Abstract
The invention relates to a brick making method by using household garbage and a production method thereof. The production method of the household garbage brickmaking comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the household garbage and the construction garbage to obtain garbage powder; (2) drying and sterilizing the garbage powder obtained in the step (1) to obtain sterilized garbage powder; (3) and (3) conveying the sterilized garbage powder obtained in the step (2) to a brick making machine, adding water, cement, a water reducing agent, a coagulating agent and quicklime powder, stirring and mixing, and then pressing in a mold to obtain the domestic garbage brick making. The production method avoids secondary pollution caused by landfill and incineration of the domestic garbage, the domestic garbage does not need to be classified, the domestic garbage can be uniformly and intensively treated and recycled, and meanwhile, the energy consumption required by production is low; the obtained brick has excellent and reliable performance after being detected according to the national standard.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of brick making, and particularly relates to a domestic garbage brick making method and a production method thereof.
Background
The municipal refuse treatment and resource utilization technology adopted in China mainly comprises sanitary landfill, composting, incineration technology and other methods, but each technology still has defects.
Sanitary landfill
The sanitary landfill treatment of the garbage has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, less investment, low cost, quick effect, large treatment capacity and the like. About 70% of the garbage is treated in terms of treatment mode. But the harmless treatment is only 13 percent, and the landfill mode has the problems of permanent occupation of a large amount of land, serious pollution of the generated methane to the atmosphere and the like. Secondary contamination of the soil, groundwater and the surrounding environment can also result if geological conditions are no longer noticed. Meanwhile, the recovery and utilization technology of the biogas generated in the landfill site also needs a large amount of early investment and technical support.
Second, composting
In recent years, the development of garbage compost technology in China is fast, and the production of compost by applying a 'secondary fermentation process' tends to be specialized. At present, about 20 places of a composting farm are built, and mechanized garbage composting production lines suitable for China are designed in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Wuzhou, Tianjin, Shenyang and the like. However, the urban garbage compost in China still has the problems of low fertilizer efficiency, poor quality, poor market selling and the like, so that the operation of enterprises is difficult to maintain.
Thirdly, burn
The treatment of municipal waste by incineration technology in China is still in the beginning stage. Due to the high population density in many areas of China, especially the lack of land resources in many cities in the eastern area, incineration treatment will gradually become the main means for treating domestic garbage in these areas.
However, the investment for burning electricity generation is huge, the investment for treating 1000T garbage per day needs about 5 hundred million yuan, and burning easily generates carcinogens such as dioxin. The water content of the domestic garbage is high, the combustion supporting of the garbage needs to consume a large amount of energy, the garbage is considered to be combusted and utilized on the surface, the combustion supporting energy is actually combusted without work, large resources are exchanged for small resources, the loss is not compensated, the cost of the generated electricity is high, the calculation is insufficient, the state subsidy and high-price internet surfing have to be carried out, and therefore the treatment method only achieves the reduction and does not achieve the harmlessness and the recycling.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a domestic garbage brick making method and a production method thereof. The production method avoids secondary pollution caused by landfill and incineration of the domestic garbage, the domestic garbage does not need to be classified, the domestic garbage can be uniformly and intensively treated and recycled, meanwhile, the energy consumption is low, and the obtained brick has excellent and reliable performance after being detected according to the national standard.
The equipment used by the invention is a crusher, a dryer, a brick making machine, a high-temperature conveyor belt, a transport vehicle and the like.
The scheme of the invention is to provide a production method for making bricks by using household garbage, which comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the household garbage and the construction garbage to obtain garbage powder;
(2) drying and sterilizing the garbage powder obtained in the step (1) to obtain sterilized garbage powder;
(3) and (3) conveying the sterilized garbage crumbs obtained in the step (2) to a brick making machine, adding water, cement, a water reducing agent, a coagulating agent and quicklime powder, stirring and mixing, and then pressing in a mold to obtain the domestic garbage brick.
It is emphasized that a sewage pool is arranged below the crusher used for crushing and the dryer used for drying, and the generated sewage can enter a municipal sewage pipe network and then enter a sewage treatment plant. Meanwhile, the daily treatment capacity of the pulverizer is about 1000 tons, and the large-scale production requirement can be met.
Preferably, in the step (1), the household garbage is crushed to a particle size of 1-2 mm.
Preferably, in the step (2), the drying and sterilizing method is to send the garbage powder to a dryer for sterilization treatment by using a high-temperature conveyor belt.
Preferably, the temperature of the dryer is 180-200 ℃, and the drying and sterilizing time is 20-25 min.
Preferably, in the step (3), the weight ratio of the sterilized garbage powder to the cement is 1: 2-3.
Preferably, in the step (3), the rotation speed of the stirring is 20-30 r/min, and the stirring time is 3-5 min.
Preferably, in the step (3), the pressure of the pressing is 0.7-0.9 MPa.
Based on the same technical concept, the invention also provides a domestic garbage brick prepared by the production method.
The invention also provides application of the domestic garbage brick in the fields of sidewalk floor tiles, bricks for high-rise filling walls, bricks for expressway slope protection, road curbs, bricks for railway slope protection and bricks for river banks.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the production method for making bricks by using household garbage does not need sorting and classification in the treatment of the household garbage, can realize unified recovery and centralized treatment, avoids the problems of cost increase, secondary pollution and the like caused by classification, and simultaneously has lower energy consumption required by production; the prepared brick is detected according to GB50325-2010(2013 edition) and GB/T4111-2013 concrete block and brick test method, and the result shows that 4 indexes of the internal irradiation index, the external irradiation index, the compressive strength and the volume density all reach higher standards, and the brick is superior to a brick sold in the market and has reliable performance.

Example 1
The embodiment provides a production method for making bricks by using household garbage, which comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the household garbage and the construction garbage into particles of 1mm by using a large crusher to obtain garbage powder;
(2) conveying the garbage powder obtained in the step (1) into a dryer through a high-temperature conveyor belt, and drying and sterilizing at 180 ℃ for 20min to obtain sterilized garbage powder;
(3) and (3) conveying the sterilized garbage powder obtained in the step (2) to a brick making machine, adding water, cement, a water reducing agent, a coagulating agent and quicklime powder, wherein the weight ratio of the sterilized garbage powder to the cement is 1:2, stirring for 3min under the condition of 20r/min, mixing, then pressing in a die under the pressure of 0.7MPa, and obtaining the domestic garbage brick making after completion.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a production method for making bricks by using household garbage, which comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the household garbage and the construction garbage into particles of 2mm by using a large crusher to obtain garbage powder;
(2) conveying the garbage powder obtained in the step (1) into a dryer through a high-temperature conveyor belt, and drying and sterilizing for 25min at the temperature of 200 ℃ to obtain sterilized garbage powder;
(3) and (3) conveying the sterilized garbage powder obtained in the step (2) to a brick making machine, adding water, cement, a water reducing agent, a coagulating agent and quicklime powder, wherein the weight ratio of the sterilized garbage powder to the cement is 1:3, stirring for 5min at 30r/min for mixing, then pressing in a die by adopting the pressure of 0.9MPa, and obtaining the domestic garbage brick making after completion.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a production method for making bricks by using household garbage, which comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the household garbage and the construction garbage into particles of 1.2mm by using a large-scale crusher to obtain garbage powder;
(2) conveying the garbage powder obtained in the step (1) into a dryer through a high-temperature conveyor belt, and drying and sterilizing for 25min at 180 ℃ to obtain sterilized garbage powder;
(3) and (3) conveying the sterilized garbage powder obtained in the step (2) to a brick making machine, adding water, cement, a water reducing agent, a coagulating agent and quicklime powder, wherein the weight ratio of the sterilized garbage powder to the cement is 1:2, stirring for 5min under the condition of 20r/min, mixing, then pressing in a die under the pressure of 0.7MPa, and obtaining the domestic garbage brick making after completion.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a production method for making bricks by using household garbage, which comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the household garbage and the construction garbage into particles of 1.8mm by using a large-scale crusher to obtain garbage powder;
(2) conveying the garbage powder obtained in the step (1) into a dryer through a high-temperature conveyor belt, and drying and sterilizing for 20min at the temperature of 200 ℃ to obtain sterilized garbage powder;
(3) and (3) conveying the sterilized garbage powder obtained in the step (2) to a brick making machine, adding water, cement, a water reducing agent, a coagulating agent and quicklime powder, wherein the weight ratio of the sterilized garbage powder to the cement is 1:3, stirring for 3min at 30r/min for mixing, then pressing in a die by adopting the pressure of 0.9MPa, and obtaining the domestic garbage brick making after completion.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a production method for making bricks by using household garbage, which comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the household garbage and the construction garbage into particles with the particle size of 1.5mm by using a large-scale crusher to obtain garbage powder;
(2) conveying the garbage powder obtained in the step (1) into a dryer through a high-temperature conveyor belt, and drying and sterilizing at 190 ℃ for 22min to obtain sterilized garbage powder;
(3) and (3) conveying the sterilized garbage powder obtained in the step (2) to a brick making machine, adding water, cement, a water reducing agent, a coagulating agent and quicklime powder, wherein the weight ratio of the sterilized garbage powder to the cement is 1:2.5, stirring for 4min at 25r/min, mixing, pressing in a die by adopting the pressure of 0.8MPa, and obtaining the domestic garbage brick making after completion.
In order to verify the brick making performance of the domestic garbage obtained by the method, a third party is entrusted to detect 4 indexes of internal irradiation index, external irradiation index, compressive strength and volume density, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
