Then the telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder 322 retracts to drive the receiving frame 311 to ascend and reset to wait for the transmission of another small package of welding rods.
After the small package welding rod in the carton is packaged, the telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder 132 extends to push the movable bottom plate 41 to move vertically upwards, the movable bottom plate 41 is pushed to move upwards, meanwhile, the movable top plate 42 is pushed to move upwards through the belleville spring 411, so that the top block 421 is pushed to move upwards through the movable top plate 42 to be higher than the upper side of the electric roller 212, at the moment, the carton on the upper side of the electric roller 212 is pushed to be separated from the electric roller 212, then, the vibration motor 412 and the belleville spring 411 are matched with each other to drive the movable top plate 42 to vibrate, so that the carton filled with the small package welding rods can be driven to vibrate, further, the small package welding rods which are inclined to fall into the carton are arranged in the carton flatly, then the lifting cylinder 132 drives the movable bottom plate 41 to move downwards, the movable top plate 42 can be driven to move downwards, so that the lower, the boxed carton is driven out through the electric roller 212, and another boxed carton waiting for boxing is conveyed to the lower part of the blanking assembly 3 to wait for blanking.
