Background
The ampoule bottle is a small glass container for containing liquid medicine. The volume is generally 1-25 ml. The ampoule is generally used for storing liquid medicine for injection and also used for packaging oral liquid, and the modern ampoule is fired by a glass tube and is widely used for containing injection preparations and high-purity chemicals which need to be isolated from air. The nipple of the ampoule is sealed with open fire to isolate air, and the neck of the ampoule is marked with a mark, so that the neck of the ampoule is broken when pressure is applied, thereby extracting the liquid medicine.
At present, a nursing person firstly uses a grinding wheel to cut the neck of an ampoule bottle and then manually breaks off the bottle head, when a plurality of ampoule bottles need to be broken off, the operation is troublesome, and the broken bottle head is easy to hurt the fingers of the nursing person and easily causes infection.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to develop a medical ampoule bottle rapid breaking device capable of synchronously processing multiple bottles and facilitating bottle head collection, so as to solve the problems, enhance the working efficiency and improve the safety.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that when a plurality of ampoule bottles need to be broken off, the operation is troublesome, the fingers of nursing staff are easy to be hurt by broken off bottle heads, and the infection is easy to cause, the technical problem is as follows: the medical ampoule bottle rapid breaking device can synchronously process a plurality of bottles and is convenient for collecting bottle heads.
The technical scheme is as follows: a medical ampoule bottle quick breaking device comprises a base, wherein a mounting frame is arranged on one side of the top of the base; the fixing plate is arranged at the upper part of the straight side wall of the mounting rack; a placing sleeve is arranged on the fixing plate; the top of the base is provided with a collecting frame close to the position of the placing sleeve; the polishing device is arranged on the mounting rack and used for sliding cutting the end part of the ampoule bottle; and the pushing device is arranged on the mounting rack and used for pushing the end part of the ampoule bottle.

When needing to use the device, medical personnel put the ampoule into placing the cover 4 in proper order. Then, the medical staff rotates the handle 612 clockwise to realize that the rotating shaft 61 drives the rotating disc 62 to rotate clockwise, the first sliding shaft 63 on the rotating disc 62 drives the folded slotted plate 65 to swing leftwards when moving from the right direction to the right direction, the folded slotted plate 65 drives the sliding plate 67 to move leftwards through the swinging rod 68, the sliding plate 67 drives the grinding wheel 610 to move leftwards through the N-shaped clamping plate 69, and the grinding wheel 610 cuts the ampoule bottle head. When the first sliding shaft 63 rotates leftward, the second sliding shaft 712 drives the sliding plate 711 and the top plate 713 to move leftward, the sliding plate 711 drives the straight sliding block 710 to move leftward in the straight sliding rail 79, and the first elastic element 714 is reset. When the first sliding shaft 63 on the rotary table 62 moves from right to left, the folding groove plate 65 is driven to swing right, the folding groove plate 65 drives the sliding plate 67 to move right through the swinging rod 68, and then the N-shaped clamping plate 69 and the grinding wheel 610 do not contact the ampoule bottle. The straight sliding block 710 is driven by the sliding groove plate 711 to move rightwards in the straight sliding rail 79, the straight sliding block 710 extrudes the first elastic part 714, the sliding groove plate 711 drives the top plate 713 to move rightwards to extrude the elastic hydraulic cylinder 73, liquid in the elastic hydraulic cylinder 73 enters the cylinder body 74 through the pipeline 78, the piston 75 moves to drive the extrusion plate 77 to extrude the head of the ampoule bottle through the sliding rod 76, the head of the ampoule bottle falls into the collection frame 5 to be collected, and at the moment, a worker can take out the ampoule bottle.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 5-7, the collecting device further comprises an inclined plate 8, a square sleeve box 9, a baffle 10, a second elastic part 11, a movable rod 12, an arc-shaped guide rail 13, a sliding ejector rod 14 and a sliding collecting box 15, wherein the inclined plate 8 is arranged on the upper portion of the inner left side wall of the collecting frame 5, the square sleeve box 9 is arranged on the upper portion of the inner right side wall of the collecting frame 5, the baffle 10 is arranged in the square sleeve box 9 in a sliding manner, the second elastic part 11 is uniformly arranged between the baffle 10 and the square sleeve box 9, the second elastic part 11 is a compression spring, the rear part of the right side wall of the collecting frame 5 is provided with a movable rod 12 in a sliding manner, the left end of the movable rod 12 is fixedly connected with the baffle 10, the right end of the movable rod 12 is provided with an arc-shaped guide rail 13, the eccentric position of the rear side surface of the disc 611 is provided with a sliding ejector rod 14, the sliding ejector rod 14 is in sliding fit with the arc-shaped guide rail 13, and the left side surface of the collecting frame 5 is provided with a sliding collecting box 15 in a sliding manner.
The medical staff shakes the handle 612 clockwise, the sliding rod 76 presses the ampoule bottle head through the pressing plate 77, and the ampoule bottle head falls onto the sloping plate 8 and the baffle plate 10 on the collection frame 5. Meanwhile, the sliding ejector rod 14 is clamped into the arc-shaped guide rail 13 and can drive the baffle 10 to move in the square sleeve box 9 through the moving rod 12, the second elastic part 11 is compressed, the ampoule bottle head falls into the sliding collection box 15, when the handle 612 drives the disc 611 and the sliding ejector rod 14 to rotate and leave the arc-shaped guide rail 13, the second elastic part 11 drives the baffle 10 to reset and be matched with the inclined plate 8, the collection frame 5 is covered, and when the ampoule bottle head needs to be treated, the sliding collection box 15 can be taken out.
The base is characterized by further comprising an L-shaped clamping plate 16, a third elastic part 18 and an elastic plate 19, wherein the L-shaped clamping plate 16 is arranged at the bottom of the base 1, a square groove 17 is formed in the upper portion of the L-shaped clamping plate 16, the third elastic part 18 is evenly arranged in the square groove 17 of the L-shaped clamping plate 16, the third elastic part 18 is a compression spring, and the elastic plate 19 is arranged at the top of the third elastic part 18. When the device is needed to be used, the base 1 and the L-shaped clamping plate 16 can be matched and clamped to the edge of a table, and the third elastic element 18 and the elastic plate 19 can clamp and fix the bottom plate of the table.
