Referring to FIG. 5, in this example, a heat-not-burn tobacco sample 2 in which an acetate filter 20 and a sheet-like fixing member 13 are wrapped with a plug wrap 16 and a cellulose acetate rod as a filter portion is 10mm in length; 4 sheet-shaped fixing pieces 13 are arranged at unequal intervals, central holes of the 4 sheet-shaped fixing pieces 13 are not arranged on the same axis, the thickness of each sheet-shaped fixing piece 13 is 2mm, 3mm and 3mm, cavities 15 are formed among the sheet-shaped fixing pieces 13 and are combined to form a hollow section 10', and the length of each hollow section is 20 mm; the fuming substrate 30 adopts reconstituted tobacco and has the length of 12 mm; the hollow section 10', filter 20 and smoking substrate 30 are combined using tipping paper 17 to ultimately form a heated non-combustible tobacco rod. The sample has moderate resistance to smoking, high smoke concentration, 10-12 mouths of smoking, moderate strength and comfortable taste.
Example 7
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, a non-combustible cigarette sample 3 is heated, wherein the filter 20 has a high basis weight, and the cellulose filter 20 and the sheet-shaped fixing member 13 are wrapped with a low-head gas-degree plug wrap 16; the acetate fiber rod is used as a filtering part and has the length of 10 mm; 1 piece-shaped fixing piece 13 close to the smoking substrate 30, the diameter of the piece-shaped peripheral hole is 0.25mm, the thickness of the piece-shaped fixing piece 13 is 5mm, a cavity 15 is arranged between the piece-shaped fixing piece 13 and the acetate fiber, and a hollow section 10' is formed by combination and has the length of 20 mm; the smoking substrate 30 adopts a heated non-combustible particle core material with the length of 12 mm; the hollow section 10', filter 20 and smoking substrate 30 are combined using tipping paper 17 to ultimately form a heated non-combustible tobacco rod. The sample has moderate resistance during suction, sufficient smoke amount, high smoke concentration, 12-14 suction openings, high strength and comfortable taste.
Example 8
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, a non-combustible heated tobacco sample 4 is provided, in which the filter 20 is of high basis weight, and the cellulose filter 20 and the sheet-form fixing member 13 are wrapped with low-head air-degree plug wrap 16; the acetate fiber rod is used as a filtering part and has the length of 10 mm; 3 sheet-shaped fixing pieces 13, wherein one of the fixing pieces is close to the smoking substrate 30 and arranged at unequal intervals, the central holes of the 3 sheet-shaped fixing pieces 13 are not arranged on the same shaft, the thickness of the sheet-shaped fixing piece 13 is 5mm, and a cavity 15 is formed between the sheet-shaped fixing piece 13 and the acetate fiber to form a hollow section 10' with the length of 20mm in a combined manner; the smoking substrate 30 adopts a heated non-combustible particle core material with the length of 12 mm; the hollow section 10', filter 20 and smoking substrate 30 are combined using a high basis weight, low permeability tipping paper 17 to form a heated non-combustible tobacco rod. The sample has the advantages of slightly high suction resistance, sufficient smoke amount, high smoke concentration, low smoke temperature, 12-13 suction openings, high strength and comfortable taste during suction.
Compared with the existing cigarette filter stick filter material, the filter stick filter material depends on the use of acetate fibers, and the acetate fibers have the adsorption effect on moisture, so that the smoke is dried; according to the scheme disclosed by the invention, only the end, close to the tobacco shreds, of the hollow section 10 'is provided with the tobacco fiber tow section and adopts the cellulose acetate fibers, so that the smoking quality of the tobacco cannot be reduced on the premise that the hollow section 10' adsorbs more harmful substances.
It can be seen that the hollow section 10' of the present disclosure has the following effects:
the hollow section 10 'of the present disclosure, due to its unique external structural design, can be directly applied to a cavity composite filter rod, the hollow section 10' of the present disclosure has good machinability.
The hollow section 10' of the present disclosure has the advantages of extending the length of the flue gas flow path, increasing the flow speed of the flue gas, and enhancing the collision efficiency of the flue gas due to its unique internal structure design, thereby realizing the effective filtration of harmful substances such as tar in the flue gas.
The materials used in the hollow section 10' of the present disclosure are food grade materials, and the materials have properties of odorless, tasteless, heat-resistant, etc., so that on the basis of effectively reducing harmful substances such as tar in smoke, bad smell is hardly introduced or generated.
In the present disclosure, a cigarette structure comprising such a hollow section 10' is capable of filtering most harmful substances in the smoke and improving the quality of smoke panel test of tobacco.
The present disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing a cigarette structure, the method for manufacturing the hollow section 10' at least comprises the following steps:
rolling the molding paper 16 into a hollow cylinder to form an outer molding paper layer 11 and a hollow part 12;
in addition, the molding paper is rolled and cut to form a plurality of sheet-shaped fixing pieces 13;
a plurality of sheet-like fixing members 13 are provided in the hollow portion 12.
In the above step, "the molding paper is rolled and cut to form the plurality of sheet-like fixing pieces 13" means that the molding paper is folded or wound to form a "solid" cylindrical shape.
The manufacturing method of the hollow section 10 'is simple and rapid, and is suitable for mass production, so that the hollow section 10' with better adsorption capacity is obtained.
Optionally, the steps of the method for manufacturing the hollow section 10' further include:
the rod-shaped hollow section 10 is manufactured into a product having a length of 84-120mm, which is then cut to the desired length to obtain the final product configured for attachment to the tobacco end of a cigarette.
The cut hollow section 10' is more convenient to be connected with the cigarette core section, and convenience is provided for processing cigarettes.
Optionally, the steps of the method for manufacturing the sheet-shaped firmware 13 further include:
rolling the molding paper into a cylinder at a preset speed to obtain a rod-shaped structure with an airflow channel 14 with the inner diameter of 0.2-3.0 mm;
the rod-like structure is cut into a sheet form to obtain a sheet-like fixing member 13 having a thickness of 1 to 10 mm.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the regenerated cellulose glassine paper is rolled into a cylindrical shape at a vehicle speed of 1000 m/sec using a JK-4SD device manufactured by JKMachine of Korea to obtain a rod-like structure having an air flow passage 14 with an inner diameter of 0.2-1.0mm, and the rod-like structure is cut into a sheet shape to obtain a solid sheet-like fixing member 13 with a thickness of 1-10 mm.
Industrial applicability

Claims (9)

1. A cigarette structure for heating non-combustible cigarettes is characterized in that: the cigarette comprises a cigarette core section and a hollow section, wherein the hollow section comprises a hollow part, the hollow part is provided with a plurality of sheet-shaped fixing pieces, and the sheet-shaped fixing pieces are provided with airflow channels;
the cigarette structure also comprises a filter section, and the filter section is adjacent to the hollow section;
the sheet-shaped fixing pieces are orderly arranged in the hollow part along the direction vertical to the axis of the hollow section and basically parallel to each other, and a cavity is arranged between the adjacent sheet-shaped fixing pieces; the sheet-shaped fixing piece is provided with an air flow channel along the axial direction of the hollow section;
the cross sections of the airflow channels of two adjacent sheet-shaped fixing members perpendicular to the axial direction are partially overlapped or not overlapped at all.

6. The smoking structure of any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the inner diameter of the air flow channel is 0.2-3.0mm, the number of the air flow channels in each sheet-shaped fixing piece is the same or different, and each sheet-shaped fixing piece is provided with more than 3 air flow channels.
7. The smoking structure of any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the cross-sectional shape of the airflow passages in the sheet form fastener is one or more of circular, elliptical, polygonal, and irregular.
