本发明公开了一种新能源油电混合动力UTV变速控制装置,包括蓄电池、智能控制器、驱动转把、电机、发动机组件、离合器、传动机构、变速机构和后轮机构,所述发动机组件与蓄电池的一端连接以对蓄电池充电,所述蓄电池的另一端与智能控制器连接,所述智能控制器还分别与驱动转把、电机连接,所述发动机组件的输出轴依次与离合器、传动机构连接,所述电机与传动机构连接,所述传动机构与变速机构连接,所述变速机构与后轮机构连接;本发明新能源油电混合动力UTV变速控制装置可以边使用边充电,充电方便,满足长途使用要求,同时可以自动变档,马力足。

技术领域
本发明涉及变速器技术领域,特别涉及一种新能源油电混合动力UTV变速控制装置。
背景技术
国家推行环保空气改善,目前交通代步工具产品有很多,而摩托车、电动车主要是民生出门代步工具,这两款产品有如下优点和缺点:
摩托车的优点:1、可以长旅程使用;2、马力大
缺点:1、起步加油,无法使发动机完全燃烧;2、噪音大、振动大会造成空气污染,会造成油浪费,会造成空气品质的要求。
电动车的优点:1、使用方便,不用去加油站加油;2、马力不足。
缺点:1、不能长途使用;2、充电不方便,时间长;3、电池不耐用,充电不小心会火烧车,控制不好会爆炸。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源油电混合动力UTV变速控制装置,可以边使用边充电,充电方便,满足长途使用要求,同时可以自动变档,马力足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现:
一种新能源油电混合动力UTV变速控制装置,包括蓄电池、智能控制器、驱动转把、电机、发动机组件、离合器、传动机构、变速机构和后轮机构,所述发动机组件与蓄电池的一端连接以对蓄电池充电,所述蓄电池的另一端与智能控制器连接,所述智能控制器还分别与驱动转把、电机连接,所述发动机组件的输出轴依次与离合器、传动机构连接,所述电机与传动机构连接,所述传动机构与变速机构连接,所述变速机构与后轮机构连接。
优选地,所述发动机组件包括发动机和发电机,所述发动机使得发电机产生电力,且使用这样产生的电力对所述蓄电池进行充电。
优选地,所述传动机构包括前皮带轮、后皮带轮和皮带,所述皮带的两端分别套设在前皮带轮、后皮带轮上,所述前皮带轮的直径小于后皮带轮的直径。
优选地,所述所述前皮带轮的传动轴上套有第一齿轮,所述电机的输出轴通过第二齿轮与第一齿轮啮合连接。
优选地,所述变速机构包括慢速齿轮、快速齿轮和拨叉,所述后皮带轮的传动轴与慢速齿轮连接,所述慢速齿轮通过拨叉与快速齿轮连接。
优选地,所述后轮机构包括后齿轮和后轮,所述后轮通过后齿轮和后传动轴与所述变速机构连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过设置蓄电池、智能控制器、驱动转把、电机、发动机组件、离合器、传动机构、变速机构和后轮机构,发动机组件与蓄电池的一端连接以对蓄电池充电,蓄电池的另一端与智能控制器连接,智能控制器还分别与驱动转把、电机连接,发动机组件的输出轴依次与离合器、传动机构连接,使用时先通过电机启动,达到0-20km/h的速度后,发动机组件再启动跟电动结合变成混动,速度进一步提高,达到了40-50km/h,此时智能控制器停止电机运转,车辆边行驶边充电,当汽油使用完后,可以使用电机行使,可延长电池、电机使用寿命;在爬坡时可以自动变档,在载货带人时马力不足可以通过变速机构变档加大马力。

如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例中,一种新能源油电混合动力UTV变速控制装置,包括蓄电池1、智能控制器2、驱动转把3、电机4、发动机组件5、离合器6、传动机构7、变速机构8和后轮机构9,所述发动机组件5与蓄电池1的一端连接以对蓄电池1充电,所述蓄电池1的另一端与智能控制器2连接,所述智能控制器2还分别与驱动转把3、电机4连接,所述发动机组件5的输出轴依次与离合器6、传动机构7连接,所述电机4与传动机构7连接,所述传动机构7与变速机构8连接,所述变速机构8与后轮机构9连接。
在本实施例中,所述发动机组件5包括发动机和发电机4,所述发动机使得发电机4产生电力,且使用这样产生的电力对所述蓄电池1进行充电。
在本实施例中,所述传动机构7包括前皮带轮10、后皮带轮11和皮带12,所述皮带12的两端分别套设在前皮带轮10、后皮带轮11上,所述前皮带轮10的直径小于后皮带轮11的直径。
在本实施例中,所述所述前皮带轮10的传动轴上套有第一齿轮13,所述电机4的输出轴通过第二齿轮14与第一齿轮13啮合连接。
在本实施例中,所述变速机构8包括慢速齿轮15、快速齿轮16和拨叉17,所述后皮带轮11的传动轴与慢速齿轮15连接,所述慢速齿轮15通过拨叉17与快速齿轮16连接。
在本实施例中,所述后轮机构9包括后齿轮18和后轮19,所述后轮19通过后齿轮18和后传动轴与所述变速机构8连接。

1.一种新能源油电混合动力UTV变速控制装置,其特征在于,包括蓄电池、智能控制器、驱动转把、电机、发动机组件、离合器、传动机构、变速机构和后轮机构,所述发动机组件与蓄电池的一端连接以对蓄电池充电,所述蓄电池的另一端与智能控制器连接,所述智能控制器还分别与驱动转把、电机连接,所述发动机组件的输出轴依次与离合器、传动机构连接,所述电机与传动机构连接,所述传动机构与变速机构连接,所述变速机构与后轮机构连接。
