Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive sticker manufacturing, and relates to a manufacturing method of an anti-bubble non-base-material adhesive sticker, which comprises the following steps: coating a substrate-free adhesive on the surface of a spread plastic film, pressing the substrate-free adhesive to a certain thickness by using a pressing roller, and attaching a protective film on the surface of the substrate-free adhesive; tearing off the plastic film from the non-base material adhesive, and then attaching the non-base material adhesive to the surface of the abrasive paper; and thirdly, cutting off the redundant part without the base material adhesive from one side of the protective film without cutting off the abrasive paper, and then removing the unnecessary area without the base material adhesive by using continuous protective film waste materials. According to the method, the abrasive paper is used as the adhesive material without the base material glue, so that the problem that air bubbles are easy to generate in use is avoided, and the actual needs of customers are met.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesive sticker manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method of an anti-bubble non-base-material adhesive sticker.
Background
In electronic products, thin film products are used for covering so as to achieve the purposes of dust prevention, insulation and the like, and glue is needed to be used for fixing the thin films. The film product delivered from factory is generally composed of a back film, an adhesive film and a protective film.
When the adhesive film belongs to the non-base material adhesive, the adhesive needs to be coated on the plastic film on site, then the protective film is pasted, then the range without the base material adhesive is cut, the pasted adhesive film area is reserved, when the adhesive film is used, the plastic film is peeled from the non-base material adhesive, and then the non-base material adhesive is pasted on the pasted surface of the notebook computer and other products.

and thirdly, cutting off the redundant part without the base material adhesive from one side of the protective film without cutting off the abrasive paper, and then removing the unnecessary area without the base material adhesive by using continuous protective film waste materials.
