The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a screeding line of wall decoration gypsum plaster, which is used for manufacturing a plaster scraping and separating tool consisting of a Y-shaped rod piece, a connecting pipe and a fishing line, wherein the fishing line is connected with two top ends of the Y-shaped rod piece; determining a wall surface reinforcement positioning line, and measuring the elevation of the wall surface reinforcement according to the positioning line by using a horizontal laser instrument; after gypsum mortar is fully hung on the bottom surface of the aluminum alloy square tube, the aluminum alloy square tube is abutted to the position of a bead punching positioning line of the wall surface, and the aluminum alloy square tube is adjusted to the position of an elevation according to the elevation of the bead punching of the wall surface; and scraping the periphery of the bottom surface of the aluminum alloy square tube by adopting gypsum mortar, embedding a fish line at the top end of a Y-shaped rod piece of a paste scraping and separating tool between the bottom surface of the aluminum alloy square tube and the gypsum mortar after the gypsum mortar is initially set, and scraping along the bottom surface of the aluminum alloy square tube to separate the aluminum alloy square tube from the gypsum mortar, wherein the gypsum mortar forms a wall surface reinforcement.
