At present, most of common air purification equipment for preparing ozone or electrostatic dust removal by high-voltage ionization adopts a polar plate discharge or tubular polar discharge mode, and the electrodes of the products have the following defects due to structural reasons: (1) the ozone is generated by high-pressure ionization, a large amount of heat is generated and accumulated in a medium between electrodes or a tubular electrode cavity, so that the heat is difficult to dissipate timely and effectively, the temperature between the electrodes is continuously increased, and the accumulated high temperature promotes the reduction of part of the discharged ozone to influence the generation of the ozone, thereby greatly reducing the working efficiency and the energy utilization rate of equipment; (2) under the action of electric field force, particles such as dust, oil smoke and the like in the air are adsorbed and continuously accumulated on the cathode, so that the working efficiency of equipment is influenced, the electrode needs to be detached and cleaned after the equipment runs for a period of time, the electrode structure and the assembly of the conventional product are complex, and a great deal of inconvenience is brought to the future maintenance and cleaning operation, particularly, the tube-pole type dust removal equipment is difficult to clean due to the fact that dust and oil smoke scales in the tube pole are difficult to clean, and even the situation that the electrode is forced to be replaced occurs sometimes. In addition, when ozone is generated by ionization, dust particles or oil smoke and the like in the surrounding air are sucked between the polar plates and adsorbed on the surface of the cathode plate under the action of a high-voltage electric field, so that the aim of removing dust is fulfilled.
Compared with the discharge electrode of the existing purifying equipment (namely, the ozone generator and the dust removal device which adopt the plate-type or tube-type discharge electrode), the ozone generated by the electrode assembly is discharged along with the system and is rapidly output, the heat generated by the discharge is ensured not to be accumulated, the problems of poor heat dissipation between the electrode and the electrode of the traditional product, ozone retention and slow output, ozone reduction and the like are solved, the oxidation of the electrode is reduced, and the working stability and the energy utilization efficiency of the equipment are greatly improved; and the flat plate structure of the cathode plate, the periphery of the discharge space and other characteristics are open, so that the maintenance and cleaning operation of the electrode are facilitated, and the practicability of the product is further enhanced.

The open discharge space is a structural design, and can also enable the equipment to adsorb dust or oil smoke particles in gas flowing between the polar plates on the surface of the cathode plate while generating ozone sterilization, thereby playing a role in removing dust.
