Meanwhile, the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit prepared by the invention also has the function of enriching the tobacco fragrance, so that the tobacco fragrance is richer and fuller. Preferably, the wick unit 1 is a smoking wick. The smoking core material can be reconstituted tobacco, but the reconstituted tobacco used for the tobacco core unit is different from the reconstituted tobacco used for the cooling unit, the reconstituted tobacco used for the tobacco core unit has high quality requirement on the reconstituted tobacco, and aroma components such as spices and the like need to be added into the reconstituted tobacco. The reconstituted tobacco used for the cooling unit has low quality requirement, and the reconstituted tobacco used for the cooling unit can be manufactured by reusing the waste materials of the tobacco.
Preferably, the supporting unit 2 is of a hollow tube structure, and the outer wall material thereof is paper or non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the filter segment 4 material is acetate tow, polylactic acid tow, or a blend material of acetate tow and polylactic acid tow. The filtering section 4 can be a solid structure (figure 1) or a hollow structure (figure 2), and compared with solid acetate fibers, the hollow acetate fibers are adopted as the filtering section, so that the smoke amount in the smoking process can be improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. compared with the polylactic acid cooling unit commonly used in the prior art, the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit prepared by the invention can achieve the same cooling effect and can suck under the same condition, and the temperature of cigarettes adopting the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit entering the oral cavity of a consumer is even lower than that of cigarettes adopting the polylactic acid cooling unit.
2. The reconstituted tobacco cooling unit prepared by the invention not only can keep the original cooling performance of the polylactic acid cooling unit, but also has the function of enriching the tobacco fragrance, so that the tobacco fragrance can be enriched and full, and the loss of the smoke volume and the smoke quality caused by cooling can be compensated. After being smoked by a sensory staff, the cigarettes adopting the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit are even better than the cigarettes adopting the polylactic acid cooling unit in the aspects of miscellaneous gas, irritation and taste indexes.
3. The reconstituted tobacco cooling unit prepared by the invention can easily realize industrial production in cigarette paper enterprises or reconstituted tobacco enterprises. High production efficiency and can reuse the waste materials of the tobacco leaves.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and drawings, which are given by way of illustration and not by way of limitation.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment, the folded reconstituted tobacco sheet is gathered in disorder to serve as a reconstituted tobacco cooling component, the reconstituted tobacco sheet has a breadth of 60mm, a thickness of 0.2mm and a gram weight of 120g/m in flattening process2. And connecting the supporting unit 2, the reconstituted tobacco cooling part 3 and the filtering unit 4, and wrapping the supporting unit, the reconstituted tobacco cooling part and the filtering unit by using forming paper 5 to form a filter stick, wherein the forming paper 5 is the pipe wall 32 of the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit. Compared with the sample B, the sensory quality of the sample A is obviously improved, the fragrance and the aroma of the sample A are increased, and the mouthfeel of the sample A is improved.
In the smoking process, the smoke temperature entering the oral cavity of the evaluation expert is recorded at the same time, and the measurement shows that the smoke temperature of the sample A entering the oral cavity of the evaluation expert is 37 ℃, the smoke temperature of a smoker can accept the smoke temperature, and the smoke temperature of the sample B entering the oral cavity of the evaluation expert is 38 ℃, so compared with a polylactic acid cooling unit commonly used in the prior art, the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit prepared by the invention can achieve the same cooling effect and perform smoking under the same condition, and the temperature of a cigarette adopting the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit entering the oral cavity of a consumer is even lower than that of a cigarette adopting the polylactic acid cooling unit. In addition, the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit also has the function of enriching the tobacco fragrance, so that the tobacco fragrance is richer and fuller, and the reconstituted tobacco cooling unit can completely replace the existing polylactic acid cooling unit.
