Abstract
The invention discloses decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride, which comprises the following raw materials: PVC, chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber, a composite coloring agent, polydimethylsiloxane, a plasticizer, an antioxidant and a lubricant. The decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is further improved in decomposition-resistant weather-resistant property and mechanical property by adding chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber, polydimethylsiloxane and PVC and adding a composite coloring agent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of polymers, and particularly relates to decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride.
Background
The main component of the plastic is a synthetic resin. The resin is originally named by lipid secreted by animals and plants, such as rosin, shellac and the like, the resin at present refers to a high polymer which is not mixed with various additives, polyvinyl chloride is polyamide resin, one of the most applied engineering plastics at present, an amide group of the resin has polarity, and a hydrogen bond with a firm structure is arranged in the structure of the resin, so that the polyvinyl chloride has a high melting point, and has good physical and mechanical properties, wear resistance and self-lubricating property, and the comprehensive characteristics are not possessed by other plastics. However, pure polyvinyl chloride has a lower impact strength, and this disadvantage is more pronounced at lower ambient temperatures. Therefore, studies on the composite impact modification of polyvinyl chloride have been conducted. The cold-resistant toughened polyvinyl chloride keeps the inherent characteristics of the resin, improves the impact strength by ten to tens of times, can still keep good toughness at extremely low temperature, even can reach the degree of not breaking or smashing, and can continuously expand the application range. There are irreplaceable advantages in the field of producing articles that are notched or sharp-cornered, or that need to be able to withstand very low temperatures, yet maintain good toughness, and that need to be metal-substituted to reduce weight and improve performance and life.
At present, some plastics made of polyvinyl chloride on the market have the characteristics of cold resistance and toughness at a certain temperature, but the degree is not perfect, and many plastics are easy to crack at a low temperature. In addition, some products related to nylon 6 foreign companies are extremely high in price, products of domestic manufacturers sacrifice certain advantages of nylon 6, or the quality stability of the products is not well controlled due to insufficient process or technology, so that the products cannot be produced and used in a large scale.
Therefore, there is a need for a colored PVC resin composition having excellent decomposition resistance, weather resistance and physical properties.

the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: PVC, chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber, a composite coloring agent, polydimethylsiloxane, a plasticizer, an antioxidant and a lubricant; the composite coloring agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 100: (40-60): (20-40): (40-60) of sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment, wherein the mass ratio of the PVC, the chloroprene rubber and the polysulfide rubber is 100:5-10:5-10, and the addition amount of the composite coloring agent is 10-20% of the mass of the PVC.
Further, the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of PVC, 5-10 parts of chloroprene rubber, 5-10 parts of polysulfide rubber, 10-20 parts of composite coloring agent, 5-10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-4 parts of plasticizer, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 2-6 parts of lubricant.
Further, the mass ratio of the PVC, the chloroprene rubber and the polysulfide rubber is 100:7.5: 7.5.
Further, the composite coloring agent comprises the following components in a mass ratio of 100: 50: 30: 50 of sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment.
Further, the plasticizer is DOP, DOS, DIDP, liquid polyester type.
Further, the molecular weight of the sodium polyacrylate is 4000-10000.
Further, the antioxidant is antioxidant 1010 or antioxidant DLTP.

The preparation method of the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) mixing sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment in a high-speed mixer for 5-10 minutes according to a proportion to prepare a composite coloring agent;
(2) weighing PVC, chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber, a composite coloring agent, polydimethylsiloxane, a plasticizer, an antioxidant and a lubricant according to the formula, and putting the materials into a mixer to be stirred for 1-3 minutes to obtain a mixed raw material;
(3) putting the mixed raw materials in the step 2 and the mixed products in the step 1 into a double-screw extruder for reaction, keeping the materials in a machine barrel for 1-2min to obtain reaction products,
(4) and cutting the reaction product into particles and drying to obtain a finished product.
Further, the temperatures of the zones of the twin-screw extruder are as follows: the first zone is 180-class at 200 ℃, the second zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the third zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the fourth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the fifth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the sixth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the seventh zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the eighth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the ninth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, and the head is 200-class at 210 ℃.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) according to the invention, PVC is used as a matrix, and chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber and polydimethylsiloxane are added as synergistic components, so that the decomposition resistance effect of colored PVC under ultraviolet irradiation is effectively enhanced, a certain shielding effect on pigment decomposition is achieved, and the mechanical property of PVC is enhanced to a certain extent.
2) The composite coloring agent prepared by the invention comprises sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment in a certain mass ratio, and the sodium polyacrylate is added as a dispersing agent, so that the surface of the white carbon black, the titanium dioxide and the inorganic pigment is adsorbed, the dispersibility is enhanced, and the white carbon black and the titanium dioxide provide certain carriers and background colors for the inorganic pigment, so that the coloring stability is enhanced, the decomposition-resistant effect of colored PVC under ultraviolet irradiation is enhanced, a certain shielding effect on pigment decomposition is achieved, and the mechanical property of the PVC is enhanced to a certain extent.
The decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is further improved in decomposition-resistant weather-resistant property and mechanical property by adding chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber, polydimethylsiloxane and PVC and adding a composite coloring agent.

The decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of PVC, 5-10 parts of chloroprene rubber, 5-10 parts of polysulfide rubber, 10-20 parts of composite coloring agent, 5-10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-4 parts of plasticizer, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 2-6 parts of lubricant.
The composite coloring agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 100: (40-60): (20-40): (40-60) sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment. The plasticizer is DOP. The molecular weight of the sodium polyacrylate is 6000. The antioxidant is antioxidant 1010. The lubricant is polyethylene wax.
The preparation method of the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) mixing sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment in a high-speed mixer for 5-10 minutes according to a proportion to prepare a composite coloring agent;
(2) weighing PVC, chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber, a composite coloring agent, polydimethylsiloxane, a plasticizer, an antioxidant and a lubricant according to the formula, and putting the materials into a mixer to be stirred for 1-3 minutes to obtain a mixed raw material;
(3) putting the mixed raw materials in the step 2 and the mixed products in the step 1 into a double-screw extruder for reaction, and allowing the materials to stay in a machine barrel for 1-2min to obtain reaction products, wherein the temperature of each zone of the double-screw extruder is as follows: the first zone is 180-class at 200 ℃, the second zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the third zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the fourth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the fifth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the sixth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the seventh zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the eighth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, the ninth zone is 200-class at 220 ℃, and the head is 200-class at 210 ℃.
(4) And cutting the reaction product into particles and drying to obtain a finished product.

The decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of PVC, 7.5 parts of chloroprene rubber, 7.5 parts of polysulfide rubber, 15 parts of composite coloring agent, 7.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 3 parts of plasticizer, 2 parts of antioxidant and 4 parts of lubricant.
The composite coloring agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 100: 50: 30: 50 of sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment. The plasticizer is DOP. The molecular weight of the sodium polyacrylate is 6000. The antioxidant is antioxidant 1010. The lubricant is polyethylene wax.
The preparation method of the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

The plasticizer is DOP. The molecular weight of the sodium polyacrylate is 6000. The antioxidant is antioxidant 1010. The lubricant is polyethylene wax.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Example 3
The decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of PVC, 10 parts of chloroprene rubber, 5 parts of polysulfide rubber, 20 parts of composite coloring agent, 5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 4 parts of plasticizer, 1 part of antioxidant and 6 parts of lubricant.
The composite coloring agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 100: 40: 40: 40 of sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment. The plasticizer is DOP. The molecular weight of the sodium polyacrylate is 6000. The antioxidant is antioxidant 1010. The lubricant is polyethylene wax.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 1
The process was substantially the same as that of example 1 except that the materials for preparing the decomposition-resistant weatherable colored polyvinyl chloride were deficient in modified chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber, and polydimethylsiloxane.
Comparative example 2
The procedure was essentially the same as in example 1, except that the polychloroprene rubber was absent from the starting material used to prepare the decomposition-resistant weatherable pigmented polyvinyl chloride.
Comparative example 3
The procedure of example 1 was followed except that no polysulfide rubber was present in the raw materials used to prepare the decomposition-resistant weatherable pigmented polyvinyl chloride.
Comparative example 4
The procedure was essentially the same as in example 1 except that the starting material for the decomposition-resistant weatherable pigmented polyvinyl chloride was absent of polydimethylsiloxane.
Comparative example 5
The preparation process is basically the same as that of example 1, except that the composite coloring agent in the raw materials for preparing the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is 50: 30: 50 of white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment.
Comparative example 6
The preparation process is basically the same as that of example 1, except that the composite coloring agent in the raw materials for preparing the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is 100: 30: 50 of sodium polyacrylate, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment.
Comparative example 7
The preparation process is basically the same as that of example 1, except that the composite coloring agent in the raw materials for preparing the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride is 100: 50: 50 of sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black and inorganic pigment.
Comparative example 8
The procedure of example 1 was followed except that an equal amount of an inorganic pigment was directly added to the raw materials for preparing the decomposition-resistant weatherable colored polyvinyl chloride.
Tensile strength was measured according to ASTM D-638, and flexural strength was measured according to ASTM D-790. The product was irradiated under an ultraviolet lamp of equal power for 120 hours and then tested for color reduction. The low temperature impact resistance was tested at-30 ℃.
From the above table, it can be seen that: as can be seen from the data of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-8, the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride of the present invention further improves the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant property and mechanical properties by adding chloroprene rubber, polysulfide rubber, polydimethylsiloxane in combination with PVC, and by adding a composite coloring agent.

the composite coloring agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 100: 50: 30: 50 parts of sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment; the plasticizer is DOP; the molecular weight of the sodium polyacrylate is 6000; the antioxidant is 1010; the lubricant is polyethylene wax;
the preparation method of the decomposition-resistant weather-resistant colored polyvinyl chloride comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing sodium polyacrylate, white carbon black, titanium dioxide and inorganic pigment in a high-speed mixer for 5-10 minutes according to a proportion to prepare a composite coloring agent;
