the finished product recycling mechanism (8) comprises a discharge hole (81) formed in the discharging disc (1), a discharge box (82) arranged below the discharge hole (81), a discharge stop block (83) arranged on the left side of the discharge hole, and an optical fiber counter (84) arranged on the right side of the discharge hole (81).
