Abstract

本发明涉及一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,主要由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒30‑40份、未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉25‑35份、高温沥青1‑2份、氮化硼0.8‑1.5份、硼化锆3.5‑5.5份、酚醛树脂4‑6份、微粉石墨1‑3份、纳米碳材料0.3‑0.8份。本发明的镁碳砖通过添加氮化硼、硼化锆等非氧化物能够克服传统低碳镁碳砖热震稳定性差和抗渣渗透性下降的问题,并通过将微粉石墨与纳米碳材料作为混合型碳素材料,通过碳结构的改善与纳米纤维的增强作用进一步增强产品热震稳定性,并能够保证原料高温分散,显著改善产品内部微观结构的致密性和均匀度。

技术领域
本发明涉及高档耐火材料领域,尤其涉及一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖。
背景技术
随着冶炼技术的进步对耐火材料的新要求,传统镁碳砖在长期的应用实践过程中发现有以下几方面的问题:①由于高热导率增加热损耗,使出钢温度提高,带来能耗增加,同时加大了耐火材料的侵蚀等一系列问题;②作为特殊精炼炉的炉衬材料,如在VOD精炼钢包中冶炼高质量洁净钢及超低碳钢时,会引起增碳问题;③消耗大量宝贵的石墨资源。鉴于以上情况,近年来,对精炼钢包用低碳量、性能优异的低碳镁碳砖的开发受到国内外业界的重视。
镁碳砖中碳含量降低引起的主要问题是热震稳定性及抗渣渗透性下降。众所周知,镁碳砖中碳含量降低以后,使砖的热导率下降,弹性模量增大,从而使砖的抗热震稳定性变差。碳含量降低以后,使熔渣及钢水与材料的润湿性增强,材料的抗熔渣及钢水的渗透性变差。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种既能降低镁碳砖碳含量、又能保证抗渣渗透性的镁碳砖配方,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒30-40份、未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉25-35份、高温沥青1-2份、氮化硼0.8-1.5份、硼化锆3.5-5.5份、酚醛树脂4-6份、微粉石墨1-3份、纳米碳材料0.3-0.8份。
本发明相比传统的镁碳砖配方,采用将部分电熔镁砂骨料预先浸渍这一方法提高骨料颗粒与炭粒子的接触频率,能顾保证炭粒子的高度分散性,从而改善低碳镁碳砖的抗渣渗透性;同时,本发明采用微粉石墨与纳米碳材料的混合物作为碳素提供材料,能够改善结合碳的碳结构,在镁碳砖使用环境下能够碳化成为具有流动性的碳结构,从而提高低碳镁碳砖的高温强度;另外,本发明采用适量的氮化硼、硼化锆等非氧化物进行复合,非氧化物作为抗氧化剂能够保护碳结构不被氧化,显著提高了低碳镁碳砖的热膨胀率,不易与渣润湿,从而保证耐火砖的抗渣渗透性。
进一步的,所述浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒的浸渍原料为中温沥青与焦油的混合物,采用沥青与焦油的混合物进行浸渍,能够使得骨料获得较好的分散性。
进一步的,所述纳米碳材料的粒径为20-200nm,纳米碳材料的粒度直接影响低碳镁碳砖的气孔尺寸、形状和分布,并会材料热导率产生显著的影响,试验证明,选择上述粒度的纳米碳材料对于碳结构的增强作用较强、对于控制热震稳定性为最佳选择。
进一步的,所述浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒的制备方法为:取软化温度为80-90℃的中温沥青1份加入浸渍设备、将其加热至70-80℃后搅拌均匀,并分两次添加质量份数为3份的焦油,混合均匀后升温至80-90℃,后加入电熔镁砂颗粒,将浸渍设备抽真空20-30min,最后加压1.2-1.5MPa,保压20min后卸压。通过抽真空、加压、卸压等系列操作能够保证镁砂颗粒浸渍充分、并能缩短浸渍时间,从而缩短产品生产时间。
进一步的,所述焦油为高温煤焦油。
进一步的,所述未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉粒径为0.05-0.088mm。
进一步的,还包括0.5-0.8份钢纤维。
本发明的非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,其碳含量≤6%,且在碳含量显著降低的同时仍能保持与传统高碳镁碳砖持平甚至更佳的抗热震稳定性和抗渣渗透性,具有较高的工业应用价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1、
一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒35份、未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉30份、高温沥青1.5份、氮化硼1.2份、硼化锆4.5份、酚醛树脂5份、微粉石墨2份、纳米碳材料0.5份。
实施例2、
一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒35份、未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉30份、高温沥青1.5份、氮化硼1.2份、硼化锆4.5份、酚醛树脂5份、微粉石墨2份、纳米碳材料0.5份、还包括0.6份钢纤维。
实施例3、
一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒30份、未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉25份、高温沥青1份、氮化硼0.8份、硼化锆3.5份、酚醛树脂4份、微粉石墨1份、纳米碳材料0.3份。
实施例4、
一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒40份、未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉35份、高温沥青2份、氮化硼1.5份、硼化锆5.5份、酚醛树脂6份、微粉石墨3份、纳米碳材料0.8份。
将上述4实施例的配方分别制备成成品砖,其主要工艺包括:
步骤1:配料,将各组分原料按照上述比例进行配制;
其中浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒的制备方法为取软化温度为80-90℃的中温沥青1份加入浸渍设备、将其加热至70-80℃后搅拌均匀,并分两次添加质量份数为3份的焦油,混合均匀后升温至80-90℃,后加入电熔镁砂颗粒,将浸渍设备抽真空20-30min,最后加压1.2-1.5MPa,保压20min后卸压;
其中微粉石墨与纳米碳材料需在配料阶段在常温下预先混合充分;
步骤2:混炼,将浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒、酚醛树脂、高温沥青、氮化硼、硼化锆、微粉石墨与纳米碳材料的混合物以此添加至混炼设备,每种原料添加时间间隔10-15min,混炼速度为50-100r/min;最后添加未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉继续搅拌3-5min;
步骤3:压制成型,物料以100-200MPa的压力在1000T压砖机上压制成型;
步骤4:隧道窑干燥,干燥温度为250-400℃。

1.一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,其特征在于,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒30-40份、未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉25-35份、高温沥青1-2份、氮化硼0.8-1.5份、硼化锆3.5-5.5份、酚醛树脂4-6份、微粉石墨1-3份、纳米碳材料0.3-0.8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,其特征在于:所述浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒的浸渍原料为中温沥青与焦油的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,其特征在于:所述纳米碳材料的粒径为20-200nm。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,其特征在于:所述浸渍电熔镁砂颗粒的制备方法为:取软化温度为80-90℃的中温沥青1份加入浸渍设备、将其加热至70-80℃后搅拌均匀,并分两次添加质量份数为3份的焦油,混合均匀后升温至80-90℃,后加入电熔镁砂颗粒,将浸渍设备抽真空20-30min,最后加压1.2-1.5MPa,保压20min后卸压。

6.如权利要求1所述的一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,其特征在于:所述未浸渍电熔镁砂细粉粒径为0.05-0.088mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种非氧化物复合低碳型镁碳砖,其特征在于:还包括0.5-0.8份钢纤维。
