Description

Activity organization method and device based on chat robot and terminal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chat robots, in particular to a method, a device and a terminal for activity organization based on a chat robot.
Background
At present, a lot of coordination work is needed for organizing a campaign or a conference, especially under the conditions that the number of participated persons is large and the available time of each person is uncertain; in these cases, the activity or conference initiator needs to communicate with each participant separately to negotiate and determine the time and location, and if any participant cannot accept the current time or location, it may need to negotiate again to change the time or location, and start a new round of communication again, and in most cases, it needs multiple rounds of communication and negotiation to finally determine the time and location of the activity or conference. Currently, the initiator of an activity or a conference generally communicates with each participant separately to determine time or place by adopting interview, telephone and chat software, and the activity organization mode needs to consume a lot of time and energy and has low communication efficiency.
The chat robot is an artificial intelligence system, and with the development of natural language processing technology and the internet, the chat robot is widely applied to various industries. The chat robot provides a natural man-machine interaction mode, and the interaction mode becomes the mainstream of the future. However, some existing chat robots, such as microsoft mini na, Siri of apple, can understand and interact based on the natural language of the user, but these chat robots cannot communicate and negotiate between the initiator and the initiator for the organization of an activity or a meeting.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above situation, it is desirable to provide a method, an apparatus and a terminal for organizing activities by a chat robot to solve the above problems.
The invention provides a chat robot-based activity organization method, which comprises the following steps:

sending the activity information to all participants, and inquiring whether the participants require to change the activity information;
if the participants do not require to change the activity information, prompting that the activity organization is successful;
if the participants require to change the activity information, the changed activity information is obtained and sent to all the participants;
and counting the number of participants agreeing to the changed activity information, if the number of participants agreeing to change reaches a preset threshold value, prompting that the activity organization is successful, otherwise, prompting that the activity organization is failed.
Further, before sending the changed activity information to all participants, the method further includes:
querying the initiator whether the participant is approved to change the activity information;
