Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tobacco processing, and provides a cigarette filter stick, wherein the innermost layer of the filter stick is a hollow tube, the middle layer of the filter stick is a smoke filter layer, the outermost layer of the filter stick is wrapping paper, the smoke filter layer is uniformly wrapped outside the hollow tube, and the outer side of the smoke filter layer is wrapped with the wrapping paper. The cigarette filter stick has a simple and novel structure, the hollow tube and the smoke filter layer can be subjected to various changes and combinations such as deformation, color change, aroma change and the like, the shape of the filter stick is enriched, the smoke temperature can be effectively reduced, the smoking taste of a low-temperature cigarette is improved, and the cigarette filter stick is suitable for low-temperature cigarettes and common cigarettes.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco processing, in particular to a cigarette filter stick.
Background
The low-temperature cigarette is a novel tobacco which releases substances such as flavor components of tobacco products by electric heating or other heating modes without combustion. The combustion temperature of the traditional tobacco is as high as 900 ℃, while the heating temperature of the low-temperature cigarette is generally below 500 ℃, so that the temperature not only can satisfy consumers, but also reduces the release of harmful substances of tobacco products.
The filter stick of the low-temperature cigarette is short, so that the smoke temperature is too high, and the smoking feeling of consumers is influenced. How to reduce the smoke temperature of the filter rod section of the novel tobacco product becomes a problem which is urgently needed to be solved by various big tobacco companies and cigarette bullet manufacturers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the cigarette filter stick which is simple and novel in structure, can effectively reduce the smoke temperature and improve the smoking taste of low-temperature cigarettes.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical measures: a cigarette filter stick is characterized in that the innermost layer of the filter stick is a hollow tube, the middle layer of the filter stick is a smoke filter layer, the outermost layer of the filter stick is wrapping paper, the smoke filter layer is uniformly wrapped outside the hollow tube, and the outer side of the smoke filter layer is wrapped with the wrapping paper.
In the technical scheme, the hollow pipe is a paper pipe, an acetate fiber pipe, a PLA pipe, a PP pipe or a PE pipe and the like.
In the above technical solution, the wall thickness of the hollow tube is less than 1 mm.
In the technical scheme, the cross section of the hollow pipe is circular, and the diameter of the hollow pipe is 4-5 mm.

In order to more clearly and specifically explain the objects and technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a cigarette filter stick, the innermost layer of the filter stick is a hollow tube 3, the cross section of the hollow tube 3 is circular, the diameter is 4-5 mm, the wall thickness is less than 1mm, the middle layer is a smoke filter layer 2, the outermost layer is a wrapping paper 1, the smoke filter layer 2 is uniformly wrapped outside the hollow tube 3, and the outer side of the smoke filter layer 2 is wrapped by the wrapping paper 1.
The hollow pipe 3 is a paper pipe, an acetate fiber pipe, a PLA pipe, a PP pipe or a PE pipe.
The cross section of the hollow tube 3 may be square or triangular, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. In addition to this, the cross-section of the hollow tube 3 may be of other shapes.
The hollow tube 3 is red, blue or yellow in color, or other colors.
Liquid essence with various smells can be added into the hollow tube 3.
The inner wall of the hollow tube 3 can be coated with a PLA film, so that the smoke is further cooled.
The smoke filtering layer 2 is made of PLA tows, acetate fiber tows, PLA folded films or other high molecular substances with adsorption function.
The smoke filter layer 2 is red, blue or yellow or other colors.
The smoke filtering layer 2 can be added with liquid essence with various smells.
As shown in figure 4, a circle of air holes 4 are formed in the cigarette filter stick along the radial direction of the stick body, and the air holes 4 penetrate through the forming paper, the smoke filtering layer and the hollow pipe, so that the air flow passing efficiency is improved, and the temperature is further reduced.
As shown in figure 5, one or more air holes 4 are formed in the cigarette filter stick along the axial direction of the stick body, and the air holes 4 penetrate through the forming paper, the smoke filtering layer and the hollow pipe, so that the air flow passing efficiency is improved, and the temperature is further reduced.
The pore diameter of the air hole 4 is 0.003-1.5 mm.
