图1示出根据本发明的混合动力模块1的前视图。在图2中更清楚地看出,在混合动力模块1中,驱动轴2和连接轴3经由循环牵引装置4以传递扭矩的方式连接。为了能够预紧循环牵引装置4,设有偏心轮张紧器5。循环牵引装置4在此示例性地构成为链条6。所述链传动装置也称为主链传动装置。在图2中同样可看出副链传动装置7。混合动力模块1具有混合动力模块壳体8,所述混合动力模块壳体两件式构成。第一混合动力模块壳体部件也称为发动机侧的混合动力模块壳体部件9,并且第二混合动力模块壳体部件也称为变速器侧的混合动力模块壳体部件10。
偏心轮张紧器5同样两件式实施,并且具有第一(发动机侧)偏心轮构件11以及第二(变速器侧)偏心轮构件12。两个偏心轮构件11、12借助于多个连接螺钉13彼此连接。图3从与图2相反的一侧示出混合动力模块1。在此也描绘发动机侧的混合动力模块壳体部件9。在此也可良好地看出第一偏心轮构件11的形状。不仅在图2中而且在图3中可看出紧固孔14。可以将外部构件例如钩子等安置在所述孔14处,以便使偏心轮构件11或偏心轮5围绕其旋转轴线15(为此也参见图4)旋转。如果达到偏心轮或偏心轮张紧器5的期望位置,则偏心轮张紧器5经由调整机构16相对于混合动力模块壳体8紧固。
在图2中,调整机构16在示例性的实施方式中示出。调整机构16包括在混合动力模块壳体8中构成的两个长孔17以及两个调整螺钉18,所述调整螺钉在长孔17中引导并且与偏心轮张紧器5旋紧。图1示出,调整螺钉18的头部在直径方面大于长孔的宽度,由此调整螺钉支撑在混合动力模块壳体8上。
在图3中还可看出,偏心轮张紧器5具有多个旋拧孔19,所述旋拧孔用于拧紧电机20(也参见图4)。
图4示出混合动力模块1的纵截面视图,所述纵截面视图非常良好地表明所述混合动力模块的组装。可看出,偏心轮张紧器5两件式构造,其中,两个构件11、12经由连接螺钉13彼此旋紧。发动机侧的偏心轮构件11在外径处定心在发动机侧的混合动力模块壳体部件9处,并且经由O形环21密封。此外可看出,两个混合动力模块壳体部件9、10经由连接螺钉22彼此旋紧。两个混合动力模块壳体部件9、10经由密封膜23密封。在图4中的截面图中示出电机20以及内燃机(未示出)的曲轴24。
内燃机的旋转轴线25同时是第一齿环26的旋转轴线,链条6在所述第一齿环上运行。电机20的旋转轴线27同时是第二齿环28的旋转轴线。在此所示的实施例中,第二齿环28与连接轴3一件式构成,并且与第一齿环26相比,具有更小的直径。链条6不仅在第一齿环26上而且在第二齿环28上运行,并且因此将连接轴3与驱动轴2以传递扭矩的方式彼此连接。
在偏心轮张紧器5的内部,连接轴3经由两个轴承29、30支承,以便能够相对于偏心轮张紧器5旋转。偏心轮张紧器5的旋转轴线15与电机20的旋转轴线28错开地设置。由此可行的是,如在图5中图解说明的那样,电机20的旋转轴线28与内燃机的旋转轴线25之间的间隔借助于偏心轮张紧器5围绕其旋转轴线15的旋转来调整。为此,在松开调整螺钉18之后,将沿着所绘制的箭头作用的张紧力F施加到紧固孔14中。张紧力F促使偏心轮张紧器5围绕其旋转轴线15旋转,这通过调整路径W阐明。调整路径W一次作为围绕旋转轴线15的旋转阐明,并且两次作为调整螺钉18的通过长孔17引导的运动阐明。所述调整路径W促使电机20的旋转轴线27向外运动,这引起链条6的张紧,该旋转轴线在在此示出的位置中处于所谓的零位置(起始位置)中。
再次参考图4可看出,电机20的输出轴或从动轴可以经由轴-毂区域31以传递扭矩的方式与连接轴3连接。
图6和图7示出立体截面图,其中,图7示出图4的纵截面视图的立体示图,并且图6描绘靠近连接轴3和偏心轮张紧器5的区域的在图7中示出的立体截面视图的放大的局部视图。
在此可看出,偏心轮张紧器5容纳在混合动力模块壳体9中,使得偏心轮张紧器可以相对于所述混合动力模块壳体旋转,并且仅能够经由调整机构16在偏心轮张紧器的位置方面相对于混合动力模块壳体8紧固。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车辆的动力传动系的混合动力模块(1),具有能够由内燃机驱动的驱动轴(2)和能够由电动机驱动的连接轴(3),所述驱动轴和所述连接轴能够经由循环牵引装置(4)以传递扭矩的方式彼此连接,其特征在于,偏心轮张紧器(5)用于张紧所述循环牵引装置(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述循环牵引装置(4)构成为链条(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述偏心轮张紧器(5)能够在其位置方面可变地紧固在混合动力模块壳体(8)上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述连接轴(3)的旋转轴线(27)相对于所述偏心轮张紧器(5)的旋转轴线(15)错开。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述偏心轮张紧器(5)划分成第一偏心轮构件(11)和与第一偏心轮构件分开的第二偏心轮构件(12)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述第一偏心轮构件(11)与所述第二偏心轮构件(12)旋紧。
7.根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力模块壳体(8)具有至少一个长孔(17),用于引导所述偏心轮张紧器(5)的相对运动。
8.根据权利要求3至7中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述偏心轮张紧器(5)具有至少一个调整螺钉(18),以用于确定在所述混合动力模块壳体(8)上的位置。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述连接轴(3)具有齿环(28),与所述连接轴(3)相比,所述齿环具有更大的外径,并且所述齿环优选地与所述连接轴(3)一件式实施。
10.一种用于机动车辆的具有电机(20)和内燃机的动力传动系,所述电机和内燃机经由根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1)彼此连接。
