step two: selecting a cutter template, and fixing the cutter template on a die-cutting machine after determining that the cutter template has no problems; placing the semi-finished product of the protective film on a steel plate of a die-cutting machine, determining the positions, positioning and fixing the semi-finished product of the protective film in parallel, and fixing the semi-finished product of the protective film by using double faced adhesive tapes;
step three: and die cutting is carried out on the PE protective film layer by the cutting die to form the charging adapter packaging protective film.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention solves the adhesive force between the PE protective film and the PET negative substrate layer (release paper) on the upper surface of the original protective film, does not remain the dirty residual glue on the surface, has strong stability, and has low production efficiency and increased reject ratio in the traditional production and processing process because the PE protective film is very light and easy to separate from the release paper during die cutting and needs to be manually adjusted again. The invention particularly relates to a method for improving the quality control of products by spending much energy on the independent research, development, combination and preparation of auxiliary materials.
