The discharging station for the powder moving bin can ensure that the powder does not leak and pollute in the feeding process of the feeding bin and ensure smooth material discharging in the feeding process.

Referring to fig. 1, an upper bracket 1 and a lower bracket 5 are separately provided, wherein the upper bracket 1 is fixed, and the lower bracket 5 is connected to the upper bracket 1 through a lifting driving mechanism so as to be movable up and down. The lifting driving mechanism is preferably at least one pair of electric cylinders 3, so as to ensure the stability of the lifting of the lower bracket 5. The electric cylinder has the advantages that: the lower bracket 5 can stay at any position, and is guaranteed to be suitable for bins with different heights. The upper bracket 1 and the lower bracket 5 are preferably welded by 304 stainless steel, and have good rigidity and beautiful appearance, and can be used for a long time without rusting. According to the actual requirement, various outer layer coatings can be made to meet different requirements.
The upper support 1 is provided with the feeding outer pipe, the feeding outer pipe is connected with an incoming material pipeline of a manufacturer, the size of the pipeline, the size of a flange and the size of an installation hole site can be adjusted according to the requirement of the manufacturer, the size of a part of the pipeline where materials are temporarily stored does not need to be considered independently by the manufacturer, and the pipe arrangement time and the design cost of the manufacturer are saved.

The lower support 5 is provided with a discharge pipe, the feeding outer pipe is connected with the discharge pipe through a telescopic pipe 4, and the telescopic pipe 4 meets the requirement of integral lifting. The telescopic tube 4 is preferably made of a light and durable material, such as TPU, and can be stretched and retracted for a long time without damage, so that materials are prevented from leaking and the whole load is not increased.
