversteped baggage purchasing information exists according to the passenger information;
if yes, judging whether the purchased excessive baggage limit is smaller than the excessive baggage limit;
if the sum of the excess amount of the purchased articles is less than the sum of the excess amount of the purchased articles, creating a purchase order according to the difference value between the excess amount of the purchased articles and the sum of the excess amount of the articles, and sending the purchase order to the passenger to enable the passenger to carry out payment operation;
updating the duplicate baggage purchase information based on the purchase order when payment success information is received.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the payment success information, further comprising:
sending a first ticket drawing request to electronic miscellaneous bill management equipment, so that the electronic miscellaneous bill management equipment establishes a first electronic miscellaneous bill according to the purchased excess amount of the items and the purchased excess amount of the items, wherein the first ticket drawing request comprises the purchased excess amount of the items and the purchased excess amount of the items in the purchase order;
and when the first electronic bill of expense is received, deleting a second electronic bill of expense, updating the purchase information of the overdue baggage according to the purchase information of the overdue baggage in the first electronic bill of expense, wherein the second electronic bill of expense is used for indicating the purchase information of the overdue baggage corresponding to the purchased overdue baggage amount.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the overstepped baggage purchasing information does not exist, creating a purchasing order according to the overstepped baggage limit, and sending the purchasing order to the passenger to enable the passenger to carry out payment operation;
when payment success information is received, generating the overdue baggage purchase information based on the purchase order.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after receiving the payment success information, further comprising:
sending a second ticket drawing request to electronic bill of charge management equipment, so that the electronic bill of charge management equipment establishes a third electronic bill of charge according to the excess amount of the luggage, wherein the second ticket drawing request comprises the excess amount of the luggage;
and when the third electronic bill of fares is received, adding overstepped baggage purchase information in the third electronic bill of fares according to the third electronic bill of fares.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein creating a purchase order based on a difference between the amount of excess baggage purchased and the amount of excess baggage comprises:
calculating the difference value between the purchased excess baggage amount and the excess baggage amount, and determining the excess baggage amount to be purchased;
inquiring the price corresponding to the overstepped baggage amount to be purchased in a database;
and generating a corresponding payment code according to the price corresponding to the excess baggage amount to be purchased, and packaging the passenger information, the excess baggage amount to be purchased and the payment code to generate a purchase order.
6. An apparatus for handling excess luggage, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring passenger information and oversteped baggage limit;
the determining module is used for determining whether the overstepped baggage purchasing information exists according to the passenger information, and if the overstepped baggage purchasing information exists, the judging module is executed;
the judging module is used for judging whether the purchased oversteped baggage limit is smaller than the oversteped baggage limit or not if the purchased oversteped baggage limit exists, and executing the first establishing module if the purchased oversteped baggage limit is smaller than the oversteped baggage limit;
the first establishing module is used for establishing a purchase order according to the difference value between the purchased excess baggage amount and the excess baggage amount, and sending the purchase order to the passenger to enable the passenger to carry out payment operation;
and the updating module is used for updating the overstepped baggage purchasing information based on the purchase order when the successful payment information is received.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second creating module is used for creating a purchase order according to the overstepped baggage limit and sending the purchase order to the passenger to enable the passenger to carry out payment operation when the overstepped baggage purchasing information does not exist;
and the generation module is used for generating the oversteped baggage purchase information based on the purchase order when the payment success information is received.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first creating module for creating the purchase order according to the difference between the purchased excess amount of baggage and the excess amount of baggage is specifically configured to: calculating the difference value between the purchased excess baggage amount and the excess baggage amount, and determining the excess baggage amount to be purchased; inquiring the price corresponding to the overstepped baggage limit to be purchased in a database; and generating a corresponding payment code according to the price corresponding to the excess amount of the to-be-purchased baggage, and packaging the passenger information, the excess amount of the to-be-purchased baggage and the payment code to generate a purchase order.
9. An electronic device, wherein the electronic device is configured to run a program, and wherein the program is configured to execute the method for processing the excess baggage according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when the program is run.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the apparatus on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the processing method of the overdue baggage according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
