本发明公开了一种亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:碱减量处理毛涤精纺面料;S2:采用衣康酸、丙烯酸和过氧化物引发剂的混合水溶液处理S1所得毛涤精纺面料,S2中衣康酸与丙烯酸的摩尔比为1:(5~6),混合水溶液中过氧化引发剂的浓度为1.5~2.5mol/L,衣康酸与丙烯酸混合单体的浓度为0.7~1.6mol/L,S2中的处理温度为85~100℃;S3:将S2所得面料置于处理液中,洗涤面料,处理液的主要组成为还原剂、丙烯酸阻聚剂和水。经过处理的毛涤精纺面料中衣康酸和丙烯酸含量降低,有效降低后续生产焙烘处理后面料的黄变程度。

Description

一种亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及毛涤精纺面料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法。
背景技术
毛涤精纺面料的主要纤维组成为羊毛纤维和涤纶。由于鳞片层的存在,羊毛纤维具有天然的拒水性能;涤纶纤维的分子由短脂肪烃链、酯基、苯环、端醇羟基所构成,除两个端醇羟基外,并无其他极性基团,因此涤纶的亲水性极差。
羊毛纤维亲水性能的改善主要通过剥鳞、亲水物质如树脂、海藻酸钠整理等手段,而涤纶纤维的亲水改性主要通过酸碱处理,例如CN102899881A和CN102899882A所公开的硫酸、磷酸结合紫外红外照射等方法,或者直接在涤纶纤维的原料中加入亲水性的物质,如CN106948030A所公开的,利用碳酸钙的吸水性能以及碳酸钙离子溶出形成的纤维表面凹坑,提高纤维的吸湿传导性能。《纺织学报》第28卷第3期2007年3月“衣康酸/丙烯酸与聚酯织物接枝共聚性能”中公开了采用衣康酸和丙烯酸接枝聚酯织物的亲水整理方法,经过接枝共聚的面料需要在索氏萃取器中萃取4h,该方法用于毛涤精纺面料中存在以下技术问题:批量生产中衣康酸和丙烯酸存在碳碳不饱和双键,反应后的织物中不可避免地残留接枝羧酸单体,特别是沸点较高的衣康酸,面料后整理焙烘温度过高会导致面料整体白度下降,进而产生黄变。
因此,有必要对现有技术中的衣康酸和丙烯酸接枝聚酯织物的方法进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法,减少接枝共聚后面料中的不饱和有机酸残留,提高面料白度。
为了实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:碱减量处理毛涤精纺面料;
S2:采用衣康酸、丙烯酸和过氧化物引发剂的混合水溶液处理S1所得毛涤精纺面料,S2中衣康酸与丙烯酸的摩尔比为1:(5~6),混合水溶液中过氧化引发剂的浓度为1.5~2.5mol/L,衣康酸与丙烯酸混合单体的浓度为0.7~1.6mol/L,S2中的处理温度为85~100℃;
S3:将S2所得面料置于处理液中,洗涤面料,所述处理液的主要组成为还原剂、丙烯酸阻聚剂和水。
将衣康酸的添加量趋少控制,使接枝共聚过程中衣康酸充分与羊毛和丙烯酸反应,降低衣康酸的残留。
优选的技术方案为,所述过氧化物引发剂为选自过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾和过氧化氢中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选的技术方案为,所述还原剂为选自亚硫酸钠、维生素C、吊白粉中的一种或两种以上的组合,处理液中还原剂的浓度为0.5~2 mol/L。
还原剂为吊白粉(次硫酸氢钠甲醛),水溶液在60℃以上就开始分解出有害物质,为了确保生产安全,优选的技术方案为,所述S3中洗涤温度为40~55℃。
优选的技术方案为,所述丙烯酸阻聚剂为硫酸钠和/或硫氰酸铵;处理液中丙烯酸阻聚剂的浓度为0.01~0.1 mol/L。上述两种还原剂均为无色,且均易溶于水,反应温和。
优选的技术方案为,所述S3中处理液置于超声波槽中。采用超声波,能使微反应的衣康酸和丙烯酸充分脱离毛涤精纺织物,进一步优化改善黄变的效果。
优选的技术方案为,所述超声波槽中的超声波频率为16~24 kHz。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法包括接枝共聚后的处理步骤,处理液中的还原剂与过氧化物引发剂充分反应,而丙烯酸阻聚剂能防止处理步骤中聚合作用的进行,经过处理的毛涤精纺面料中衣康酸和丙烯酸含量降低,有效降低后续生产焙烘处理后面料的黄变程度。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
对毛涤精纺面料进行亲水接枝共聚整理,毛涤精纺面料纤维组成:70%毛30%涤,面料来源:江苏阳光集团;
实施例1
亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:碱减量处理毛涤精纺面料,碱减量溶液为质量百分比5%的氢氧化钠溶液,浴比1:20,处理温度为85~90℃,处理时间为10min,去除面料,清洗干燥;
S2:采用衣康酸、丙烯酸和过硫酸铵的混合水溶液处理S1所得毛涤精纺面料,取出面料,清洗,并在100℃以下烘干,S2中衣康酸与丙烯酸的摩尔比为1:5,混合水溶液中过硫酸铵的浓度为2mol/L,衣康酸与丙烯酸混合单体的浓度为1.3mol/L;浴比1:25,S2中的处理温度为90℃;
S3:将S2所得面料置于50~55℃的处理液中,洗涤面料5min,然后取出面料,烘干,并在130~140℃下焙烘2min,处理液的主要组成为还原剂、丙烯酸阻聚剂和水;实施例1中的还原剂为亚硫酸钠,亚硫酸钠的浓度为1mol/L;丙烯酸阻聚剂为硫酸钠,处理液中硫酸钠的初始浓度为0.05 mol/L。
实施例2
实施例2基于实施例1,区别在于,过氧化物引发剂为过硫酸钾,还原剂为维生素C。
实施例3
实施例3基于实施例1,区别在于,还原剂为吊白粉,洗涤温度为40~45℃。
实施例4
实施例4基于实施例3,区别在于,丙烯酸阻聚剂为硫氰酸铵。
实施例5
实施例5基于实施例1,区别在于,S3中处理液置于超声波槽中,超声波槽中的超声波频率为16~24 kHz,面料清洗过程中开启超声波换能器。
对比例1
对比例基于实施例1,区别在于,不包含S3处理步骤,S2所得面料直接导入焙烘,焙烘的温度和时长与实施例1相同。
实施例和对比例所得试样经以下性能检测:
1、DATACOLOR SF600型电脑测色配色仪上测定实施例和对比例试样的白度;
经过实施例和对比例处理的试样,亲水性得到明显的提高,实施例和对比例的白度检测结果依次为:28.35、27.71、28.04、27.53、29.56、23.04。未经S3处理的对比例试样白度较差,经过S3处理的S1-5试样白度明显提高,而采用超声波处理更进一步改善面料的白度。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:碱减量处理毛涤精纺面料;
S2:采用衣康酸、丙烯酸和过氧化物引发剂的混合水溶液处理S1所得毛涤精纺面料,S2中衣康酸与丙烯酸的摩尔比为1:(5~6),混合水溶液中过氧化引发剂的浓度为1.5~2.5mol/L,衣康酸与丙烯酸混合单体的浓度为0.7~1.6mol/L,S2中的处理温度为85~100℃;
S3:将S2所得面料置于处理液中,洗涤面料,所述处理液的主要组成为还原剂、丙烯酸阻聚剂和水;
所述丙烯酸阻聚剂为硫酸钠和/或硫氰酸铵;处理液中丙烯酸阻聚剂的浓度为0.01~0.1 mol/L;
所述S3中处理液置于超声波槽中,所述超声波槽中的超声波频率为16~24 kHz。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述过氧化物引发剂为选自过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾和过氧化氢中的一种或两种以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述还原剂为选自亚硫酸钠、维生素C、吊白粉中的一种或两种以上的组合,处理液中还原剂的浓度为0.5~2 mol/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亲水毛涤精纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中洗涤温度为40~55℃。
